These guys do a fantastic job of washing, pressing and dry cleaning all of our clothes. Always done on time if not earlier! They are always friendly and professional. Customer service means a great deal to me and these guys couldn’t do it better! Thank you to everyone at Plainview for all that you do!

Took curtains for 20 windows for my business. His price was nearly a 1/3 of what most places cost. Super friendly and helpful gentleman at the front counter. All other places told me they would have to send them off to be treated and I would not see them for weeks. They quoted me a week at Plainview and called three days later with them cleaned and hung and they even water treated them for no extra charge. Amazing experience! Highly recommend!

I recently had an experience with Plainview cleaners that made me realize there are still good honest, family owned, businesses that are out there. The fact that I am even on here writing a review on the internet (with help of my daughter) as a 74 This year old woman says a lot. I brought in a jacket that my daughter had bought for me a beautiful Burberry jacket, unbeknownst to me, there was leather on that jacket in various places hidden from the naked eye...my eyes anyhow. The next day I get a phone call from a number I did not recognize I answered it, there was a kind girl on the phone Grace-who stated we could not clean this jacket without guarantee that damage could be causd to the jacket due to the leather, heat & drycleaner. She explained to me a few options and I agreed to her recommendation, I asked her will this still be ready by Saturday because I wanted to wear for my Christmas party. She explained to me the protocol for situation like mine (leather and cleaning process & reasons for longer time) since the driver had already picked up clothes for the day and it was 5:30 in evening that it wouldn't be ready until Tues or Wednesday... She said, "let me make a phone call and she came back after a few minutes & told me yes ma'am we will make it happen". She drove my jacket to the plant that night after she got off work to ensure I would have it back by Christmas 🎄 and I did! Even gave me a discount which I was not expecting. Little things like this may mean nothing to some, but it meant the world to me. My husband and I have been going to nu Yale frome day 1, Plainview you just got our business. If you're wondering why I didn't take to nuyale in first place, I did. They were closed during normal hours (probably 5th time in month this has happened) another reason for us leaving.
