Nice staff but literally most of the washers are broke so for someone with a lot of laundry to do that was very frustrating

They got a whole wall of new dryers... now they just need those new washers or fix the many that have "out of order" stickies.

I have been coming to this laundry for almost six years now. Frank has worked very hard since taking over and things take time. Frank has now replaced the washers in the very back that had all been down with brand new double/triple loaders. The double loaders wash for 23 minutes max and your clothes smell absolutely fresh and are very clean. The double loaders are $7.25 and the triple loaders are $9.00 which is totally worth every penny. Frank is still in the process of replacing more washers and new dryers are coming soon. The staff are very, very nice and always available to assist you with the washers/dryers. Jeannie runs the laundry during the day and Chris runs the laundry on Thursday evenings and Saturday evenings.Both are extremely nice and runs the laundry really well. I love washing my clothes at this laundry!!

Love coming here, atmosphere is very nice. Really like one of the laundry ladies, very sweet. Only thing is some of the machines need fixing, not very many dryers. Not very crowded. The owner has been updating the machines and is working on updating more.

New washer and dryers that are so efficient! I like being able to drop off if I'm in a time crunch. Employees are helpful and kind. Cool air, TV and games to play while you wait.

Stopped in for the first time to use large capacity machines for a couple of comforters. I was welcomed with a friendly hello and the staff was most helpful and curteous. It was refreshing to hear staff welcome everyone who entered and to thank them upon leaving. Definitely a lost art and a much appreciated gesture. Also, a patron was trying to grab a coke out of the vending machine which unfortunately wasn't working. The staff knowing this was a problem had drinks readily available for purchase at the same price until Coke could get there to fix the machine. I had also asked about drying my comforters and was taken back but pleasantly surprised at the advice given. Due to their size it would've taken more time and effort to continually start and stop the machines to turn out the comforters, not to mention the money it would've cost. They could've not said anything and allowed me to spend more money but instead recommend that I just take them home to air dry. Wow! Friendly, HONEST, kind and hardworking folks here who have all 5 of my stars!!! Would definitely recommend and will return in the future even though there are other laundry mats closer to my home!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I like the atmosphere at this place, it was pretty clean and straighted up, Lady was friendly and professional. There were quite a few machines that were out of order. It wasn't crowded at all, there was maybe one or 2 people that showed up after we did.

Had the opportunity to chat with some of the staff/owner and they are some of the nicest folk I’ve run into. Traveling around I get to meet a lot of laundromat employees and owners, who usually blow you off. But here you can sit down and have a conversation with them and they don’t just push you away. Great customer service, and great employees. Next time I’m up here in Jeffersontown this is definitely the place I’m going to come to wash my laundry.

It's nice to do business where the people who run it have a heart. After being turned away from Fern Creek Coin Laundry because their last wash was 7:30pm and I arrived at 7:27pm, I was lucky enough to meet the management at J-Town Coin Laundry. The staff makes you feel at home, and the establishment is kept neat and clean. Will definitely be a return customer!

I found this place clean, well light, and friendly staffed. 30 pound washer was priced well and the dryers did the job quickly. I washed and dried @50 pounds of table linen for under $20.00 . Great value for my budget.

Super friendly and helpful owners and staff. Lots of washer options. Machines are worked on regularly. Change maker inside. Restroom for customers only! They will stop you if you're not there for laundry. Cheaper to do my laundry here, rather than my apartment.

It is great to go to a laundromat that has a large assortment of machines and an attendent on duty. They have a giant capacity machine for a 50lb load and several triple load machines. I washed 2 weeks worth of laundry for a family of 4 in 4 loads instead of 7 or 8 that it would have been with smaller machines.

Very nice and clean area, employees are nice and friendly, usually open. Easy access to store from main street. Plenty of parking and lots of area. Very nice store, new looking on the inside. I use it for most of my laundry needs, always stock of detergents. Excellence.

Had 3 king sized comforters cleaned and they came out fabulous!!!! We normally just throw out comforters and buy new - Jack at J-Town has changed all of that !!!! Highly recommend and will be back! Incredible customer service!

I did laundry at Jtown Laundry for many years and I returned today because my regular laundramat was closed because of maintenance issues. The staff at Jtown Laundry was not very friendly, particularly to a loyal customer. Nevertheless, the laundry is full serviced and the equipment was nice and well cared for. I would return again in the case of an emergency.

Excellent place! Low prices, awesome staff/owners, Clean facility and great services. Their drop off service is fantastic. Was done in an hour and a half, neatly folded, clean, and smelt great. Highly recommend this place.

Jtown Coin laundry is the only place I will ever go to get my laundry done. All of the attendants are funny and nice, but the real star is Jack. This man will bend over backwards to make sure your happy with your experience when your here. Never had a problem with their drip offor when I came in to do my own laundry. Love this place, professional but homely.

Hours have been changed. Online it says they close at 9, so when I arrive at 6 I think I have plenty of time to do my single load of laundry. As soon as I walked in the door I was told I couldn’t do my laundry and that the last load should have been in by 5:45. They now close at 7. Two hours earlier than what is posted.

There was a very nice lady I think her name was sherif but she helped me with my laundry and explained how everything worked. They also have a pac man machine so that’s good to pass off some time. All In all I give this place five stars ⭐️!

I have nothing but good things to say about J-Town Laundry. It’s family-run and you can just tell that they really care about their facility and the people that come in to use it. And for me, what really took the cake was the cleanliness. I was so impressed and I only regret not knowing about this place sooner!!

Half of the machines were out of service. I had to rewash an entire load because the machine ran the whole cycle with no water. The attendant said the owner was replacing machines soon, so I will wait a while and try them again.

Washers r pretty cheap n super clean plus the dryers actually heat ur clothes n don't even need to be in for long, about 20 to 25 mins. Not to mention the ladys n gentleman r very friendly n helpful

Family-owned you have to step up to get in side than the floors as they know there's no steps of stairways you have to climb the offer many services staff well trained well informed clean place and it was okay
