I found A R Morris through a colleague who had been going to this jeweler for her needs for many years, and I am super happy she gave me the recommendation! I have been to A R Morris for birthday, Christmas, and now Mother's Day (yes, way early, but at least I won't be rushed in May) gifts and so far, the individual(s) I have gotten the gifts for have been super happy with them! The selection and quality have been phenomenal, but more than that, I absolutely love the individuals that work here! They truly make me feel like family and show me the ultimate respect and are not rushing me "along" even when there are others waiting for service. They treat me like I am the only one in the jewelry store! Thank you Kim, Craig, and Russell! A R Morris has truly found a customer for life! Thank you and keep up the great work y'all!

Kim has been my jeweler for several years, and I recently went back to purchase a Breitling Endurance Pro. Once again, I was more than satisfied with my purchase, the no pressure atmosphere and the objectively fair prices. I drive 2.5 hours each way as this is the best jeweler in the Mid-Atlantic bar none. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I purchased my wife's engagement ring and also both of our wedding rings at AR Morris. I could not have been more happy with my experience. I spoke primarily with Bob, Kim, and Russell who were all extremely informative and great to work with. They were never pushy, and I went multiple times until I picked the perfect ring. I am also so pleased with the ring quality. They were the perfect blend for me- a family owned, personal feel with a great selection of rings and exactly the type of ring and diamond I was looking for (and very informative and helpful for a person like me who didn't have a large knowledge base on diamonds going into my search). I would recommend AR Morris to anybody. I'm not one to leave recommendations, but felt the service I received warranted I share my experience for the next groom to be who may be looking for a great place to check out.

I found AR Morris while searching for a place for my girlfriend and I to go shopping for an engagement ring. My girlfriend had no idea what kind of ring she wanted, and I was looking for a place we could go where someone would walk us through all of the different options in a comfortable setting. We had visited a few other places, but were not happy with the customer service, so it was important to me that she feel comfortable enough to ask any question so that she has confidence she is making the best decision. I called and made and appointment with Bob, and when we met him for the appointment he was extremely inviting. He sat with us for nearly 2 hours as we went over diamond qualities, shapes, different bands, band materials, seeing diamonds in different lighting (such as direct and indirect sunlight), and even seeing diamonds under 10x and 50x magnification to understand exactly the different aspects of what we would be appreciating in a diamond. Bob made my girlfriend extremely comfortable, and she tried on every style of band that she thought was interesting. Bob would even sit a diamond in the empty setting so she could get an idea of what it would look like. We eventually narrowed it down to a specific band style and diamond shape, and the rest she is leaving up to me. When we left the first appointment, my girlfriend loved the experience so much that she said "This is going to be our jeweler for wedding bands and whatever else we need going forward." Lastly, Bob and his customer service has made our experience remarkable. He has been able to help me give my girlfriend everything she wanted and still work within my budget. He gave me the space to state my own opinions yet is happy to offer his own guidance and expertise. As my girlfriend said, we will definitely be using AR Morris as our jeweler going forward.

My husband and I purchased my engagement ring from A.R. Morris. My grandfather gave me my grandmother’s engagement ring and it was so precious to me. We walked in one day and met Bob and he was so nice. Not pushy at all and so patient. He helped us design an engagement ring using the stone from my grandmother’s ring. We were so pleased with how it came out that we decided to purchase our wedding bands there as well. Bob was so helpful once again. We couldn’t be happier with our rings and the customer service at A.R. Morris. I highly recommend working with Bob.

We met with Kim to purchase an engagement ring. As an individual with little to no knowledge about jewelry, I was relieved with their excellent service. We ordered a ring and overviewed the center stone for a couple hours; all the while she moved at a comfortable pace, with no pressure or rush. My fiancé is overjoyed with the ring and we will be returning for wedding bands.

