AJ MedinaEverybody needs a good dry cleaner for those special items or times when a regular wash and dry just won't do, after trying 4 other dry cleaners, i found Deluxe Cleaners who is not just good, but great, they cleaned and pressed a suit and sport jacket in a day, did NOT double crease my slacks and delivered on time with awesome customer service. The price was higher than I expected but well worth the results delivered. Definitely coming back and highly recommended.

They go above and beyond - a year ago I had health issues and left my clothes for much longer than planned and they kept them for me, and this year I was late getting some things in I needed before I headed out of town and they rushed my dry cleaning. Hannah PochI don't usually need dry cleaning, but after my wedding we needed to dry clean my husband's suit. Everywhere in town has bad reviews so I decided I'd try this place.
I'm glad I did, and I'll keep using this business for any other random dry cleaning that comes up. Dropping off was easy. The lady at the counter took my things and said they'd be ready in three days.
Three says seemed like a little bit of a long wait, but I wasn't in a hurry to get them back.
When I got the suits they were nice and clean, and in great cocondition.
The price was very good, and employees were great.

So the day of the wedding, I found these guys on Google, they were open 15 minutes before they said they would be, and at a completely reasonable extra charge, they rushed pressing and dry cleaning her dress, they did an amazing job, they were so nice! And professional! And should I ever be back in Cheyenne and need dry cleaning again, I'm back here in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for everything you guys!

Arnie HelsingPeople come, people go!!! When I read some of the recent reviews (last 6-11 months) it is obvious that this location was struggling to hire & retain knowledgeable / dependable employees. It is also obvious that they did not have a reliable alterations department / partner.
HOWEVER; I have been a customer for 3 months now, and can tell you that I am extremely pleased with the level of customer service & professionalism that I have encountered every week. Congratulations to the owners and staff for acknowledging that there was a problem and taking the necessary steps to bring beneficial & lasting change.
I have tried the competition, and find Deluxe's pricing and delivery times to be more reasonable. For those of you who swore NEVER to return... you may want to re-consider. I think you'll be pleased, as well.
