Nice clean laundry with a mix of new dexter washer and dryers and older speed queen washers. On staff attendant keeps the place clean and secure. Doors locked after 9pm. Good amount of parking in front.

I didn’t discover North End till Covid. I wouldn’t have been unable to do laundry for me and my family this if it wasn’t for this place. I have Asthma so off course I needed a clean place to do my laundry and this was the cleanest laundromat I ever been to in Minnesota since I’ve been living in Saint Paul. The girls there are friendly and Nice. The guys that run the place are very nice too. I have only talk to one of them off course. The girls that work there always make you feel so comfortable like you are at home doing your laundry when you go to North End laundry. Best place for someone with no at home washes and dryer. 🙏🙏🙏

Overall clean/well kept, and modern machines. You can pay with card or coins. A bit pricey than usual laundromats, but the machines work well! Was able to fit 2 loads of laundry in 1 xl washer and clothes were all dry in dryers. Interacted with the staff and they were helpful/friendly. The one thing to note is that there's very few carts for laundry. Hope you guys get more carts!

I like the fact I don't need coins here, and if I use the same card, the 10th of wash is free. Wednesday is dollar off day. It is definitely kept clean and well maintained. The dryers aren't that good at drying clothes in 30 minutes, and I've only figured out how to add another 30 minutes not 10 or 15. It's annoying. The fact that the Lamplighter Lounge is next door can make afternoons sketchy, I've seen some fights in the parking lot. Recommend going in the AM, or not alone in the PM. Quite a few people will pass through pan handling, too. Just be aware of your surroundings. The Thai place and thrift store in the same strip mall are also excellent.

This place is nice, friendly welcoming, the washer are nice and big for the price is worth. Along with that the most important thing is that it washes the clothes great and dries in a great time period when you have 2 loads of clothes in there. I like it. The owner is super sweet.

There are new owners at this laundromat and my wife and I had the honer of meeting them last night. They are very nice and even helped us get our clothes out to the car. This is and excellent place to do laundry and reasonablly priced. This is where you should do your laundry at.

This location used to be my go-to place for the service. Overall, it is clean, they have many options for machines, payments, large and well-lit. They have steady, consistent & convenient hours of operation often with an attendant on duty. On the downside, there is a hefty $15 pre-authorization, per machine if using a debit card to pay for its operation. I have had trouble having these charges removed in a timely manner in the past and have been charged for multiple uses of the same machine; have not able to recover this money from the business or my bank. I prefer to use a debit card vs carry cash whenever possible and would recommend that others choosing to patronize this business consider the same despite the pre-authorization fee. Although the owners and staff show pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the business, the parking area around their location is quite busy at most times and often is visited by people in need of some cash or food with offers to open doors, carry your laundry to/from, etc.. Although it can be helpful and most are polite ,i have had instances where I felt I was being harassed and you are somewhat of a captive audience once your personal items are in a machines. I would not deam its benefits poor however, the cons were significant for me to change locations.

Mr. Greg is a very respectable man. He keeps the premises clean and well kept. I have been a customer since 2016 and I've never been more happier with the facility until mr. Greg has been a part of the business.... I enjoy doing my laundry these days.

Best laundromat!!! Good parking, clean and lots of washers and dryers!! Best of all, each machine has their own card paying system! I hate taking out cash and getting coins so this card payment method is def a plus plus! I’ve been coming to this place for years and have never had a problem here. Oh and did I mention? Theres free WiFi!

I come to Giant Wash every Sunday to do my laundry. Sai is a very helpful employee. She helps me when I come in on Sunday to do my laundry as I am disabled. I will keep coming back to Giant Wash, because of Sai, and how well it is kept clean.

Great place to wash clothing. Lots of machines with different sizes and rates. Last loads are around 9pm, but they close at 11pm.

It was giving 4 stars , I think it was ok but I notice some customers who were having a hard time to figure it out , on how to operate the washer machine they need a diagram with pictures, or a worker there to show the customers what to do the machines

Good place to dry your clothes and also wash stacks of them. They have dollar exchange quarters, a bathroom, and a big enough area for crowds that come in as well with 2 vending machines with candies and pop. Both are different.

One of the cleanest and I mean cleanest laundry mats in St. Paul!! Not overly busy when I've come on several different occasions. Lots of parking and plenty of shops nearby to keep you occupied. On the busline too! There are vending machines, books to read and a computer, wi fi is also available!

The prices are too high, its always overcrowded and people leave their clothes in the washer. The staff is her helpful tho and if u need to wash a lot I guess this is the place to go.

I prefer this laundromat for the large washers but the prices are a bit pricey and the doors lock from the outside an hour before closing which is a inconvenience
