The place is cleaned but it smells musty and like mold. It could be the old unclaimed clothes in the back or the washers themselves, so I urge you to bring Febreeze or a laundry disinfectant to spray in the washers before use. The staff wipes surfaces and sweeps.

Owner is so friendly with everyone. The place was so busy but yet there were so many open dryers/washers. I can tell it's a great place to go do laundry when it's that busy.

Went here for the first time tonight. Excellent laundromat. Easily the nicest one I've been to in the area. It's clean, safe, and the owner is extremely nice, helpful, and friendly. You can see him always walking around sweeping up, checking machines, and keeping things tidy. He even helps people carry their laundry baskets out to their cars. The fact that they stay open late is great also.

I've been there a couple of times and will probably keep going when I need a laundromat. It's clean, well supplied, open late and it feels safe. I can do my washing cheaper at home, but it is so nice to be able to fill four big machines and finish the whole job in a couple hours.

Clean and we'll cared for. The family that runs this place is on top of their machines, cleans up all day, and tends to garbage and recycling. Stores in the strip mall have detergent if you run out... I've never had an issue with the heat of their dryers, everything has been in good working order or immediately labeled, and repaired before I return. They'll even help you carry laundry to and from your car if you're having trouble. Good business all around!

I am very impressed with how clean this place is. Also, the owner was so very kind. He came and opened the door for me as I carried my bags in. He directed me to some open washing machines. All machines are clean and in working order. Someone's machine while running caused water to go on the floor and the owner was quick to mop it up! I will be returning here again. Best laundromat in the area, hands down.

Funny how so many reviews mention cleanliness but they have no soap in the bathroom to wash hands... and no paper towels or air dryer. Last week was my first time there. Thought they might just be out of soap and towels for the moment. But based on my visit today I realize that they probably never have handwashing soap. ***update: 3rd week there... i just saw they have a sink outside the bathrooms with soap and paper towels. Adding 2 stars

This laundromat is super clean and has lots of washers and dryers. It also has 6 65# capacity washers and 3 XL dryers for large and heavy items. Last load is 11pm. They offer wash and fold services too.

Never thought I'd care enough to review a laundromat, but this one deserves it! I've been to a lot of so-so laundromats and a few downright terrible ones (Laundry World, I'm looking at you), but Best Wash is great! Machines are new, the place is very clean, and it's staffed with friendly people who help you when you inevitably get a quarter jammed in the machine. Highly recommend!

There is always room to stop by whenever you have time and laundry to do. Large machines for any type of item you need laundered.the best thing about this place is they offer laundering services if you dont have time to do it yourself. Just stop in and drop off what you need done. They will have it ready next day most of the time.

The Asian man who runs the place is very helpful. If you leave your wash in a machine he'll put it in a cart so you can use the washer.
