I was in and out of there quickly. The lady who drew my blood was super friendly. Got my results fast! They send the bloodwork out to another laboratory. I got mistakenly got billed for it instead of ReliaLab (long story, and NOT ReliaLabs fault). I eventually just paid it. When the owner of ReliaLab found out what had happened, he gladly wrote me a check for the amount! He also changed labs so this wouldn't happen to anyone again. So, not only are they fast and reliable, they are honest and fair, a rare quality in today's world! I will always choose ReliaLab if given a choice.

Very great customer service , I was in and out of there in under 25 minutes. They were also polite even though I came 30 minutes before closing . If anyone requires their services , i very much recommend this place!

Reliable indeed!! Subject to random tests with a very small window and they are VERY efficient. Friendly & knowledgeable staff with great turnaround for results. Used them twice in a couple of weeks and in the mornings I’m in and out in less than 15 minutes after payment. Thank you so much!

The nice lady at the front desk name Iona is so nice and sweet. She talks to you very politely and doesn't give you any attitude. I would be gladly to go back to ReliaLab Test and Referral anybody to them. I had a very, very nice experience!

Had a urine test here at relialab test and the owner is super cool and down to earth…. This is a great place to go if your in the area… I would recommend this facility to anybody that’s looking for a reliable lab with outstanding costumer service 10/10 highly recommended

The staff is absolutely amazing, very professional, and considerate of meeting your needs. I have been going to ArcPoint for the past 3 months, once a week, and it has always been a good experience. The office is very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Such kind and caring staff. The last pre-employment drug testing place I went to was horrible and treated you like a prisoner rather than a customer. Ms. Iona helped me today and she was kind and considerate without sounding like a drill sergeant like my last experience. I had no wait time, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very nice clinic.
