Counter lady here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Large number of machines. The place is clean and has additional services like same-day drop off (they do the work). Nothing is cheap these days but there is good value in the jumbo machines.

This is the nicest laundromat Saint Paul has to offer. I have been coming here on and off for several years and I’ve never had a bad experience. The owner is very helpful and takes time to educate folks on the equipment and several of the staff have been with him for a long time. It’s the only place in town I recommend.

Laundry tanning salon! Crazy! It's super clean. There's a little seating area with vending machines, tables and chairs. You can drop off laundry there and it's super reasonable. It's a darn good laundry tanning salon.

The laundromat was clean and the machines operated well. There are a variety of choices for the types of washers and dryers. There’s a nice seating area along with an ATM and change machine. Good extra, I will definitely visit again. I hope that they update the machines to allow use of your debit card.

My husband has used this laundromat and liked it. Just a word of caution about their hours. The schedule online and on the storefront says they're open till 10pm, but I just showed up at 8:45 and the doors were already locked. It's definitely a bummer to drag laundry across the city in the rain only to find the store unexpectedly closed.

Waiting on new washer and dryer found this place for my Natural Ways Chiropractic Massage laundry. 11 sets of sheets towels. Place is great!! Nice, clean places to sit a massage chair, good equipment that works! Killer Mexican tacos next door and nice businesses close. Totally recommend this place Owners pretty cool to

This is the best laundromat in the twin cities by far. Thank you for the convenience and respect. Advice: Don’t buy a Samsung washer and dryer from Home Depot, it won’t last you 4-years.

One of the cleanest laundromats I've ever encountered. The machines are all relatively modern, large, and quick to wash and dry. The staff here are friendly, professional, and it's well staffed. The change machine works, shockingly even on twenties. It's a bit pricier than other laundromats, but it's really not too bad and entirely worth it. It's even better than the laundromat I used to go to when I lived in Boston. I'm wholly impressed.

I've been going here for a very long time and usually have good experiences. Most of the employees are really courteous and helpful. The washers and dryers are large and there are plenty of them so it is easy to do a lot of laundry in a short amount of time. I am very bummed, however, that some of my items were ruined there because of an issue with one of the dryers. The owner was really nice about it when it happened and told me to send him a bill for the replacement items, but he never came through with the help he had offered. I was really surprised and touched by his kind offer, and I don't know why he never followed through, but it was definitely a disappointment.

Such a nice place to come and wash your clothes in a nice atmosphere and also tanning available here if you would like! Friendly staff, vending machines and a massage chair, tvs, near plenty of food and convenient stores.

Clean and well kept. Prices are reasonable and machines work well. Always an attendant available if something happens. Very friendly employees. Plenty of large washers for doing quilts and sleeping bags or a families week of laundry. Has places to sit and cable to watch while waiting. Plenty of carts and folding tables for many people doing laundry.

Location is excellent and not hard to find, they carry cleaning products on site, different size machine's for small to larger items that need to be laundered. Also has a gas station next door, eatery, and a few other stores around! Plenty of parking too! Free wi fi

Today was my first time at Suds America. It's very clean and quiet. I had a couple issues today with not knowing what machine to use and this gentleman solved my problems and was very nice and helpful, his name is Steve, he was very professional and polite. I will recommend this laundrymat to friends and family. And will be a returning customer! 😁

Friendly and highly understanding staff make this a great place to go when in the need of clean garments, there is always an attendant on staff to handle any dry cleaning needs you have(and to help you get the pinball machine working if your into a little more stimulating activties when your laundry is being wash.) As with all laundry mats you are required to be doing business with this establishment if you want to use the coin machines. They have a pretty decent foyer/waiting area for you to relax and watch or read the news. This is also where the vending machines are located if in need of a snack or beverage. My favorite part of doing laundry here in all honestly is the archaic and outdated clothes washing equipment found on display near the entrance. It really gives a sense the owner really does have an interest in his craft and also showcases what a marvel it is anyone was able to do laundry before the invention of elctricty. I almost feel I'm seeing into the past at a part of history I would have never considered before and gives me the feelings of being in a museum if only ever so slightly. There are tons of washing machines/dryers here so you're unlikely to run into a shortage on either and the variety between seperate machines gives you confidence you will always be able to do your laundry at the best possible price. I sadly have no comments on the tanning salon though they are infact ran by the same company/owner.