Spoke with Russell on the phone about an anniversary gift for my wife during the week and he advised me of the inventory they had so we scheduled the appointment for today and was able to pick out the perfect gift. He was very patient with us and extremely knowledgeable on the brand. The other ladies in the store were so friendly and even showed us the “hall of fame” while waiting on the fitting. I came to A.R. Morris expecting I’d be lucky to find just one component of my now-fiancée’s ring, as I had been searching at other jewelers’ shops and chains several times a week for over a month prior. I ended up putting together both the perfect band and stone, and falling in love with the perfect ring to give the woman I fell in love with. After seeing definitely over 100 bands in other stores, I found the band here, first. My salesperson was Kim, and I told her that no matter what, I want the band. We had viewed a few stones that were nice, but nothing that really screamed to me—I had inspected over 20 stones through the loop, by this point. Then Kim said she’d show me something that might “blow me away.” The diamond she showed me did just that. Even more telling, she was the one who brought me outside, away from the favorable, controlled light to check it out. The diamond sparkled like crazy in natural light, and we had found a winner. The experience of finding my fiancée’s ring was so exhilarating. Kim’s counsel was invaluable. She provided guidance when I needed, and she answered my questions, but left me to make my own decisions. She didn’t pressure me in any one direction, catering first to what I wanted and envisioned. Once I had both diamond and band, Kim was just as helpful with all my other requests in the wait time for the ring to be special-made in a different color and set. She was so personable, I felt we could’ve spent all day just chatting. While Kim was amazing, and the entire office was accommodating and so kind and helpful, as well. I’d recommend A. R. Morris to anyone for how happy they’ve made me.

Kim was very knowledgeable and extremely patient as she explained everything in detail and allowed me to try on every shape, size, setting etc. until I was able to get an idea of what I liked. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an engagement ring from A.R. Morris. From the second you walk in the experience is completely different than one of its competitors. Having shopped at numerous chains and explored the online option I felt I knew every thing there was to know about diamonds - I was wrong. Bret Morris took the time to re-educate us and gave us excellent options at every price level and did not try to exceed the maximum price I set. Every diamond we sampled vastly surpassed its chain store counterparts in overall brilliance at the same price-point. He put no pressure on us to buy, unlike every other place we had been to, and (although they probably would not like this advertised) Bret kept the store open on two occasions to accommodate our work schedules. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy an engagement ring. Quality: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Price: 9/10

Really great place. These guys will work with you tirelessly until you have the exact piece of jewelry that you want. Trust me, if anyone would have exhausted them, I would have done it. I came in upwards of 10 times looking at diamonds for my fiance, each session taking about 2-3 hours of the wonderful, knowledgeable diamond expert Kim's time. Each time she was more excited than the next to help me, not worried at all that I would simply take the knowledge and buy a diamond somewhere else. I shopped around so you don't have to. No place in the East Coast where you will find this good of a combination of deals, expertise, customer service (without spending a cent!!), and a beautiful final product. And lets not forget, citizens of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and DC, no sales tax here! Definitely worth the drive.

A.R. Morris Jewelers is fantastic! They have everything from loose diamonds to everything in the MontBlanc line. I called and requested a MontBlanc fountain pen they didn't have it in stock, however, they ordered it for me and it was in my hands in 3 days! As soon as they received it, they FedEx'd it to me. All the associates are friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and polite. If they don't have what you want they will get it. I have been going to them exclusively for the past twenty years I can't imagine going anywhere else. I very highly recommend A.R. Morris Jewelers for all your jewelry and gift needs.

After shopping around several jewelry stores for an engagement ring, none quite seemed to match the quality and caliber of AR Morris. I found the staff to be the most trustworthy and knowledgeable of any jewelry store that I had visited (after all, the staff has Gemological Institute of America [GIA] graduates), and they took the time to explain everything important about making an educated diamond purchase, in terms that I clearly understood. AR Morris had a plethora of cubic zirconia sample rings in the store's beautiful display cabinets, which illustrated different design variations; this was especially helpful, considering they have the capabilities to custom design anything at all under the sun. When it came time to pick an actual diamond, they showed me stones of varying clarity, color, size and shape, side-by-side, helping me to determine what combo gave me the biggest bang for my budget. The staff encouraged me to see the stone under a microscope to substantiate the corresponding certification and ensure I wouldn't be paying unnecessarily for characteristics that cannot even be detected with the naked eye. I felt AR Morris had my best interest in mind the whole time. They stuck to my budget and they created the perfect, high quality, custom-designed ring that I was seeking for my fiancé. I highly recommend AR Morris for your jewelry needs--you won't regret it!
