The parking lot is very small and difficult to navigate to. There are plenty of machines in various sizes, but seems pretty pricey. They have change machines, and sell detergent on site, laundry carts, they have tv and seating for your convenience.

Came here because washer and dryers broke down in our apartments. The first time we came here we thought it was really nice. They keep the place super clean and you can always see the attendant cleaning something. They have many washers and dryers at good prices, and you can even use your debit/credit card for each individual machine. The reason for 3 stars is that the attendants are annoying. Our first time here the man who was working was going around to everyone trying to make small talk, even trying to talk to someone who was on the phone and bugging a man who was watching a movie and had headphones on. When we were done and bagging our laundry he was standing there watching us and told us how we need to tie our bags into a bow and not a knot...maybe he was trying to help but he should let us bag our laundry the way we want to. Also, as he was cleaning I saw him pick up a lady's purse off the floor when it was sitting right next to her and move it to the counter so he could clean the floor, which I thought was weird and rude. I know he was just doing his job, but still, maybe just clean up after she left. The second time, and probably last, the lady who was working there started taking our laundry out of the washer RIGHT when it stopped even though we were sitting right there. She was really rude and told us we had to take out our stuff on time then proceeded to tell us we were using the dryers wrong with our cards a few minutes after the dryers started and were working fine. She spoke to us like we were stupid. If people need help, they would ask. Overall, it's a really nice place, convenient, and clean. Just the employees need to chill out and let people to their laundry in peace.

I love this place and miss being able to go here to do my laundry. It's always clean, there is always someone on duty in case there is a problem, which I've never had here, it's well lit, bathrooms are always in good shape, always t.p., always paper towels, the machines are always stocked with soaps and softeners and whatever else you may need, the change machines are always full, the pop and candy machines are always full, they periodically check the dryer vents so your not just throwing away your money, much like other places that only get checked and cleaned at night upon closing, so the dryers actually dry your clothes! I don't know what more I could say. Once you have to go other places and you see first hand what is out there you really appreciate good clean places like this one!

This place is very clean, and an attendant is on duty while open. They're friendly and have a good knowledge of the Maytag washers and dryers. Here's some info I didn't see in previous reviews: PARKING Parking is limited, and I mean like 8 parking spots. You cannot park in the bakery lot next store, but street parking is available PAYMENT All devices accept quarters and credit/debt payment. Change machines are available, and accept 1's, 5's, 10s, and $20s. All change returned in quarters. NOTE: IF YOU USE A CARD PAYMENT THE SYSTEM WILL AUTHORIZE $20 ON YOUR CREDIT/DEBT CARD. LOAD COST WASHERS Standard front loader - $3.00 - 30 Min cycle Double-loader - $4,00 - 40 Min cycle Triple-Loader - $8.50 - 35 Min cycle DRYERS Standard - $1,50 - 30 Min cycle Double Size - $3.00 - 36 Min cycle Triple -Size $4.50 - 32 Min cycle

My husband and I love this Laundromat because of the location, cleanliness of the facility, attentive staff, and immensely large washers & dryers for cleaning our king size comforters. The only problem we've ever had was on our last visit (11/16/14), in which we were overcharged $14.50 on our credit card for the use of (2) of their largest washers @ $8.50/ea ($17) + (2) of their largest dryers @ $4.25/ea ($8.50) = $25.50. (Our credit statement reflected (2) charges of $20/ea = $40). We used our credit card on a previous visit & were charged correctly, although unsure what went wrong this time. This review is being written before we've had a chance to bring it to the attention of Management, as we just discovered the discrepancy, but we have full confidence that the matter will be resolved promptly. Wonderful place, but review your statement carefully if you're paying with your credit card.

It's OK, but they need to work on keeping the place cleaner, and not have so many machines down as often. Timers don't seem to work well on some of the washers, either. Today I put a load in and it said 29 minutes. I went back to the washer 30 minutes later, and it said 4 minutes left, then jumped up to 7. When it finally got down to 1 minute, it stayed there for almost five minutes, according to the clock on my phone. Too bad they got rid of the attendants some time ago, this place used to be much better kept and operable.

Visited when the home dryer went out of service. If you take too long when a cycle is complete, the attendant may take your stuff out. Clean place with friendly and helpful staff overall. Vending machines available if you forgot dryer sheets, like I did. A ultra large dryer is available, which is cool. WiFi didn't work when I visited.

The machines are pretty picky about the quarters. I was pretty worried I wouldn't get my load done and no one was there to help me. Finally got it to accept the quarters after clearing a big jam. Seems to have a lot of machines out of order.

AC is turned up high, which we like! Free wifi. Well kept. Books for adults and kids. Snacks and soda machines. Public bathroom. 6 washers are credit card friendly (we hang dry, so I'm not sure how many dryers are CC friendly). Staff is nice!

Nice, clean laundromat; however, I do NOT suggest using your debit/credit card on the machines. They are very touchy and you will be over-charged. Drying 4 loads of laundry cost me $27.25 because the lady who worked there didn't listen to me when I told her I already swiped my card and the dryers didn't start. She insisted one dyer worked just fine and it was just me not doing it right. Thirty minutes later, she put an "Out of Service" on the dryer I moved my clothes out of.

