I walked in Quest prytania location, on 10/14/21 there was no patients waiting in the lobby I went to sign in by the Kiosk it was around 3:45 the next appointment time was for 4:10, I was about to walk out, but before I left I wanted to make sure my lab orders was in the system, Tanya was calling a patient which was not there, so she asked if I need help, I informed her that I needed to get to Touro by 4:00 an the next time slot is 4:10 but I will like to check my orders, so she walked me in the back and looked up my orders, she asked me to have a sit to draw my labs, Ms. Tanya asked on the way out to go check in so they get my information to proceed to process my order, she was very professional and helpful I truly appreciate her customer service! Thank you Ms. Tanya again

I didn't get the name of the technician who drew my blood yesterday, but she was amazing. She took eight vials, and in spite of my being on aspirin she left almost zero trace of having done so. Also, she was like an old friend, THAT amicable. To top it all off, I was only there about ten minutes. Best experience in as long as I can remember!
