Camping in the area and needed a place to do laundry, place was so clean. Love the decor and vibe, lots of attendants on duty, who were helpful, very clean, variety of washers and dryers. Fresh coffee!!

Had my huge white comforter cleaned here. I was not expecting it to come out perfectly spotless because well, it’s white. But IT CAME OUT BRIGHT WHITE! I was very pleased. Especially with the pricing, I could not have been more happy. The customer service was great as well. I will be returning soon!

Our dryer went out and I have 4 kids. Went here to do some laundry and my experience was great. Spacious, it doesn't feel like everyone is in your business. Snacks and coffee, and if you forget any supplies they have some for a low price. Staff was very polite and helpful. Establishment was very clean, and washer and dryers were fully functional.

Interesting that they offer tanning, but I just really wanted clean clothes. No ATM, so bring cash, but they have a change machine. Come early because over half the washing machines are out of order, and most of the rest are used by the drop off service. I drove 30 minutes out of my way because it looked clean. On the day I visited, it wasnt. Has potential, but I will not be back.

Great place to drop off! I have taken a couple of large comforters to be washed a few times now and they always do a fantastic job! Very courteous and friendly. Always clean and well maintained. I highly recommend using their services!

Giving the washboard 5 stars , very clean and nice environment if need help with anything ask for Denise, she will go out of her way even when she is busy .best laundry mat in town. They have tanning beds too lay down booths and stand up. And they have different deals for tanning so you don't have to pay each visit or you can pay 4 dollars for a visit which isn't bad.

I am new to the area and was looking for a place to do my laundry. I’m ran across The Washboard near their closing time. Denise was so helpful. She let me come in and get done what I need to. She instructed me on how to use the machines , informed me of their services and was very polite and professional. They will do your laundry for you. The equipment and facility was very clean and comfortable. There were nice tables to sit at while waiting. There is also a tanning in the same suite so you can do that while you wait also. I will continue to go there and will recommend The Washboard to everyone!

This is such a nice, clean and staffed laundromat that I stumbled upon when my old place closed for busted water pipe. Wow am I ever glad I did. The washers and dryers are well maintained and cleaned regularly. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. Denise is awesome! Then if you need to catch a little glow the tanning bed and booth are available. The staff are excited to grow their business and tell customers about specials. Great little business.

The attendants Denise and Lisa were so helpful when I came to do my laundry. I am from out of town and they were so sweet. They helped me find washers and dryers that would fit my loads perfectly. They were interacting with all of the customers during my visit. They really went above and beyond to make sure everyone's needs were met. If I am ever back this way, I will definitely stop here again to do my laundry. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience.

This is by far my favorite laundromat, not only in Shepherdsville but the surrounding southern Jefferson/Bullitt County area. Staff (Denise!!) are friendly and extremely helpful when trying to decide the most cost efficient yet thorough way to get our laundry done when money was tight. I will be driving an extra few minutes every week just to visit and wash my clothes here. This is just a great place with a great group of people!!!

This is the best laundromat I've ever been to. Very friendly and helpful staff and the machines are very diverse too. They have a few industrial size washers that cuts down on the number of machines I have to use on a visit. I highly suggest asking about the laundry bags they sell. The one I bought is big enough to fit 4 loads in! Overall, I'm very happy to have this laundromat to go to.

This laundromat is hands down the best I've ever seen!! It is SUPER CLEAN ,colorful,and bright.There are tables and chairs so you can sit comfortably while you wait for your laundry. There is a small play area with a few toys for the kids to play. There is a tanning bed if you want to tan and the attendant was very nice. The only downside was not alot of dryers 🥺 But overall a FANTASTIC place. I would definitely recommend it🥰

This laundry mat is so very clean. The attendant Denise even put my blankets in the dryer for me when I was away. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean and enjoyable to do your laundry in.

The washboard is an amazing place! They have hours that work with anyone's schedule, the people working here are always friendly and happy to help with anything they can. They have your everyday washing machines you'd expect to find in a laundromat, then they have what I love to call the big momma machines. These machines can easily fit 2-3 average sized loads of clothes and get them all fresh as a daisy. No matter what you need for cleaning clothes, you'll find it here!

There is a laundromat 300ft from my apt, and I will drive to the washboard for the following reasons: -they are always staffed! And the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, even right when they open. - they have a super clean bathroom - places to sit while you wait inside and outside - finally - one time I started my laundry and got called in to work. I had a comforter in the washer machine, and I realized I wouldn’t make it back in time to dry it. I was so worried that it would mold in the washer. I went there the next day and DENISE had made sure to dry it COMPLETELY. I was totally floored and she acted like it was no big thing. I told her what happened and she said if it happens again to just give her a call. I am so grateful for their grace and the management at the washboard. They make all the difference!!!