WiFi doesn't work. Good luck getting one of the very few machines that takes cards. Place is clean, attendant is kind, prices are relatively decent. Will not be coming back unless they get more card machines (or machine that gives change w/ card). A lot of people simply don't carry cash anymore and it's inconvenient.

Our dryer at home died and we weren't able to get a new one for a week. So we Googled the nearest laundry mat and ended up at Tidalwave. It was clean and inviting. The lady that works there during the day was very helpful and informative, making sure we knew times on the dryers as well as which machines were best for our needs. If we ever need a laundry mat again, we know just where to go!

So i came to the laundromat today cause it's close to home and very well kept up place. So I needed to sort my laundry cause I just came back from up North and most people on vacation don't sort there laundry. So I like you have the tables that you can fold clothes on but also for sorting as well. And I always wash the table's off when I'm done sorting on them. Well today there was another lady that flipped out on me cause I was sorting my laundry out and just using the edge of the table there was still other tables open and she didn't even need a table at the time. Very frustrating when your on a time schedule as it is and than have to take everything out of the washer and move to the other side of the laundromat plus was the table. I miss them being staffed full time at the laundromat for when this stuff happens. I will still be coming here just hard to do when you have people telling you what you can't do here and they don't work here.

I used the facility for the first time a couple weeks ago. I was having trouble with a washing machine and I ended up losing $2.75 in it. I filled out a problem form a week go and I got a refund less than a week later. Thanks much!

Large, clean location. Lots of different machine options. WiFi, TV, vending machine, restroom, tables and chairs to wait at, AC, and friendly worker. Prices are a little high if you have alot of different loads to do, but ok if all can go on one, because they do offer larger machines. It cost us $20 just to wash and dry 3 loads in the regular machines

We arrived at 2:30pm on a Sunday. Almost a full house that grew during the course of the 2+ hours it took us to do 5 xl loads. Spent $31.75. Very clean. Comfortable. Nice bathroom. Quiet neighborhood setting. The time flew by and I never got annoyed except when this little kid accidently tripped over my foot then looked at her mom like I did something wrong lol she was okay and I wasn't really annoyed but seriously except for that, there was enough room to comfortably fit a full house. The attendants were super nice and helped me resolve a user error and refunded my money because I pushed the wrong button on a dryer machine. Buttons galore in this place lol. Central air inside. Comfortable bucket seats. Nicely mannered people in there today.

Great customer service from the staff. Awesome washer and dryers. Love the card readers/coin option so I don't need coins but those that do still can. Very clean. Free wifi, 5mbs so it can get congested if busy, but hey it's free.

The reasons I use this laundromat are; it is very clean, safe, and the gentleman who oversees it during the day is so very helpful. When I bring in my huge bedspread and larger blankets, I always ask hlm which size washer/dryer to use. He is so helpful to everyone. He is a real asset to that business!!! L. Weber

Excellent laundromat! Lots of machines that worked like they were supposed too and they take debit cards or coins. Several sizes of washers to pick from, free wi-fi, vending machines, and folding tables. The place has a full-time attendant who is familiar with the machines and it is spotlessly clean.

Free wifi (but my phone kept dropping it), large machines available for big loads, snack & pop machines (or Hans' Bakery next door) , and television for entertainment. Feels safe there. Nice attendant. Bring a book.

I will be coming here from now on. Since my apt thinks there to good to fix things like washers and dryers. Oh well there loss

Great experience! Would give all 5 stars if they had air hand dryer in bathroom. And if they had a few more carts. People like to hold on to them when they are waiting for their clothes to wash/dry.

I'm don't go to laundromats often, but Tidalwave is exceptional. Someone is on duty, the equipment is excellent, and they have some of the biggest washers and dryers here that I've ever seen. Very quiet on a Tuesday afternoon. Free Wi-fi! Not something I'd expect since I brought my phone to tether off of, but a very nice courtesy. Vending machines sell pop and snacks. Will recommend to anyone looking for a laundromat.

It's my first time in the cities and I needed a place to do laundry, desperately. I definitely recommend Tidalwave. It is nice, clean, organized environment. All machines accept quarters and credit cards. Definitely coming back again!

Our washer broke and so laundry was starting to pile up. I went to Anoka because the reviews are better then A+ in Blaine. Steven was working. I had my two little ones with me and by the time we left my kiddos and I made a new friend. What a great guy! Thank you Steven for making our day! It was so nice to meet you. It was well worth driving out of my way in my gas guzzling van.

Overall it's all good. I at the Anoka tidal wave and I have more minutes on my dryer, the expected. I may of been over charged. It could possible done get hold of me. I would like a refund. Please

The smell of fabric softener permeates here, covering up the essence of alcoholism and near-failure prevalent throughout the Anoka area. The machines here are reasonably priced, the change machines always work, and the help is friendly. There's folding tables, plastic seating, and an overhead TV set. But lower your expectations for the wi-fi, and everything else within a 5 mile radius.
