This is my second time purchasing from this wonderful establishment. The moment I walk through the door I feel at ease. Each time I let the staff know exactly what I'm looking for, and they make sure to grab the appropriate staff member for the situation. This time we upgraded an engagement ring. We're going on a five year engagement, and don't rush anything. In the mean time we upgraded to an additional carat. The Tiffany setting made the oval cut absolutely pop. I purchased an anniversary ring for my wife from this establishment back in 2020 and had a nice experience. Kim was my sales person. During this time of purchase I was told that the jewelry never loses its value and if I decided to bring it back to upgrade and put more money with it then it wouldn't be a problem. Today 1/24/2023 I called to check my wife's ringside and inquire about the upgrade and low and behold Kim answered and told me that she never said that during the time of purchase. I operate off loyalty and honesty and will not revisted this establishment ever again.

Went in on a whim to have a ring sized ( did not purchase there). Shoeb was prompt and very helpful. He explained the pros and cons of each sizing option. I was hesitant about having the ring cut to permanently size it (take a size 8 down to a 6.5). After he explained the process it eased my apprehension and I left the ring for sizing. Took exactly 1 week. I left my ticket, I was pleased he even remembered my name! Awesome customer service. I was also greeted by other associates whom I was not being helped by. My ring looks brand new. If not for the makers marks I would’ve thought I was given a different ring! The sizing was done perfectly, can’t even tell to the naked eye. Will definitely recommend and be returning for any new jewelry purchases.

The staff here is absolutely AMAZING!!. I went to get my ring cleaned because it seemed all of a sudden my finger had a bad reaction. Seemed weird because I've been wearing it for 3 years. When I arrived the lady knew exactly how my finger was reacting and said my finger wasn't drying properly after daily hand washing; moisture was getting trapped. Plus, my ring needed to be badly cleaned. Not only did she extensively clean my ring but gave me a FREE jewelry cleaning kit!!!!!

Just finished my fourth purchase at The Jewelry Exchange in Overland. This experience was as enjoyable as the previous three purchases. The staff is knowledgeable and well trained. I appreciate the fact that they listen, and make suggestions but I have never been pressured or “hard closed” . They are friendly, no pressure, and their prices are lower than the competition. Renee has been our salesperson every time (we ask for her specifically) . She is knowledgeable and she is more interested in helping us find the perfect piece than just making a sale. Nice selection and they have a goldsmith on staff that can do repairs on the premises . If you have a sizing to be done or a stone replaced, they can do it onsite. Most mall jewelers send your jewelry out to be repaired. They do not. Renee helped us find a loose stone for my niece’s engagement ring, she helped us make custom earrings, a custom ring, and my last purchase was perfect right off the rack. My fiance purchased my engagement ring here. It's beautiful and was very modestly priced, which is awesome! He told me about a wedding set that would match it perfectly. Between grad school and working during the day, I'm pretty busy. My fiance works weekdays too. About two weeks before our wedding, we went into look at the set. It wasn't exactly what I was picturing. What I liked the most they didn't have in stock in the size/type I wanted and they told me would take until after the wedding to come in, which I totally understand. My issue was with a man who may have been a manager..? The woman who was helping us was excellent and went to consult him. He walked over and essentially said "...and why did you wait this long to look for rings?" He then walked away. It doesn't sound like much, but his attitude really rubbed me the wrong way. Plus of course I'm already stressed that I waited too long. I was in no way mad that the rings wouldn't come in time, it makes sense. But the tone of that one man made me instantly feel uncomfortable. We left and went to Shane Company. We spent more than we would have here, but there was no shaming us for taking so long. Also, they can get our rings in time. It sucks because the woman helping us was very nice and the rings are affordable.

I was seriously skeptic. The prices were way too low- especially for the color and clarity they were offering. SO - I had to go see what's up. With the help of our sales lady we made a custom ring that day. She was very knowledgeable about the stones and knew exactly what would look good in the setting and on my hand. The ring had to be sent off to be made, but was back within 7 days. It is more stunning than I ever could have imagined. We will ONLY shop at The Jewelry Exchange in the future. Oh- I don't know how they made the place look so huge in the commercials, because it's not. Kinda has like a pawn shop vibe at first, then you get in there and see what's going on- jewelers working, the giant safe, all of the gorgeous colored gem stones and settings. I was impressed beyond words. They made me the most beautiful ring I have ever seen.

