My fiancé stopped into the Riddles store to buy the first piece of jewelry he ever bought me in the first year of our relationship. He said he searched through every jewelry store in the mall but found the perfect piece at Riddles. While searching for the right one at Riddles, he said that no one there tried to pressure him to spend more, was impatient with him, or acted anything less than sweet and welcoming. Since then, the drastic contrast between other jewelry stores and Riddles has been clear. Often times when going into other jewelry places they try to push more expensive pieces on you, try to get you to sign up for financing, and also try to rush you out to move on to the next higher paying person. Every one of the people working for Riddles is so sweet and so kind, and have genuinely been a pleasure to purchase from and talk to. Everyone is friendly and kind, and that is extremely rare to see. I will never go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. You guys rock!!

We originally were going to the mall but I knew I could not walk from the parking lot to the store. Sometimes its the little things that make the difference of which store you choose. We were greeted by Lisa. We gave her a brief idea of what we were looking for. No pressure to buy anything at anytime. She explained the difference of the stones and quality of the rings very well. Nor did she push us towards the higher priced rings, which we appreciated. We went ahead with the sale instead of going to the first jewelry store at the mall. 5 stars for the wonderful staff!! We had such a wonderful experience at Riddle’s Jewelry store today! I needed a new gold chain for a diamond my husband had bought me for Christmas- the chain it came on had stretched and broken. Thankfully, there was a wonderful selection of styles & lengths. Even better than that was meeting Kyle-he was kind, patient and so knowledgeable about what chain would best suit the diamond. I am so appreciative of their care plan and feel confident in the chain we decided on. We are new to the area and are now Riddles customers for life! I hesitate to leave a review, but as a professional self-employed person myself who knows the value of legitimate, honest reviews, I am feeling very compelled to share my experience here. I have no doubt that the numerous 5-star reviews here are indeed genuine, but I had much less than a 5-star experience. I lost my wedding band many years ago and was this year just getting around to replacing it. Wife and I went here and liked the selection that we saw, and picked one out. Of course it had to be ordered, as we expected, and we were told it may be 7-8 weeks before we received it. This seemed a bit long, but we were really in no particular rush. We paid in full in advance and anxiously awaited a call, email, etc., telling us the ring was in. We placed our order, in person at the store, with Kyle on May 28th, 2022. Well, weeks went by and no one ever contacted us to give us an update. First week of September (this month--over three months later) we called to get an update, a bit unhappy that we had seen NO ATTEMPT to contact us at all. We were told someone HAD tried to contact us, though unsuccessfully. We had no messages or missed calls of any kind, no emails, etc., so weren't sure what to think. We were told that it would be looked into and they would get back with us. On Sept 9th we decided after still not hearing anything that we would show up in person and poke around for some info. Kyle was there and seemed to be unable to do anything but nervously fumble around with his computer and talk off the top of his head. Supposedly they were still waiting an answer from the manufacturer (an unnamed location overseas). Suddenly he "checked his computer" and told us that it was supposed to be shipped "next week," as though he had just found this information by looking up the account status. I stood right there and looked directly at his computer screen, and saw absolutely no such information. What these people don't know is that I have made my living for a very long time as a professional mentalist, and am very, very good at knowing when someone is feeding me a line of nonsense. I was being a fed large spoonful of it here, it seemed, though I could not prove it. There seemed to be no real sense of disappointment on their end (from any of the staff) that this was considerably long in coming, and no one apologized at all for what was happening. They simply shrugged it off as something beyond their control, and behaved in a rather surly fashion towards us; looking at us as if to say "there's nothing else we can do." At that point I was ready to simply demand a refund and take my business elsewhere. But I didn't. Because my wife is more long suffering than I am. She nicely but sternly informed them that if we hit the full "four month mark" that we would "start looking at other options;" an obvious euphemism for "getting a refund and taking our business elsewhere." If somehow a large mistake had been made, I would rather they had simply owned up to it and apologized and we moved forward from there. Or at least would have liked to see that they were really concerned about getting to the bottom of this and fixing the situation as best they could. That is just the way to do business. If what they were telling me was absolutely true, then they had a strange and rather obtuse way of handling the situation, and definitely weren't making any real concerted effort to show us that they cared very much about our business. Sept 15th I get a phone call saying that the ring had arrived. I went into town later that day and picked it up. So "all's well that ends well," I suppose, and I like the ring. But I can't look at it without thinking "what did I just buy, and who did I buy it from?" The bad taste in my mouth just lingers. The niceness of the ring is quite tainted by the overall experience, and serves as a constant reminder about how poorly some companies handle their customers these days. Nice ring, but due to the overall experience we won't be shopping there again.

