Well, you pay 25 cents for 6 minutes of dryer time (other places give you 8 minutes). There is not much seating available, no vending machine, and the restroom is not open to the public (that means you and me). And then there is a room in the corner for your zombie friend with spikes on top. Also, there is an ad for dentistry in MX. The place is loaded with cameras. Next time I will use a different laundromat. This place has a really weird vibe to it.

Floors and tops of machines were very dirty. Machines themselves were clean. No seating area. Just 2 folding chairs by the door. The bench seats were completely covered by fluff and fold laundry. Says air conditioned. But it was rather hot in there. There was a guy rolling cigarettes on the back counter. Otherwise, change machine worked, large capacity machines did a good job cleaning, dryers dried faster than I thought they would.

Service: Staff washed my clothes for me. Not only was the server/staff extremely polite and accommodating, the shirts that they ironed for me turned out amazing! They are very hard to get wrinkle free and they managed to have them looking fantastic. I am very appreciative.

Hav been going here reguarly every week or two to get the fluff and fold service for over 2 months now, and I have to say the team is absolutely amazing🙏 have always had my clothes done same day if not the next morning due to being busy and that's a great turn around compared to other places. Clothes come back folded, smelling great, as well as always getting great customer service when I come in to pick up/drop off. I will say if the owner were to drop a little money into revamping the place up a bit, paint and floors, add a lounge to relax while you're waiting, it would be a 5 star establishment with way more business and revenue. Just my 2 cents, luckily for both parties I live close so it's convenient as well as loving just the nice conversations with the staff as another reason to come in

I didn't actually use this laundromat, but I went in to see how they were, machines were a bit pricey in my opinion..not alot of seating area and not alot of parking but overall it looked like a simple small business in a shopping center with a fast food place across the way if your hungry

I used this service while waiting for my new washer and dryer to be installed. I had used two different places before, and was unhappy with the results. Here my clothes took 2 days instead of 2 hours, but the end result was excellent. I brought my own soap, which they used and returned. They followed directions, which were different for one basket. The clothes were folded beautifully, and they hung all shirts for me. If you want a drop-off laundromat, this is the place to go!

Second time I've used them for my laundry. They did a great job, very fair price, and it's a very convenient location. They also offer delivery service, but it's easier for me just to go pick it up sooner. Update. I'm still happy with the great job they do and quickly. It has been about 4 times that I used their laundry service.

They've been amazing, in the middle of quarantine with teenagers who change clothes constantly my washer stopped working. My normally constant laundry "system"(12-15 loads a week) got thrown thru a loop. Not in the position to spend 1500 on a new washer, and having a near panic thinking about the prospect of washing or essentially spending days living in the local laundry mat, we came across this wonderful gem of a business. They pick up and drop off, they wash, dry, and fold.... even using the specific detergents I usually use for my families sensitive skin, and even are able to wash the mattress pads I use for my guinea pig enclosure without issue. They also were able to handle delicate items with care and kept everything separated and organized, just as I had sent it out with them. They've been a godsend, not only that all of the staff are the most polite, sweetest folks I've dealt with since moving to Las Vegas!! The cost is also extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity of service they provide, even when the budget allows for a new washer I may just continue using their service instead.

I was on vacation and had laundry that needed to be done. I wanted a wash and fold laundromat. I found this place was close to the casino we were staying at. The price was very reasonable! I dropped off my clothes around 10am and they were ready to go at 5, folded neatly and on hangers! I even got to choose which detergents they used! No one likes to do laundry on vacation and I'm so happy to have found this place! I even got to meet the owner 🤗

I've been coming here because the place is close to my apartment. Up until now it's been good, I like to use the massage chair but didn't have a dollar bill. Asked the attendant to switch 4 quarters for a dollar bill, she says I can't do that?! Like I'm minting fake quarters in my basement? Super Shady..ill find another laundromat.

Great service for anyone staying on the Vegas strip without a rental car. Our hotel offered services for $5-$12 per garment (ouch!) and it was $15+ one way to Uber to a laundromat; and we had a full carry on suitcase worth of laundry. The Fluff and Fold service was wonderful. They picked up/returned our clothes to our hotel. The woman I spoke with was very nice and their delivery fee was less than Uber costs (win!). For us, it was worth every penny. Would use them again.

Fantastic! I dropped off 77 pounds of linens to be laundered with the fluff and fold service and it was great! This was my first time using a laundry service and when I came back to pick them up they were all folded and bagged perfectly! Absolutely loved it. :-)

It's gone downhill. I used the fluff and fold service a couple of times. My clothes came back smelling awful. I tipped both times and the second time they even added A little extra extra for themselves. I won't be returning.

Under a time crunch while traveling in Vegas, I needed to get clothes washed and done with a 2 hour turn around. I found this place, I was there when they opened their doors. Unfortunately a pipe had burst overnight and they had no water. The manager said to leave my clothes and she would call me if she could or couldn't get my clothes washed dried and folded in time to catch my flight. In nothing short of a miracle she got it done! And right on time! She was super professional. Direct, optimistic and my clothes where fresh, folded and ready to pack. Thank you!!!!

I can definitely recommend the services of Fluff & Fold. Dropped a 5lb bag of washing off at around 11.00am and picked up at 5pm same day.I am in the USA for 2 weeks and this represented a weeks worth of washing. Beautifully folded shirts, clean and smelling great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Give or take 2 years ago I was in Vegas and I found out a usual spot where I do my laundry was out of business. I was very happy cause it means I could check out another place. The only place that was friendly to me when I called was West Flamingo Fluff & Fold. The woman who answered the woman gave me all the answers i needed and even asked me when I would come. I told her what day I would be in and she said she was working that day. I called before to make sure she was still working there as I wanted to deal with her. She said she would be there all day and when I got there I introduced myself and she told me which machines would be best to wash all my clothes and after showed me the dryers. While my clothes were washing I used their wifi, got myself a coffee and used one of their massage chairs. It was the most amazing experience I've ever had at any laundromat. The one I used to go to was so boring that I would almost fall asleep doing my laundry and they had the worst woman that worked there. Glad it was out of business cause the next time I travel to Vegas with my friend i'll take him along to West Flamingo Fluff & Fold. It's also near some places to eat and grab a drink from in case you didn't want to buy a drink at the laundromat. Overall being from Canada and experiencing a lot of laundromats in my time. This is the best laundromat I will ever visit. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and most of all make you feel welcome that you came. As well as having someone on staff at all times makes it even better that you don't feel like your the only one there. Everyone should visit this place when in Vegas.

I have been using West Flaming Fluff & Fold for over a year now. Their service is unparalleled. I fly to Las Vegas very regularly and no matter what hotel I stay in on the strip they always pick up and deliver the cleanest and most perfectly folded laundry. I LOVE them. Free wifi, Cool. Noone is here. Even cooler. The washer doors are tricky to lock. The colors inside are white and blue. Machines leak water on top from the fabric softener compartment. Happy to give you quarters for dimes and nickels. Massage chairs. Video games. Snack machine. It was fun. I had a good time. So did everyone else.
