This family owned laundry mat is awesome. I did the drop off service. Well over 3 weeks worth of laundry cost around $40! They even took it upon themselves to hang my more delicate materials instead of folding them so they would keep their shape. Above and beyond service is hard to find, but I've found it here!

The first thing I noticed is how kind the staff are. The lady working asked me if I needed any help shortly after I walked in and she told me which washers to use for my blankets in a friendly way. The gentleman working here is just smiley and chit chatty. The washers were fast and so were the dryers. I would come back and try out their washing service for my comforter or use the machines again

Absolutley best service, they have the best drop off service. They are a tremendous help to me being disabled, they bring to my car for me. A caring family business. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And they are not the closest for me. Very clean and super friendly to deal with, fast service just great people ☺️

Incredible staff - friendly, helpful, welcoming. Facility was a comfortable and spacious place to do laundry. Plenty of machines that were very clean and even with many people there was no wait to use any machines. Table spaces were large and spread out. It was quiet and cool. One of the nicest laundry facilities we’ve used!

Helpful and kind staff. I felt safe at this laundrymat and that matters a LOT to me as a female. The washing machines were fast and the dryers did a great job drying my clothing. You have the options of big washers or small washers and big dryers or small dryers. I will return to do my laundry here.

After moving to Jtown a few years ago, I began supporting local businesses in the area. Just recently I needed to launder my bedspread so I started looking for a laundromat and found Fresh Air Laundry. Let me tell you I hit the jackpot! They are open 7 days a week, the facility was clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had not laundered my spread before, didn't want the cost of dry cleaners and didn't want to do it myself. The fellow took my spread, told me how he would wash and dry it and Voila..the next day I picked it up. It was beautifully clean nicely folded and wrapped in plastic!

Best laundromat ever! It is impeccable! Super clean and orderly. Great machines and prices. The owners and staff are the nicest people you could ever hope to meet! I have a very bad back, and they are so helpful, they have even carried my laundry to my car, every time! I have a laundromat in my apartment building but choose to go to Fresh Air instead! Excellent! I highly recommend them.

The new owner was so kind and helpful, as I was not sure of how to operate the large capacity washing machine. She took time out to show me step by step what to do and offered tips on how to safely and effectively dry my comforter. Any questions I had she answered with a smile and graciousness. The place was clean, though missing a number of floor tiles. The bathroom was also clean and tidy.

This was a great experience at this laundrymat! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Dottie, during my visit from out of town and she was wonderful in helping me. She took my mother-in-law’s king size comforter, pillow and mattress pad that morning and had them ready for pick up that same afternoon! I will be a repeat customer when back in town. I highly recommend Fresh Air Laundry!

Went here after being really disappointed by rude staff at another laundromat, and was so happy I made the change! The family that owns and operates it has been nothing but friendly and helpful, even going out of the way to make conversation and make you feel comfortable. It's clean, and has games for the kids to keep them entertained. They also have the COLDEST soda machine.

I’m out-of-town at the moment. While my hotel does have a laundry room, I used the Fresh Air Laundry drop off service because I’m lazy, and they’re top-notch. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality is outstanding.

New owners. Seems like small family owned business. Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a television for entertainment, and even let you handle the remote. There are arcade style video games as well.

Since the new changes under new management...all I can say is that I enjoy every moment I am doing my laundry here.. The staff and service here is excellent. There is no better place to go to do your laundry in jtown.. I love everything about the new changes and ownership.. So if you need to drop off or stay and do your laundry.
