The technician was kind enough to allow my nephew and I to be seen after waiting 2 hrs and being the last patients as walk-ins for lab work when we did not have an appointment and he ended up staying overtime just to help us which was kind of him and we sincerely appreciated it. My nephew said he was good because he was quick and painless since the poke didn’t hurt and the technician was quick at getting the blood drawn. He was a gentlemen after a long hard day at work so we really appreciated him for considering us even though he didn’t have to. So 5 stars for him and his kind heart and care factor! We really appreciated it!! Thank you to him!

Thank you to TJ and the other 3 ladies for the outstanding team work. As if drawing blood from a child isn't hard enough already, these ladies were extremely patient with my 5 year old son. They knew when it was time to back off and give my son space and pause if it became too much for him. Quest wasn't always my go to for lab work because of previous experiences, but moving forward I will be coming to this location because they treat you with respect and more importantly with patience. Thank you for making this already hard experience less difficult for my son and I.

Had to do a drug test came in at 3pm but was told to come back at 530 am I work nights they don't do drug test until 9 was going but I arrived at 7 after my 14 hrs shift the tablet said I could wait until 1010 I ended up pressing some buttons someone came out and I explained why is it going to take 3.5 hrs to do a drug test the manager TRACY informed me that drug test don't start til 9 but she was able to squeeze me in because an employee TAJA was able to assist me. I am glad they got this taken care the customer service was excellent.... P.S. remember to value people like this CORPORATE

I was in for blood work 2 days ago. The office was the usual chaotic mess with walk-ins. I witnessed one of your girls up front, TRACY, treat every customer with a smile and help every customer get where they needed to be and help them with the digital log-in screen. She did this so smoothly that every customer was taken care of kindly and quickly. And ALWAYS with a big smile. She’s a very valuable employee, and I wanted you to know. Thank you.

Look I gotta be real with you. In my opinion this is one of the better quest locations In Las Vegas. As someone who get blood drawn regularly from quest and have visited many of the Vegas locations over the years, I can say this location is one to go to if you want a friendly, overall quick and efficient visit.

Wow! Cesar is the man!! I absolutely hate needles and I absolutely hate getting my blood drawn and I was so nervous I was sick to my stomach!! I have had my blood drawn plenty of times before and he was by far the most gentle and the best I didn’t feel anything! My wait time was also less than five minutes and I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes! What more can you ask for! Thank you Cesar for making my experience so great maybe next time I won’t be such a wuss!

Went in for a pre-employment drug screening. Arrived 15 min. early and was seen immediately! Tia was the one that helped me through the whole process. She was so nice and her and the other ladies there had me laughing the whole time. Would definitely come here again for any future needs. Thanks for being awesome.

Of you want a EXPERT that will not rush and make sure you only get poked once.. Then make a appointment so you don’t have to wait forever. Then ask for Anthony, this guy was great and I only felt the 1st part and it was done…. He needs a raise for awesome he is…. Thanks Anthony !

Made my appointment online for same day visit. Got a text confirmation with link to check-in. Came in 20 minutes early for my appointment. I was asked to come back 5 minutes before my appointment due to social distancing. Came back and checked-in via my phone 5 minutes before. Seats are spaced out 3 feet. Masks required. Sat down and was called within minutes. Good experience. Got my results next day via their app.

I was upset as I had gone to another quest and they turned me away after I made an appt as they didnt have the tube needed! I went to this location and Rey was so nice and helpful i wasnt even made anymore. She made me feel alot better! Its so nice when medical people actually are kind and treat you like a person. Its hard to come by these days.

I went here a few months ago. The COVID-19 protocols are excellent. I was happy to be able to wait in the parking lot for my scheduled appointment time. I was seen right on schedule, and my appointment was quick and efficient. My results arrived at my doctor's office in a timely manner as well. Thank you.

My experiences at Quest Diagnostics are always basically just okay because my expectations are set lower to understand that it will be a few hours to wait for testing when being a walk in unless you go right when they open. They always mention that you can book an appointment but when I call or check online, it's not really possible. The waiting area is usually always packed and depending on when you go it can be chaotic. The employees there are nice and courteous as well as very professional especially doing what they have to do for people. Sometimes I end up with additional billing charges but what do you expect from the medical industry.

After reading reviews suggesting I get there early, I went there right at 7 and had a minor (8-10 minute) wait to check in with maybe 15 people in front of me. Once people checked in, they were in and out of there rapid-fire. I was called in by 7:30, and had forgotten my insurance card, so I had to wait in the lobby while I got it sent over from my office. Around 8 I got that, and there was almost nobody in the waiting room at that point. People would come in, check in, and be called within a few minutes. I thought it went very fast and painless. Everyone I dealt with was completely helpful and friendly.

I don’t normally do reviews, but due to the extremely friendly staff and easy process, this is an exception. The two ladies at the front greeted me like I was family. I was promptly brought back for blood work. The lady that drew my blood was very knowledgeable and caring throughout the whole process. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and would highly recommend anyone needing bloodwork to go to the west Tropical location in Las Vegas, NV. Thank you!

This is the BEST location in Las Vegas. Ray the site manager is absolutely wonderful. She made my wife and I feel calm and appreciated. Her entire staff exemplified her amazing customer service skills. Anu was our phlebotomist and she did an outstanding job because she drew our blood without any pain or redness. We actually showed up at 3:52 pm without an appointment (just to ask questions) and they closed at 4:00 pm. Thank you Ray and the entire staff for your human kindness.

