Seriously I walked into this place and it looked amazing. I would hangout here if I wasn't doing laundry. Great TV on all the time you can actually here. H games for kids-racing and a duck grab. Snacks and someone there around the clock to help and answer questions:) everyone is so kind. All machines are extra fast- forgot the word but quick cycles only 30 minutes each. Extremely clean!

I typically wash at home. But if you do use a laundromat, this is the one to use. Lots of machines, well maintained, with staff on site. Good clean space to fold and organize laundry. And yes there are supplies and vending machines available. Easily accessible, on bus lines and with ample parking. Well done

I come here frequently to do laundry and it’s always clean, the staff are friendly, and I *love* that I can pay with my phone or card instead of coins. Doug, the owner, is very kind and friendly and I even saw him take the time to talk to a customer who wanted to know how he started his business. Would definitely recommend!

Was in last weekend, Sundays can be busy days by noon but manageable. The machines are sometimes down but I’ve never had an issue with them where I didn’t fee they worked well. The various sizes is awesome! The staff have always been friendly, helpful and on top of keeping things flowing. The app is easy to use and the free dry credits are fun surprises. Although not sure how they get earned

The lady who works there is friendly...it's clean...no riff-raff. I would've given it a 5 stars but THE REST ROOMS ARE NEVER OPENED! I BELEIVE ITS FUNCTIONAL BUT THEY JUST DO NOT WANT TO CLEAN UP BEHIND CUSTOMERS OR VAGRANTS.

This place is beautiful, clean, and has lovely amenities, such a snacks and drinks for sale. The attendant was so nice. I especially love that the machines take credit cards, is carrying around tons of coins is obnoxious. Highly recommended!

Very clean establishment. Clean washers and dryers inside and out. I really appreciate that. Locked, clean restroom for customers use. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner. Very nice man. Staff is very friendly. Plenty of parking. Next door to cousin, you can grab you a bite to eat while you're doing laundry. They have washing specials during the week. I so appreciate the automatic opening main doors. It helps when you're carrying a basket of laundry in or out. I believe this is one of the better laundry establishments throughout the city. Prices of the machines are average, maybe $0.25 to $0.50 more then other places. But as the saying goes you get what you pay for.

An okay clean place compared to the surrounding laundromats. I mainly go here because I can use a card instead of pesky coins. Last 2 years everything has been kept up nicely and everything was working. Now? More than half the machines both washer and dryers are out of order, so that's pretty annoying. I will say the staff are nice folks, they just don't clean 24/7 , resulting in a dirty place than it was two years ago. Also the TV in there is pretty pointless, half of it is dimmed and almost blacked out. Hopefully the owners will make moves soon. It's going downhill.

I had to go here today cause my power is out and I cant wash in my washer or dry. I always have a good experience when I go. Its always clean and all of the machines always work.I was in there for a hour and a half. The employee was so nice and helpful. I felt bad for this older lady though. Her laundry was ripped to shreds in the dryer..the expensive one too. Btw i like the wash card concept it's very handy. The app is cool too.

The cleanest laundromat I've ever been too! Very friendly staff; the owner and the employee were both helpful and made sure that my first visit here was pleasant. The loyalty card and app features are really nice! I'm really apprehenive about where i do laundry, and this place is just what I was looking for. Only one con; I wish there were more washers at the 2.75 price and that the dryers weren't so expensive, but for the ambiance, I'll pay a little more and travel a little farther.

Very nice, modern and clean laundry mat that allows for any type of payment, which is great. Stuff for the kids to do, which is thoughtful. The large load machines are little on the pricey side but they allowed me to save time. They have specials on Facebook and on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

One of the cleanest laundromats I have ever seen. In addition, if you are like me and don't keep alot of quarters or bills in your wallet or purse, this place allows you to use your debit card at both the dryers and washers. I have not found another laundromat that offers this service. However, I would not recommend going there on a Sunday morning as it is very busy and you would be lucky to find an available washer or dryer to use.

The only laundromat in the Milwaukee area I feel comfortable going to. Card swipe machines allow more convince, employees are always polite and assist you when needed and it is very clean. I’ve never had a bad experience.

Washer sizes from household-normal to futon; normal two dryer sizes. Clean, bright, wi-fi available; comfortable with pleasant personnel and most of the machines working.

The place is clean, staff are friendly, and I come here because I can use a credit/debit card. Beware of them in the winter time because they won’t shovel their snow. I’ve have personally helped old people cross the snowbanks because they don’t care, and the owner/manager even asked me about my thoughts on the place and I specifically mentioned the snow/ice. Sometimes they don’t open on time either. Otherwise it’s nice.

This is by far the nicest laundromat I've ever used. I don't usually write reviews, but I've been so impressed so far I was compelled to write one. As it was my first time here today, the friendly owner came over and greeted me. He set me up with a loyalty card that you can load instead of having to use quarters, and get bonus points. The facility is very clean, bright, nicely decorated, and has well-kept machines. Snacks, keurig coffee, and a nice seating area with free wifi provided! Awesome place!