Nice clean place with nice people to boot. lol. And check this out, I found out today that it is only a 1$ a pound for Laundry, 10 pounds minimum, anything less than 10 pounds will cost ya 10$, don't need to bring any soap or softener, it's in the cost!! So just give them your dirtiest and enjoy your free day to slow down and breathe, Life Happens and time flies, letting them do your laundry,, thats a no-brainer! Nice to know where I can find me some free time, it's on Laundry Day. So guess who will be doin my Laundry next week....my Washboard, Thanks Ladies! GB

I went there with my daughter so she could tan on Monday , The girl Charlene was super helpful so Nice !!!!! So we decided to do our Laundry next time. She was cleaning this place the entire time. So nice of a place . I will definitely be back to tan also.

Washboard is a great smalltown laundrymat. The reason i use the washboars is because their staff is the best. Lisa,Denise,Melissa are the best at customer service. They are always kind,they know what they are doing, and they are helpful. The washboard is the cleanest and it is always well kept. The machines clean and dry good. You have a safe place to have your kids at when doing your laundry. I reccomend the washboard and i give the customer service 5 stars. Thank you Lisa,Denise,Melissac,Jacob. You guys are great. Absolutely wonderful experience! I desperately needed my work clothes washed, but had to run a bunch of errands. I was able to drop them off here, and pick them up less than 3 hours later! The woman that was working (I can’t remember her name) was so sweet, helpful, and accommodating. The prices are also great, I was able to get 4 work shirts, 7 pairs of work pants, and several undershirts washed, dried, and folded in about 2 1/2 hrs and it only cost me $12. Will definitely be returning here!

The place is super clean, fantastically bright and up lifting. What a nice change from most dreary laundry mats. Nobody likes doing laundry but this place makes the experience A LOT better. Great prices $1 a pound for drop off laundry.. can't beat that. Robin was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you. Will come again next time we travel this way.

This place is absolutely the best laundry mat if you have laundry to do. The owners and workers are very nice and generous people. Exceptionally the cleanest laundry mat I've been to. Very clean, and great prices. And hot dryers. Very kid friendly toys, candy, and room for them to play. They also have tanning beds. Great place, clean neat, very maintained and very nice lady who was there, I think the owner. Not to much to wash clothes and they have heavy large washers and dryers. Will go back if I ever have to again to this place

The washboard is a great place to do laundry and tan! I've never personally tanned there but the people come out a nice golden brown when I'm there! Krystal is very helpful and always a good conversation! I've recently relocated to the area and am working on my broken dryer! So it is nice to have them in such a great location! 5/5 would recommend!

This is the best laundry mat I have been to! Every person that works here is so helpful and nice! They make your visit here doing laundry great! They have free wifi and coffee. They also have a small assortment of toys for kids! The last time I went my laundry took a little longer to dry past closing and the lady was not rude or rushing at all! Totally would recommend this place to anyone!

I've been coming here off and on for about 2 years. Places is always clean and has machines open. Workers are always super nice. The few arcade games they have are sweet too. 10/10 would recommend.

im in here all the time and everyone is so nice, the owner is really caring she helps people that need it and the workers keep the place clean and make sure everything is fine with the customers. you can even drop off your clothes and they’ll clean them for you. you can call them and someone will even come pick them up and bring them back when they’re finished.

I cannot say enough good things about this gem! I researched places to have my UGG comforter washed and decided this was the place. They took good care of me. Not only is a laundromat, laundry cleaning services hut also has tanning beds! Very nice people!

Pros clean facility, free coffee nice attendant, places to sit and relax like your at home Cons the price for a 50 lb washer is $6.25 the dryers only give you 5 minutes for .25 cents and there are no in between washers it’s either small or go big. And the small washers are $2.50 so with that being said you are paying for that free coffee and the WiFi and other luxuries.

Great place to do laundry. I'm a Navy brat and travelled a lot and it's one of the cleanest laundry facility I've been to. Plus they have Wi-Fi. Myself and my girlfriend have been going there for over a year and have had no problems.

It's a fantastic place not only does it have free Wi-Fi but the attendance are very very polite and helpful and energetic the washers and dryers also work the way they're supposed to. Which is hard to find in a coin laundromat.