The last time I came by was about 6 months ago and I spoke to the girls about resizing my ring. I thought I’d have to wait several days to get it sized. I finally made it back to have my ring cleaned and I told Renee that I still wanted my ring sized but I was only going to be in town for a couple more hours. This place is awesome. My wife broke her wedding ring at work and I needed a good replacement that could actually take some impact if needed. Know I dress like I'm practically broke when buying anything expensive (it keeps the greedy salesman away). I came in, right after they opened on a Sunday, told them my reason for coming in and was helped without a hesitation. I was introduced to the sales manager Rich (the most amazing salesman ever) what I was looking for and the very reasonable budget I needed to stay within (we have five kids, moneys always tight). Unlike every other store in town I went to he didnt try and sell me anything way over budget, while listening completely to any style requirements I knew my wife had. We had the whole thing figured out in a few minutes. I've helped many, many people shop for jewelry (I have a natural eye for stones), and never, not once; have I or anyone I know received such an easy and amazing experience. I've literally been telling everyone how great of a place this shop is. They also did the entire sizing in house and in two days! (Every place else gave me 6 to 10 week quotes on sizing timeframe)

Was extremely happy with my experience and the service received. I visited nearly all the other major jewelers (Shane Co, Diamonds Direct, etc) and always felt like I was being targeted by a used car salesmen. I knew before I went, what I was looking for, and what I intended to spend. At Shane Co and Diamonds Direct i felt I was being cornered with sales people swarming in and trying to keep you in the building so that you will buy from them. I didn't get that feeling at all at the Jewelry Exchange. Richard was extremely helpful, and knew when to offer assistance, and when to just let me look around. At the time of my first visit, they really didn't have anything in stock to fit my needs, but Richard asked if he could get what I was looking for if I wouldn't mind coming back. Didn't have to fill out long customer database information, just gave my number. He called me back a week later to see if I could stop by and see what he was able to find. To my great surprise he had located a perfect stone for what I was looking for (a 1CT. near colorless VS1 Ascher Cut) at thousands less than I had seen similar not so clear stones elsewhere. With the stone settled, it was easy then to find a band that would work for my needs, something simple, elegant, but not gaudy. My fiance is a doctor, and we both like nice things, but do not want to be "loud" about it. I ended up with a very unique look, which we both are happy with and proud of. They offer two payment plan options if you end up not having all the money right away. You can go with zero interest financing for 1 year, which does ping your credit. They also offer in house 6 month layaway free of charge. I chose the layaway, because I always felt that if I couldn't afford it in that amount of time, then I was spending too much. Let's face it, you still have a wedding to pay for after this expense, no point in going broke in the process. I always heard on the radio the term "cookie cutter" rings, but until I started looking I never understood what they were on about. I was shopping for nearly 6 months before I ended up at the Jewelry Exchange, if I had gone sooner, I would have saved myself a lot of time! Go see Richard and staff. True zero pressure and willingness to help find you whatever it is you're looking for.

This is the only place you need to go to buy diamonds! I priced the kind of ring i wanted at private and chain jewelry stores and I couldn't afford their prices. I came here, told Linsey and Kim what I wanted and my price range. I got much bigger diamonds in a beautiful setting than I could at the other stores. I paid 5,000 dollars for a custom made ring that would have cost a minimum of 10 to 15,000 dollars elsewhere. If my budget was only a few hundred dollars they had the most beautiful settings and loose diamonds to choose from. Save yourself the disappointment of shopping the chains. The first ring we purchased had very yellow diamonds so we upgraded, however they didn't give us the upgrade we picked out, they pretty much gave us the same thing. Buried in the back so was a little hard to find and wasn’t sure what I was going to get but once I made it in I was helped by the lovely Briana. I was looking for an engagement ring and was all over the place and although Briana was patient, I didn’t choose anything upon my first visit. I came back the very next day where Briana once again took her time and went over several options with me. She explained and showed me some halo, some three stones & some solitaire options. She went in the back and brought out diamonds based on my budget and gave me looks in different settings.