Nice laundromat I love the how you earn free dryer rewards by washing your clothes in the washers The 2 different ladies who were working on my visits were really friendly and nice This is now my go to place to wash my clothes They got specials on washers Tuesday thru Thursday or Friday They've got a few tables with chairs to sit down and relax as your clothes are washing A large screen TV to watch as your do laundry This place is always clean & well taken care of They use a electronic card for you to do your laundry but you can also use your debit card If you lose your card you can get a new one with your previous balance loaded back onto it All you have to do is link your card to their app The app also will tell you how long is left on your washer or dryer as long as you've used your card Wonderful experience both of my last visits

I’m new to the neighborhood been coming here for the last six months because I’m nearby this laundromat I rated it a five until two weeks ago. I go in to wash with my grandson who’s 11 with a mask on and I had one on too..The worker said no children are allowed so he stood outside until I put my laundry in.. Then I asked for the key to the bathroom she told me that it’s not open to the public but I’m a customer washing in here..so I walk around until my clothes are done..Come back I find a child in the laundromat washing along side his mom much younger than my grandson. she said kids aren’t allowed but I find a child washing clothes with his mom as my child stands outside in the HEAT.. My five stars has dropped to 3. And I wasn’t allowed to use the bathroom.that took away a second star. I found another laundromat in Shorewood while on my walk that accept children of all ages with mask. Don’t get me wrong the laundromat is good however, the way I was treated was Not right!

Super friendly, super efficient, great value. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I took a rug I needed to wash and the guy even insisted on carrying it out of the car for me. The place is super clean, has WiFi, vending machines, bathroom, tv and seating. The hour I spent there went pretty quick chatting to the staff as well. The cost was cheaper than I expected at $4 for the wash in the quadruple washer and $2 to dry. Next time I need anything washed I’ll be back here for sure. Thanks for the excellent service.

I love this laundromat. I have never had a better experience. The facility is clean, very tech savvy, and even offers rewards. The atmosphere is also very laid back and the owner even offered to help bring my laundry in when I first even came there.

Clean, efficient, and fair priced. I like that you can use either a rewards card or the FasCard app to pay for laundry, rather than cash/coin. The app also tells you how many machines are available, so you can try to go when it's less busy.

I've been going to this laundry facility for almost a year now. Even after I moved all the way out to Brown Deer. I normally load my funds on the ever so convenient laundry card but yesterday I was drying my last load and didn't want to reload my card so I swiped my bank card. HUGE mistake. $20 hold?????? And no sign up ANYWHERE. Not too sure I'll be coming back after this. I even expressed my concerned to the attendant and she acted like she could care less.

I really like this laundromat, it’s always clean and staff are helpful and friendly. However, the business hours are 7am-10pm daily. It is currently 7:09 and the laundromat is not open. It appears there is no one inside. If you advertise that you open at 7, you should be open at 7.

This place is phenomenal! All of the machines accept both coins or credit cards, so you don't have to lug around change if you don't want to. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the facility is spotless. While doing my laundry, I was able to relax with a cup of coffee from their coffee bar, browse the internet with their free Wi-Fi and watch TV on their large-screen TV's all at once! I've definitely found my new laundry home.

My first time here and the customer service is great! I was greated as I walked in and they made me super comfortable that I did not know what I was doing haha. I had no idea what washer machine to use nor the cycle to run and the woman working here helped me with it all. It is also a very nice, clean, and well organized laundromat.

Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff. I once showed up at 7am. It was supposed to be open but staff was late. I contacted management. They were so nice and apologized. They let me know that my time was valuable. I never had that issue again.

Cleanest laundromat in Milwaukee, you can PAY WITH A CARD instead of having to fuss around for quarters (I never have enough), they sell soap, snacks and coffee, all the machines works great... whats more to like. I will never go anywhere else.

I love this laundry place... The ladies working there are ALWAYS super nice, one even gave me get laundry soap when I was out, and the place is always super clean. Only place in Milwaukee I'll do my laundry. The rewards card is super plug too.. Highly recommend..

THIS IS BY FAR THE CLEANEST MOST WELL RUN LAUNDRY MAT IVE EVER STEPPED FOOT IN. WASHERS AND DRYERS WORK PERFECTLY. THE DRYERS MADE MY CLOTHES THE DRYEST THEY EVER gotten. The managers only hire the best the employees. They are so helpful and polite all of them. I had a particularly great interactions with a ms shannon very enthusiastic and helpful. She helped me sign up for their rewards card that gives you free dry time. She even went so far as to help me get a stain of my favorite jacket thanks your laundry now it is MY LAUNDRY ♡♥

Probably the nicest laundry facility in the area. Be prepared to wait a horribly long time to use the machines during peak hours. Make sure you use enough soap because the washers leave a slight smell.
