I like this laundromat. Typically go here a couple of times a year to wash large items. Currently washer on the blink so I went here because I have a card all ready even though there are closer places for me to go. As far as the washers/dryers & general impression I would give this a 3.5-star review. I would give it a 1-star review as far as my last visit. As you will see in the 1-star Terry Rue review (from a year ago) they said do not go weekday mornings due to the rude attendant. I have been here before when they had nice & helpful attendants. On this occasion the attendant was willfully UNHELPFUL, extremely condescending and rude , and after 3-4 condescending interactions with her I lost my temper. If other customers come to her defense they have no idea what was going on. I wrote a review where I elaborated but unfortunately the censors prefer not engaging with honesty when it comes to reviews. Nothing in this review breaks any of the rules.

I love coming here I've been a customer for 2 years on and off due to moving to Minnesota from Oregon. Liz is amazing she is organized, quick and consistent. I would recommend family and friends here particularly this location and recommend Liz. I am giving her 5 stars for all her hard work and customer service I receive from her every time I come in. Since I live closer to The Laundry Room I will be coming here more. She deserves a raise for sure. Thanks The Laundry Room for having a great employee work at your business!

The staff here clean very very thoroughly they're actions speak louder than their words kind 30th and pleasant i enjoy wash in my laundry here even though my washing machine is broken but today we're going to fix that problem i'm going to spend the money that i don't have so i can receive that which i need and hopefully the next time i come here i'll only be watching a blanket god bless blessings and honor may facing todays funny 😁 issues be met with a SMILE 😃 Z JBHAWMAN blessed

Nice place, a pretty good selection of different sizes of washers, That really worked great. Dryer's were also fantastic and dried our clothes super fast. Also the lady that works there was very kind and helpful

I have been to a lot of laundry mats in the area. This one is the BEST. There is always someone on site to help you if you need anything and they are always cleaning. The girls are really sweet and helpful and this is BY FAR the best place I’ve been to on the east side/maplewood.

Excellent service, multiple size washers (including 4 machines that are 6 loaders) & 2 different size dryers. Very reasonable prices. Clean facility with single bathrooms (men and women) and a play area for kids.

Standard laundromat. Nothing spectacular but also nothing terrible. During today's visit one washer (#34) got stuck closed. No attendant was there, so no help was available. There was a guy there who wanted to drop off some close and he waited for at least 30 minutes but no attendant ever came. Back to my stuck washer...my other clothes had dried while I waited around for someone to help with the stuck washer door. After fumbling around with the door for 45+ minutes I eventually got it opened and was able to dry those clothes. Avoid washer #34!!

As always good service and clean clothes. I'm sorry to say I had a light blue blanket taken from my dryer. This is not the first time it's happen to me. And it was done right under my nose. It was a set of two. How sad that someone could be so rude. This is what it looks like. I'm washing somewhere new.

Large area not crowded clean up to date machines and helpful staff. A couple of vending machines would be nice but it is next to a Walgreens store so no biggie

Does not enforce the mask mandate. Doesn't matter who. And a lot of lazy humans park infront of the door to unload. And sometimes sit there. I would tow those humans. So average.

Friendly staff, mostly clean, and prices are reasonable. The only place I go to to do my laundry and I have at least 4 other laundromats closer to me.