Went this past weekend for the first time. Had to wash sheets and comforter along with our regular laundry. Lots of different size washing machines and plenty of dryers. It is more expensive than our building washers, but to be able to do all of your laundry at the same time is worth it. Washers take about 30 minutes and dryers are $0.25/6 minutes. 30-36 minutes in the dryers is probably enough depending on what you're drying. Heavier towels may need an additional 6 minutes. I was there at 7:30am Saturday morning when it opened. It was myself and two other people. More people started showing up around 8:30am-9:00am, but not crowded. You can also go across the street to get a coffee. Considering just going here to do our laundry.

Yo, I love Suds America. There's a washer and dryer in our building, but we always end up going to Suds America because it's much cheaper in the long run! The washing machines are more expensive, but the dryers are 25 cents per five minutes, so you can dry your clothes twice as fast by splitting up the load into multiple machines. They have pinball machines, cash to coin converters, and it's a pleasant atmosphere. It's also right next to a liquor store and a bunch of shops across the street, like Chinese foods and bakeries, etc. The staff is always friendly and the space is clean. It's dope.

This laundromat is cozy, clean, and quiet. I have a washer and dryer in my building but I prefer to go to Suds America. The have giant industrial sized washers that will cut your wash time significantly. I brought in 4 regular loads and was able to finish up in two. There is a vending area, tv, massage chair, and a tanning salon is also attached.

Cleanest and safest laundromat I have been to! Very impressed. I’ve been looking all over minneapolis trying to find a laundromat that I felt was clean and safe and I found it in St. Paul! Don’t even mind the drive here because it’s just a nice place to do laundry! Highly recommend!

This place is usually clean. They take quarters. The staff is nice & there is a nice little seating area with tables and a TV. They also have tanning, which I don't use, but seems like it may be convenient for someone. Overall, I like this place. I'm only giving it 3 stars because it often smells like cigarette smoke so badly inside that I feel sick. One employee in particular seems to smoke in a staff room, so I try not to go when he is working. Smoke also comes in from the outside smoking area.

Although I haven’t been here in a while, this is yet another fond memory I have from growing up in this area — and why I love St. Paul so much. Going to Suds America regularly was always part of me and my best friend & sister’s “routine.” I always remember the facility being well-kept and clean. I’m overdue to stop in again — even if I don’t have laundry to wash. Thank you, Suds America :-)

Very reasonably priced wash and dry rates. Seating while waiting with TVs and what not. Benches for warmer weather. Always had a washer available. I believe they do drop off laundry as well, but never used that service.

My absolute favorite place to tan! It's crazy because I've probably tried every tanning place in Minneapolis/St. Paul area. . I keep coming back to Suds America and I'll never leave! The owners (him, his wife & even his daughter) are absolutely amazing! Every person that works for him is held to high standards and passes every time! If we had more places like this the world would be a much better place! P.s the bulbs are awesome, all different beds to keep pigmentation up & very reasonably priced packages & lotions! !

Probably the best laundromat to go to to get your clothes cleaned. It's tucked away off of Marshall Ave. There are plenty of machines to wash clothes, two flat screen TV's, along with vending machines and small area where your kids can color and read. Not to mention there is always a staff on duty to help assist if need be. I give this place 4 stars!

This is the most authentic, earth-wise laundromat in the area. I've been doing and been having my laundry done @SudsAmericaLaundry for years. I won't go anywhere else. The laundry technicians are knowledgeable and provide supreme customer service by remembering my name and handling my clothing in a very respectful manner.😇 Laundro-Matt is a wizard at washing and folding. He reminds me of Tom Cruise in Cocktails. Thank you Matt for your exemplary customer service, you are certainly a master level Sudsman.

Drop off laundry or use laundromat. There's someone available at the desk if you need help and that also makes it feel relatively safe. Not expensive, plus dryers really dry clothes so no need to run another cycle unlike other laundromats.

I've been going here forever...very clean and efficient place....on duty personnel at all times...off street parking...change dispensers...vending machines for pop & snacks....video and pinball machines...TV....lots of laundry carts and located right across the street from a variety of about 15 local area small business stores....all this right smack dab in the middle of the great Merriam Park neighborhood of St Paul Mn......try it - you'll like it....

My apartment building does not have a laundry room, I found this place via Google and gave it a try, I LOVED IT! Very clean, fast, relaxing, cable tv and wifi, sitting area with massage chairs and tanning, a couple vending machines with complimentary coffee, very friendly staff!
