The people here are very friendly and fast. I was an hour early for my appointment and it wasn't a problem. I literally sat in waiting for two minutes. They said it would take an hour for my results it was twenty five minutes. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing covid testing.

I was running late to my appointment so I called, and the woman who answered the phone was so kind, polite, and understanding. They were very quick and I got my results emailed to me in 20 minutes. It was very quick, clean, and a pleasant atmosphere.

Pretty efficient. Just note the telephone number posted on the counter for follow. Our results were a little longer than promised but a call got them sent right away.

Never received a result by email. Had to make 3calls and 2 trips to office to get our results. Thank you to a very helpful receptionist ,Sarrra , at the Metairie office. She was able to save our cruise and get us our results.
