I was just approached by one of the staff here who asked 1st, if I was doing laundry? I replied yes. She then asked "where is your washer?" To which I replied, "the 3 silver machines on the end." I am in this place every week to do my laundry and the fact that I have my empty laundry bags lying on the table next to me! May need to find another laundromat!

I really like this place . Very Clean. Prices are average , not expensive, and the $1 dryers are Huge and get super Hott! Love it! Staff is friendly and it's a convenient location as well. Recommend to Everyone!

I’ve been using this laundry mat for years. I recently moved to bay view and still take my laundry there. I use the drop off service here and Alma and her family are fantastic. They are the reason I come here.

This is a pretty good laundromat. But I strongly recommend to everyone to do their laundry on Tuesday through Thursday. The washing machines are half price. This is the only laundromat I've been to where they give you a stamp card. If you use 10 of their washing machines within a month the 11th wash is free and I really love that. The only real annoyance I have is nothing to do with the laundromat.the men's rescue mission is up the street so they come down to the plaza and aggressively ask for change besides that this is a fantastic laundromat

It's all right laundry. I like that they have a lot of heavy duty machines so you don't have to wait for free one. There is also some kind of front desk with attendants, which makes this place feel safer and they can help if something isn't working. Equipment is not super new, but doesn't smell too bad. For a moderately priced public laundry with no competition close by I am perfectly satisfied.

I STILL love this laundry mat, just hate that they went up on prices. The large washers went from 6.50 to $7.00. I also notice that other laundry mats I used in the past give you 8mins on the dryer per quarter... Here its 6mins per quarter. Wonder why so much at this location 🤷🏾 …

I did the drop off system where they wash and fold your laundry and they read each of the labels to know which could be dried and folded everything so nicely and had it all ready when I arrived. I really needed their help, I’m so glad I did it

I never wash here before because I thought it was too high, today wash, my first time coming here and this the first laundrymat I saw with staff and the first I saw was very clean. I will be returning again. If you don't have time to wash your own clothes they at do it for you.

Place is just okay. Half the machines are broken at any given moment, I don't understand why that is. Currently looking for a better place to do my laundry, it's annoying trying to find a functioning machine. Also, beware if you use a Debit/Credit card. They place a hold on your card for $15 for 48 hours, then they release it and only charge you for what you used. If you're a broke college student, be wary of this.

Visiting daughter from Oregon and came in with a mountain of laundry. These people were amazing, helping in every way. Even bought breakfast sandwiches for everyone. Milwaukee should be proud of businesses like this!

Can be friendly, but get all your stuff done by 8:00/8:15pm the latest, that way you’ll have plenty of time to get in and get out, it’s not worth the stress, or better yet, find a 24hr place that doesn’t stress you out, that way you don’t have added stress on top of current stress, and can just be and chill, better vibes elsewhere...,
