Outstanding service and top quality repair. A diamond fell out of my 20 year old wedding set. I actually found the diamond and went in to Sparkle Jewelry & Watch Repair the following Saturday. The jewler was downtown at the Antique Road Show doing appraisals, so his wife asked me to come back after hours since I needed my soldered rings cut off after so long. I came back and Tim was waiting for me. He cut off the rings, measured for resizing and had me on my way. My wedding set was ready the following Saturday and the rings look like they did 20 years ago, and fits better with better prongs. I am extremely pleased with my experience. Hubby and I plan to go back in 5 years to get enhancer bands, for the 25th Wedding Anniversary.

TRUSTWORTHY - this to me is critical. I have and will continue to trust Tim. Tim lets me know when my jewelry needs repaired. He also will let you know if you are only needing to clean your jewelry. Please do not laugh..he will let you know how to care for your precious pieces. I've never had someone take the time to explain to me about how to actually care for my pieces. Yes, there is a do and don'ts on jewelry. He will advise you on how to store your jewelry when not wearing. He had to replaced stones and repair prongs on my rings due to damage. Replaced clasps on my necklaces. If you decide that you want another type of clasp on a necklace just let Tim know. He will go over all the different types and help you determine what will work for you.....Tim does it all....Repair, Replace, Shine, Clean, Appraise, Advise and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY

I was very nervous to have my rings soldered together as I loved them both and didn't know how it would turn out as they were were not a matching set. The young man that owns the shop is possibly the most honest Jeweler in Wichita. Originally I was going to have the watches repaired but he advised me that the cost to repair would exceed their value. I then asked what he would suggest and he recommended disassembly down to their precious metal components. He then weighed the different gold components and applied the spot price of gold to the total. I ended up with a good amount of cash instead of a repair bill. I am firmly a repeat customer of Sparkle jewelry.

He has had my jewelry repaired a day, or more, sooner than he originally promised, every time I've needed repairs. However, I believe what I like most about Sparkle (Tim) is that Tim is completely genuine and honest. When he gives you a quote, he is upfront about any and all costs. And, if you do have him repair your jewelry, he does exactly what you ask of him and does great quality work. I've been taking our watches for batteries and other little repairs here for sometime. So I brought in my grandfather's 110 year old Elgin pocket watch to look at to see if it was possible to repair. He repaired it and cleaned it up in a short period of time. It keeps good time for a 110.The price was reasonable, better than I expected. I can not thank him enough. This is a small one man show jewelry shop with excellent, fast, reasonably priced service. I walked in and was instantly helped. I had a good idea of what kind of engagement ring I wanted and was helped achieve that end goal. We were able to mix and match, which I didn't know was a thing, to get the perfect ring. The ring was also done much faster than I was expecting. I was then given a smaller box than normal which was such a huge help as it was much easier to hide. I was able to hide it in my sock so I would not be printing with it in one of my pockets. All we could say was WOW! Sparkle did amazing! Me and my fiancé bought my vintage wedding set at a local pawn where we are from! The ring was way to small but we fell in love with it. It was a size 7 and I was a 9/12. Being a military family we were at McConnell Air Force Base and I was browsing for jewelry shops to resize my ring. Taken mind like I also said we were military family and had recently been in San Antonio I looked all over the place for somewhere in San Antonio to fix my ring but everybody said they weren’t able to fix it because I didn’t know what kind of metal it was and were not willing to test it. I looked up sparkle jewelry here in Wichita and gave them a call. The employees there told me to bring it in and they would look at it. We walked in and was greeted instantly they looked at my ring and said absolutely we can test it and resize it within a few days. I was very shocked when hearing this because the circumstances before. My ring was done in two days and it is absolutely beautiful. They tested it resize it for me and stamped it with a metal that it is for future references. I cannot thank them enough I would definitely recommend.

This is the place to take your watch for repairs. I have an expensive watch that I had taken to a VERY well known jeweler in Wichita...several times. All they would ever do was put a battery in, and then it would quit working after a day or two. I needed to have my hands adjusted on an old omega, the technician seemed to be a little less than an expert on some of the older timepieces as he first thought some functions were different/not working. But overall for simple things I would recommend, but unsure if I would use for a full rebuild on an older mechanical.
