My care provider was incredibly patient, kind and gentle. They took the time to explain the different tests and how the process would work, and their swabbing technique is one of the most gentle I have experienced. Plus the results arrived in less than 2 hours. Definitely recommend.

Given the nature of my job, I’ve been tested 10+ times. This testing center has by far the most accessible, easiest, and organized process I’ve been through! Took me 5 minutes to sign up and schedule, my time on site was 5 minutes flat, and all testing types were available. The staff was friendly and efficient. If you need a test, so here. Super grateful for this resource!

Staff were prompt and courteous. They answered all our questions and helped us understand the variances in the test types so we could select the test that best met our needs. The only issue we had was with Google Maps not pinpointing the entrance of the site - it kept leading us to McDonald's! Overall though it was a good experience.

First time tested here was easy and painless. Second time however was not a great experience. I have been tested around 5-6 times through out this year and this test I just got was so painful. the woman who administered it was sloppy and hurt me. The first swab that just gently swabs both nostrils she barely touched anything with it, and the second swab that gets fully inserted she stuck up there really fast and aggressively. My whole right side of my face hurts and it’s been 3 hours since I received my test. Hopefully next time they will take more care with the test swab. The rest of the process is easy, they always have appointments available day of to book online. My only other complaint is it is promoted to be a half hour test but every time I have gone (twice) I have waited at least a half hour in my car for them to get to me regardless of my appointment time and after getting the test it has taken 2.5 or more hours to receive results. Not an issue if they didn’t advertise half hour results.

I booked my appt 2 hours before needing to be seen and was helped instantly within arriving. They explained everything and what to expect. I’ll def Use them again and have all my employees as well! Very happy!

Truly a wonderful experience. Within a few minutes of arriving, I quickly received a rapid test, rapid antibody test, and PCR test. The results were fast (before I even got home from my appt) and the nurse was excellent. I wish I had gone here for every other covid test I’ve gotten! This is a very well-run testing location!

I was able to get an appointment within the hour and received three tests: antibody, antigen, and PCR. I just pulled into their parking lot and was greeted at my car. The first two test results came back in 45minutes. This was an easy, drive-in location to get to.