I was able to come in on a walk in and have only a 2 minute wait on a Friday afternoon. If that wasn't good enough the ladies working there are completely enertaining without dropping a lick of professionalism. I'm deathly afraid of needles but these particular 2 ladies went way above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and then never made me feel shamed for being a bit of a needle phobe. I didn't feel a thing and was in and out of there in 10 minutes flat! Excellent team working there!!! Will be traveling to this particular location just to receive the greatest customer service that I've ever received before in this setting. Thank you!!

As always I received great service. They were limiting the amount of people in the waiting area and followed the social distancing rules. Gloves and hand sanitizer were provided for anyone who wanted them. The techs were outfitted in disposable gowns and wearing masks plus face shields so I felt safe while I was there.

Took my BFF 90 year old Mother here today. They put her right into room 1 and after she was situated I went out front to register her. Everything went quickly and smoothly. They then walked her out to the waiting area so, I could get her to the car. She said they treated her like a queen.

I'm not sure why these folks on here are rating these people unfairly. I had not a single problem. I walked in at 7 when they open along with about a dozen others. We all used the sign in pads at the counter and it went smoothly. I was called in about 10-15 minutes after I signed in. I was greeted with a smile. I enjoyed my visit and left 10 mins later. Perhaps a positive greeting to the folks who work there would start off a more positive experience.

As a breast cancer survivor getting blood draws every few months, I have to say, I’ve been to quite a few of their locations and this one is the very best in Vegas.. I make my appointment ahead of time, the phlebotomists are always very nice, and can actually hit my vein without bruising me..I won’t go to any other locations. I found out how amazing they were a couple years ago. Now with Covid and I’m high risk making appointments is even more important for me, and I check in sitting in my car, very little exposure 💜

This location is staffed with amazing people. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and professional. All of my concerns were addressed, including a minor issue with the lab work requested by my Dr. Vanessa was eager to get this resolved for me, and with her help, issue was resolved right then and there. Thank you, Vanessa. Your customer service and support are fantastic, and very much appreciated. The phlebotomist that took my blood samples was absolutely wonderful. She understood my fear of needles, and was eager to offer me special accommodations (you can lay down for the sample gathering). She was also very kind, friendly and very professional. She talked with me through the process, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was extremely skillful with gathering my blood samples. I barely even felt the needle at all. I am grateful that I was helped by such a knowledgeable and skilled phlebotomist. Thank you very much, Jessica. I appreciate your skill as well as your kindness. I highly recommend this location, 5 stars. (Especially to my fellow scaredy-cats lol)

Ray and Talia were great this morning. Ray was very friendly, greeted us and also told us to have a beautiful day as we were leaving: ) Talia was very helpful with my daughter and me, quick, efficient and friendly. First time my daughter did not pass out while giving blood and Talia definitely helped with that. I feel both of these employees went out of their way for us to a have a pleasant experience this morning at the Tropical Pkwy location. Went in to get my blood drawn. Now that is one thing that I just can't seem to come to grips with. I was traumatize as a kid when it came to needles so I've always dreaded this. Emylie was my tech and was amazing. She put me at ease by listening to my fears and explaining how she would be careful and gentle, didn't feel a thing. Also was in and out within 10 minutes entering and leaving, great staff. Thank you Emylie Thank you.

Absolutely exceptional staff! This is the way all businesses should be ran. I read negative reviews from people that don't bother to make an appointment and then expect to be seen immediately when they walk in. If not for these, this location would be solid five stars!

I was nervous to go into this Quest because of the negative reviews. I signed in electronically so there was no greeting but not because someone was being rude. A nurse walked out at 9:12 to take a patient with a 9:15 appt. I walked in at 9am and walked out at 9:30 with no appt. The man who drew my blood was deaf and very nice and it was pretty painless. I will go here again and again when I need lab work done.

Had to take the wife here. I read the reviews and was awfully nervous that this would take all day. We got there at 650am. Already a dozen people in line. I'm having DMV flashbacks. Doors open right at 7am, and then you check in. Everyone was very friendly and the process went very smooth. We were out of there at 720am. Couldn't believe it! Would recommend 100%.

I was a walk-in, and the 45-60 min wait wasn't bad. I left to browse at stores nearby. Then, came back, and within a few minutes I was seen by the phlebotomist. Also, the waiting room was bright and spacious, all the staff members were friendly, and overall, the facility looked clean/tidy.

I have come to this location for routine lab tests for several years, and 2 years ago for a pre-approval employment drug test in their older building down the parking lot. Have NEVER had an unpleasant person or unpleasant experience, but then again, I Always greet people with a smile and a happy, "Hello!" - You might want to try it! ☺️

I made an appointment. Very prompt service eventhough I was late. I was helped by Anu. Anu advised me about payment and drew my blood skillfully since I don't have the greatest veins. My appt was for 9 and I was out before 9:30.

Got in at 7am. I was number 7 in line. Checked in, got called in like 1 minute, they took the blood, and i was out the door in 15 mins. Great experience, staff very friendly, only way to have a better experience would be to not have to go.

The staff is professional and the service pretty quick, especially considering the many people usually in the waiting room. My only comment is about the television. It is always on some terrible station. Usually msnbc or cnn. Is a liberal bias showing. These stations per port to be news and journalists but their not! Big turnoff! How about the cooking or travel shows? Anything but this garbage! We’re trying to be in a good mood for the day but you are giving us complete non-sense and ruining our morning!