I needed my band adjusted on my watch and my regular jewelry store could not do it. They did not have the proper tools to adjust the band so they suggested Riddles. When I went to Riddles they adjusted my band without hesitation and without any trouble at all. They were very polite, capable, and helpful. I would like to thank Kyle for great customer service. My wife had brought in her rings for a routine cleaning. In the process we started discussing how we had been thinking about possibly upgrading her wedding ring. Kyle was very helpful in showing us various options of settings along with carat sizes and how they looked. He also answered some of my wife's questions about having more of a solid smooth inside portion of the ring. He ran us through the options of trades, layaway and buying outright. We ultimately decided on purchasing the setting and look forward to working with Kyle on finishing it off in the near future.

What a wonderful experience with KYLE and the rest of the staff at this location. While on a day date my wife we stopped at another big name jewelry store. We did find a ring we liked,but we just weren't compelled to purchase yet. As we're walking past RIDDLES we were warmly greated by a very personable gentleman (KYLE) and that in itself lead us to entering, as we had already found a ring we liked elsewhere.Well the best part of the whole day was the effort KYLE put into understanding by listening to what we we're wanting and then sharing his wealth of knowledge,thus giving him the ability to better serve us. NEVER did we feel as if his goal was to make a sale, completely felt he was trying put together what we wanted. We left the store with great understanding, beautiful rings and a great new FRIEND who we could rely on in the future. We were led to believe that my ring had a lifetime warranty.My ring was damaged and we were told that there would be a charge to fix it. Bought my wife's engagement ring in North Dakota. Ring is beautiful and the service was great. Life time warranty included with the entire ring, just need to bring it in every 6 months. However, I moved back to Texas, and the closest Riddles is in Kansas. I have been hesitant to mail the ring because of it value but when I called the store they were more than helpful to both me and my wife. Just received a text from them that they are sending the ring back with the tracking number is included. Again superb customer service months after my purchase!! I highly recommend. Also they switched our warranty inspections to 12 months because of the distance. Thank you again.

I normally use another jeweler but they do not work on certain stones. Long story short i bought an engagement ring from somewhere else and i was p*** that the quality of the workmanship was so bad yet I paid so much. So i purchased a new mounting at my jeweler and they recommended Jess, at Riddles, to mount the stone from the old ring to the new setting. So we took both rings and an extra stone for the old ring to mount in it as well. They put the original stone into the new mounting and then put the stone we brought into the original mounting. They called and told us they had to redo the setting in the original ring. When we got both rings back they looked amazing! the original mounting even looked better than before. The work is amazing and they treated us beyond fair for pricing. I don't regret a dime spent now even on the original ring. Thank you Ben and Jess! You guys have are business for life and we will recommend your store to everyone we know!!

I was in several months ago looking for a ring. Before going to Riddle’s I had been to several other places but was left very disappointed. Many places, Kay’s specifically was very pushy on financing even though I made it clear that I was paying cash. No financing. Despite that they still continued to push. Everywhere I went it was a similar story. So I walked into Riddle’s expecting the same thing, however it was the exact opposite. Ben helped me throughout the multiple days of looking and thinking. Helped pull information from my girlfriend at the time without leading her to suspect anything. Ben showed that he cared about me and my situation. He was going to do everything he could to find the perfect ring within my budget. Instead of pushing financing for a ring I couldn’t afford, he made multiple suggestions and showed me examples that were within my budget. Ben was there to help me....not to force me into something I didn’t want and couldn’t afford for the sake of a sale. Needless to say I found the perfect ring and it was in my budget. Riddle’s had the best customer service out of all the places I went. Ben is a direct reflection of what Riddle’s values are and what they stand for. Shortly after visiting for a ring cleaning a stone escaped it's setting. I noticed it shortly after leaving the store and was visibly distraught (I'm kind of new about this 'owning nice expensive wearables thing' ) Binh calmed my fears and exepited a jeweler to reset my stone at no cost. I got my ring back in about 24 hours, it was polished up nice and good as new! I'm always treated as a knowledgeable and values customer whenever I visit. We will definitely be Riddel's patrons for life. Edit: Binh has since moved locations but Riddel's is just as welcoming and responsive as ever! Although I will mention that our ring warranty has been entered into the computer system twice and is still difficult to locate which is mildly inconvenient.
