I cannot say enough good things about this location (St. Louis Park, MN) and its manger! A series of miscommunications regarding a repair (zipper on a winter coat) resulted in charge far in excess of value of the garment. As I recounted the series of events to the manager he graciously acknowledged the mistakes and offered me a VERY deep discount. (So deep, in fact, that I suspect it resulted in a loss for the store.) Nevertheless, honesty and the willingness to make it right are very important to me. I have no ill feelings about the transaction or the store and will definitely drive out of my way to use their services should I need them in the future. Thank you Mulberrys!

I am a wedding photographer. I ware a dress shirt and a tie, so you can imagine the “ ring around the collar” after a 10 Houre day. There’s a dry cleaner two blocks from my house but I drive 5 miles out of my way because Mulberrys has been the only dry cleaner I have found they can get my shirt clean.

Two weeks in to our Wash and Fold service and things are going well. Pickups and deliveries are as scheduled and the clothes come back clean and folded, ready to put away. Would definitely recommend.

Update: Shortly after posting this initial 2-star review, a customer service rep reached out to correct the issue. The honored the original writer price. Original: One star for quality of service. One star for the quick turnaround (I didn’t request that it be expedited). I deducted 3 stars for their dishonesty and egregious behavior. Before dropping off my rug, I asked for a quote. I physically brought the dog in and had the associate measure it for accuracy. My 4x6 rug was quoted quoted at $60, minus $20 coupon, plus $10 for pet deodorizing. So $50. Based on that price I dropped it off for cleaning. When picking it up, I was told that I owed $107, more than double. Imagine my shock. They make associate was rude af, almost hostile towards me not allowing me to inquire about the price change. He refused to hear me out. My issue isn’t with how much they charge for their service. They can charge whatever they like. My issue is with being bamboozled with a quote that was half of the actual charge. I should have let them keep the rug as it only cost $60. Could have bought two rugs at the price they charged to clean it. Never will I ever recommend this establishment.

We've been going to see mulberry's garment Care for over 7 years now exclusively the St Louis Park location for about 4 years and I've several different experiences with the management team leading that store and I must say that their newest Store manager is quite impressive. I have had few genuine conversations with her and and I was happy after I left every time she took the time to make sure that I was satisfied and even help me get the best deal possible just wanted to express my gratitude because you know with the way the world is today there are still people who actually provide customer service , who genuinely try to give back that positive energy and take interest in the customer. her name escapes me but she has very unique features with her fiery hair color and her authentic smile, The kind of smile makes you smile. As a corporate sector recruiter those are the top qualities I look for just wish we had more people in the service industry that possessed those qualities and furthermore reminders me why we'll continue to mulberry's cleaner's !

I bought a very expensive Polo overcoat online, and when it arrived, it smelled like Polo! PU! I have never used this cleaners before, but I gave them a try. Low and behold, when I picked-up the overcoat, it no longer smelled like Polo, nor did it smell of chemicals! I’m sold!
