Excellent Facility to have testing done at !! I worked with Ms. Michele for our company's COVID Testing needs while traveling and visiting Las Vegas for our annual meeting - she and all the staff at the clinic was Outstanding and Extremely Helpful from booking appointments to billing and all the way to the end when our guests went in for their testing, they made the whole process go very smoothly and was very accommodating to our needs while in the area. I would highly recommend IC Labs in Las Vegas for any testing needs. Kuddos to the IC Labs in Las Vegas for a job well done :)

Was having an issue at the Henderson location (ended up not being their fault), so I called here to figure out what was going on and get some help and Michelle was absolutely AMAZING! Went above and beyond to help me and answered all 9,737,862,746 of my questions (Lol). I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. So impressed with her that i’m actually contemplating driving to this location all the way from Henderson to get our Covid PCR tests done just because I know she will take care of me and my family and do it with a smile. Top notch customer service and Michelle is the best! Very impressed!

If you are in Vegas and need fast turnaround, this is the place. Outstanding service. I had called from Toronto ahead of time to ask questions and Michelle the operations manager was amazing to deal with. She was even nicer in person. All the staff were prompt and courteous. I even shared the same birthday with one of the staff! Hope you had a great bday Bethany!

I showed up to get my testing done. Michelle was so professional and got me done super quick. Not only was I in and out but she was also super fast at getting me my results. I will never go to another testing site. If your looking for the spot that’s going to take care of your health and time, this is it! Thank you again Michelle, you are the best.

This lab is incredible. The people are so professional and quick to respond once you arrive at the site. You can pull up in your car and they will swab you from your car. It’s quick and efficient. They are not just running tests and moving on, they genuinely want to help people. I’d like to specifically thank Michele Crawford who went out of her way to help me in my situation where I am 17 weeks pregnant and experiencing COVID-19 symptoms but my at home rapid Antigen tests were coming up negative.
