I usually don't leave a review unless the service is terribly bad or it exceeded my expectations. In this case, it exceeded my expectations. I have gotten blood work done here twice in the past 3 months. I schedule the first appt (6:45am) because I needed to fast before hand. I am hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) and I can't go too long without eating. Anyway, I followed the procedure of texting when I arrived. Within minutes I was asked to come in. All of the staff that has greeted me has been very friendly and professional. When I have gone to my room to give blood the med-tech has been very warm and hospitable asking me "what do you do for a living?" "Do you have any kids?" Small talk that some may find nosy but I enjoy the conversation and I forget I have a needle in my arm. The women at Quest do a great job and should be praised for being so warm to the customer. In my 2 experiences I can't relate to the negative feedback at this location.

Made a morning appointment, arrived and checked in. Waited in my car for 2-3 minutes in my car. Once called in the technician was polite, patient (had to call my clinic for a necessary code), and gentle.

What I liked is that there was little wait and the phlebotomist was excellent. All of my info was in their system so in and out in 15 min. Turn around is 24 to 48 hours so allow enough lead time for your doctor to get the results.

This place was awesome! I hate giving blood and it’s normally really difficult for me, but Sherlynn (spelling?) had me in and out in 15 minutes! She was so nice, and I barely even felt faint. Thank you!

i am terrified of giving blood and pass out almost every single time. Shavaughna (spelling may be wrong, but she works in #5) was the best person to ever draw my blood! i didnt pass out, she made sure of that, and she was super super sweet. if youre going and scared, ask for her! fantastic.

The electronic check-in kiosk worked fine. It was easy and fast to check-in. The wait time was about 10 minutes. The technician was pleasant.

I went there before work. I had to be at work for 7:05. When I got there was a line before opening at 6:30. When opened the ladies got to work and I got to work on time. Well done ladies.
