Wonderful dry cleaners!! The owners are so kind and accommodating and do an incredible job! I had my wedding dress cleaned by them after my destination wedding, and then cleaned and boxed after my local reception as well; they did an amazing job both times! They also did a great job with my husband's tux! Very fair pricing as well! Couldn't recommend them enough!!

Used this service for weekly laundry in my Acupuncture practice. The work was great, even better than one might expect. However, they made a commitment for 20% discount considering it is regular business. After only a short time they said no more discount. They changed their minds. This is difficult because it leaves me without a service. I appreciate the time we worked together. I would recommend sticking with dry cleaning or laundered shirts. I wouldn't take other laundry-type items there. I don't think it fits their business model. And in an effort to make me happy, they took on business that doesn't fit. In the end they left me frustrated because now I need to find another supplier.

Joy Cleaners is Amazing! The husband and wife team that run it have Customer Service that is out of this world!! To add to that, the wife meticulously tends to each and every sweater they dry clean, removing any fuzz and literally making it look like it is brand new. I've never had a better experience anywhere else!!!

My wife had her wedding dress cleaned here. The owners are SO incredibly nice. They made the wedding dress look brand new! It was amazing. I don't live in tosa but this place is worth the drive.

I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned before my big day, as my dress had been sitting in its bag for two years collecting dust! It had plenty of miscellaneous spots on it so I took it to Joys and they cleaned it right up. Very fast and professional and the price felt right. Plus the owners are so friendly and just overall sweet people to interact with. I will definitely be back!

I had an interview that came up on relatively short notice and dropped off my suit thinking it was 24 hour dry cleaning. When I realized it was not they were very accommodating and expedited my dry cleaning. Great customer service!

I am so glad I discovered Joy Cleaners. They have always done a great job laundering and pressing my shirts. When I have dry cleaning to be done, I do not hesitate to bring it here. Not handy with a needle and thread, any small alterations taken here, always received with Joy.

Wow! What amazing service Joy Cleaners provide. I have never taken anything to a dry cleaners before, but after my beach wedding and garden party reception my wedding dress was VERY dirty on the bottom. It had mud/dirt/sand stains on the bottom of my dress and bustle. I was very nervous to take it in and looked online for a qualified cleaner. I had read a review for Joy Cleaners where another beach bride had brought her dress in to be cleaned and she was very pleased with the outcome. The finished cleaned dress looks as if I just purchased it off the rack! I was amazed. They were a pleasure to work with and you could tell they really cared about the garment and their customers satisfaction.

Anyone looking to get their wedding dress cleaned - this IS the place! I had a beach wedding in Florida and my dress was black at the bottom. I just picked it up this morning and it looks brand new. Must also mention that the owners of this place are talented and super friendly!

I too went to this place because i saw two other reviews on dry-cleaning a wedding dress. They did a beautiful job and were so kind!! I would definitely trust them with cleaning your gown you won't regret it! My dress was super dirty on the bottom and its like new :)

If just want to have your clothes dry cleaned you can go anyplace, but if you want FRIENDLY people who go out of their way to ensure that you are satisfied with, not only your dry cleaning or laundry, but your experience, then Joy Cleaners is worth the trip. The owners are some of the kindest, friendliest, hardworking people I have ever met! You need to make Joy Cleaners your dry cleaning and laundry service.

Favorite place to go I have been a customer for a few years now, so they recognize me and we are cordial to one another. A little pricey and I notice that they do not put individual prices on tickets. That is a pause for concern for me, no matter how much I like you. Debating on that with myself, but other than that I have not decided to change yet. Their work is very good 👍

The owners and staff at Joy Cleaners are very nice, and I'm sure they do a really nice job dry cleaning. I had a good experience when I dropped my pants off to be hemmed and tapered, the woman who helped me was very "Joyful" and spent time with me trying on the pants and pinning them. They do charge more for hem/taper services than other dry cleaners in the area, but I was reassured that the reason why it is more expensive is because they do a much better job (i.e. tapering the pants from both seams instead of just the inside seam). The reason for 3 stars is that I am not satisfied at all with the pants. The taper is wider than what I thought based on the way she pinned it when I tried them on. More importantly, the pant is much shorter than what we agreed on. I won't be able to wear it with regular dress shoes. She basically told me I was wrong and that that's how I wanted them, and did not offer to fix it. This left a bad taste in my mouth.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. My husband had a pair of wool pants that were absolutely destroyed, and Joy Cleaners waved their magic wand and made them brand new again. Color me impressed! I also took my 2 jackets and they look totally brand new. Thank you so much!

The owners are the most friendly business owners I've ever met, always with smiles on their faces. The do an INCREDIBLE job with their cleaning services and are very affordable as well. I tried other places and was not nearly as satisfied.

I took my beach wedding dress in to be cleaned- it was literally black on the bottom beforehand! I wore it in the ocean and then the pool. After it was cleaned by Joy's, it looked BRAND new! Highly recommend them
