Made an appointment and they got me in on time. Appt was for 10:40 caked back at 10:42. Stephanie was amazing. She was kind, considerate, patient and informative. Honestly, I get blood drawn often and she was the best draw I've had. I didn't even feel it and she had to draw a lot. Wish I could request her every time. Great job!

I never had any issues at this location. It’s upsetting to read a lot of these reviews because I quite frankly think that the people who wrote them are prejudice. There is absolutely no need to mention anyones skin color with a negative connotation. I will be reporting those reviews if possible. The staff is all very nice and professional, but not everyone is gonna be perfect all the time, as a healthcare worker I understand that because working with people can be EXTREMELY taxing. Especially the ones that I’ve seen come through that door making a scene. Additionally, they show they care and I’ve met some wonderful intelligent ladies there. I had an issue the other day with a scheduling mistake I made at another location; but I also needed time sensitive bloodwork. I did a last minute attempt to get a walk in with them and the woman said at first I could not because they were closing very soon and asked if it’s possible to come back tomorrow. I told her my situation and she quickly checked to see if I could be seen. To my surprise they rushed me back there to get my samples taken regardless of the workload they still had. I am very grateful for this; most places would not care because they’re closing. Thank you so much for all you do 😊

Felicia M was the best! Got everything done easy! She took my blood and for the first time it did not hurt! She made me feel comfortable the whole time !

Very organized. I arrived early was able to be seen early by Felicia. She is the best! The technology used to check in was easy and you can see how many people they are currently seeing. And how many people that have appointments for you. They have so many people there working, there is very little waiting time if you have an appointment.

They have redone this location, so the floorplan is much improved and more conducive to multiple patients. I arrived without an appointment and did not wait nearly as long as I thought I might, which was wonderful!!! Patrice did a thorough and conscientious job with multiple vials and tests, and her blood draw was excellent!!!

I don’t understand why the reviews are so low. I went in for the first time ever. I made my appointment ahead of time by phone, I arrived ten minutes early and completed the self check-in. I was called on time. I like the ability to see my name on the tv when I checked in so I know how many people are ahead of me. Nolanda did an excellent job taking my blood she was quick and professional. I was hesitant about going to this location because of reviews however I had a pleasant experience.

Wait time was less than 5 minutes. The nurse was knowledgeable, and she didn’t have to poke me multiple times. Environment was clean and staff was very courteous.

Was in and out. Appointment was at 10:30am, I arrived at 10:15 and was out by 10:30. After I checked in at kiosk I sat and waited for about 5 minutes then name was called. Easy stick and blood work done. Great experience for me.

First time I believe here, everything was clean and self check in was easy to use. Could wait inside or outside in your car. Was seen within 5 minutes of my walk in. The lady Ninita was incredibly friendly and knew what she was doing. Her talking distracted me from even realizing the needle had entered my arm! I didn’t even feel a pinch! Everything was quick, painless, and friendly. Was in and out within 10-15 minutes. Wrote this review the minute I left!

Update: I went back and had a totally different experience. Waited in the car for text to enter. Upon entering was met by the tech directing me to the lab area assigned. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Lastly, the blood draw was the least painless I’ve had in 15 years. Older post: Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time. Left. No one in lobby and people were waiting outside. Just chaos. Pick another site

Second time I am here in a week getting work done. Both times I showed up early (7:45-8:00) and both times they were awesome, fast, efficient and kind. The tech was very nice to me and patient. All the workers seem concerned with being timely and keeping things moving. It’s not fun getting your blood drawn but it helps going to a place you trust.

Honestly after a bad experience at my doctors office poking me 8 times in both arms AND HANDS!!! Quest was able to draw my blood after one small butterfly poke! I couldn’t believe at the uneccesary pain I went through when all I had to do was come to quest from the beginning. Now I know, this location is phenomenal and the employees are outstanding/smart! Thank god!

This location was fast! In & out in no time. I came in a little after 12 pm with my son. The staff were very nice & professional. They were very gentle & patient with my toddler for a blood drawn. If my son ever need labs again I know where I'm going.

I have to have bloodwork done almost every 3 months. Now why a folks fussing about attitudes of the staff when you ate the ones bringing it! They get up before the sun and start their days. All they do is draw your blood and say thank you have a nice day. I love these ladies & gentlemen, they don't blow my veins and I don't end up with bruises. Thank you foo r your job & training!

Best experience I've ever had getting labs done. Scott was extremely professional, personable, drew the blood with little to no sensation, and even a couple minutes after I only had a small red pinprick showing. Again, Scott not only introduced himself, did everything efficiently, but he was also talkative and I genuinely enjoyed our brief conversation.

Kind of stumbled onto this location a couple of years ago when I had a really bad experience at another location (in a much nicer neighborhood). Easy online appointment setting, simple check-in, virtually no wait, clean facility, and the best part is the customer service. 100% satisfaction two years in a row. I'm normally a hard stick. But a young lady ny the name of Valencia (Vee) got my blood on the first try. This never happens for me. She was very patient & polite. It didn't hurt at all. I hope that she will be there to draw my blood when I need to have it done again. I went as a walk in. They got me in and out quickly. University Plaza Tampa, Fla . Thanks again Valencia. I enjoy going here because it is close to my house. Yes it is a busy place but if you make an appointment they usually take you in on time. Quite different though if you are a walk in. The staff has always been professional and courteous to meme.

This place is absolutely awful,I took my 87 yo father here th have his blood drawn,of which we had a 100 appointment well after the man was rude and asked for my father's lab tests paper and id for a second time after waiting an hour I kept asking why are people being seen after we were here walking in after us he didn't answer purposely ignored us,my dad finally went back and was told his tests were not covered by the insurance, he has multiple myeloma and bladder cancer,no reason why the cost and no apology or reason why he wasn't called after over an hour.

You NEED AN APPOINTMENT FYI!!!!!! If you show up on time, with everything, you will be golden. All the staff is so so nice and accommodating. Update: Brianna is so great and professional. I didn't even feel the needle!

A Treat

I saw other reviews online that were really bad... I guess they dont get out much ;) sure, this isnt the fancy part of town, but this office was fairly clean and the lines were short. There is no service desk, its strictly appointment or walk in and register to wait. I wouldn't have any issues go back to this place!
