I love this place! I have several old wool braided rugs. I take them to Parrot who has a contract with a company in Cincinnati that cleans the rugs. They pick up & deliver on Friday. Takes about 2 weeks & the rugs look amazing

Great place fast with reasonable prices. My only request is that I get a ticket when dropping off. I have never had a problem however when dropping off a few hundred dollars worth of clothes I would love to have proof. Still a great place.

A good job with cleaning and shirt laundering. Don't leave anything in the pockets. I left a pair of inexpensive gloves with leather palms in the pocket of my coat. They cleaned those as well. Since they had leather on them they charged a fortune for cleaning the gloves. More than the gloves cost. Not happy about that. Other cleaners I've used would put the items in a bag and give them to me when I picked up my cleaning or at least call to see if I wanted them cleaned.
