We worked with a LOVELY gentleman named Jared (ironically enough) to purchased my fiancé’s wedding band. Jared went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect ring for us! He even cleaned my diamond engagement ring for me, which we didn’t purchase at Jared’s. We had such a great experience and can’t recommend it enough! Jared at Jared’s deserves a big raise!!!

I absolutely love Jared! The selection, the quality and the customer service is above and beyond. My husband and I have been purchasing jewelry from Jared for years. About a year ago I went in with a blurry picture of a necklace I saw someone wearing in a documentary. The first representative I spoke with had no idea what kind of necklace it was. This led me on an all day hunt. I went to every jewelry store from Murray to Sandy, no one could help me. When I got home disappointed my husband wanted to go back to Jared to see if maybe there was a manager who could help us. When we went in the next day Monaliza Fallejo was there, she took one look at the picture and knew exactly what kind of necklace it was. She walked me right over to it and that was it!! I have been working with her ever since!!! Just recently my husband surprised me with an upgrade to the diamond in my wedding ring for our anniversary. We went in and she helped us find the perfect diamond and had it turned around in less than a week! I could not be happier! I absolutely love it! We are so impressed with her knowledge, attentiveness and her kindness! Every experience has been an absolute pleasure. I will be a repeat customer for the rest of time! Thank you Mona!!!

Been going to Jared's over a decade now, last manager dropped the ball and left me waiting 3 yrs for a ring that was supposedly coming only to find out they don't have that ring anymore nor does she even work there, so I'm left with a wedding ring that don't fit my ring finger, was depressing... Got helped by Mona 2 months ago who took control of the bad situation I was in not only got something 100 times better but her service is why ill be coming back next week to pick up more stuff and be a lifetime customer, can't beat Mona honestly from her calling and communicating just keeping me in the loop for months till ring was on finger, amazing what she does!! Before arriving at Jared Jewelers, I researched all the major jewelers in the area, reading many of the reviews. I was impressed with the reviews at Jared (the State street location), which at the time is managed by Ryan. What really impressed me was the manager did his best to respond to both good and bad reviews in an attempt to address any concerns. I then called the store and spoke with Hailey and Ryan. I let them know it was a special occasion and that I was bringing my wife down for her birthday. From the time we entered they took great care of us and made sure we were able to get exactly what she wanted. I never felt like I was being upsold or that they were pushing anything on me I did not want. Exceptional experience and we will be back for all our jewelry needs. Thanks Ryan and Hailey.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying jewelry. I went in for one thing and came out with four things. The good thing about that is Karen , Bonnie and Beth all help me design the ring I've always wanted. They also helped me with a bracelet that will have so much more sentimental value than what I originally went in for. I actually was brought to tears just talking about it and they were there to take care of all of my needs. My husband got a watch where Ryan was there to help size it and was more than courteous, especially since we were there after closing. I’ve always loved this Jareds Location , but tonight was especially good. If you are looking for an excellent ring expert with phenomenal service then MonaLiza is the person for you. I had been working with Mona Lisa for almost 3 years on finding the right ring (yes 3 years, Covid hit and changed/delayed everything work wise) and even through all the setbacks Mona made sure to follow up every 3-4 months and not in a pushy way - just to check in and let me know she has some new options when I was ready. Well that time finally came when she reached out a few weeks ago and let me know about some holiday sales that were going on and we made it happen! She got us the perfect ring and my fiancé couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend a very patient, high organized ring sales professional who is Mona! 10/10.

I purchased a G-Shock watch from Jared’s for my husband for our Anniversary last year 04/08/2021. Already the battery is dead it’s been a year and 1 month. I’d suggest purchasing the warranty for your jewelry that way you wouldn’t be left like us having to pay extra to get it fix. UPDATE My husband went in today and was able to get his batteries changed. He loves this watch so much. Thank you Ryan for doing this for us! I know it’s a small gesture but it means a lot because of the meaning behind this gift. Thank you again!

his is regarding Jared Jewelry in SLC, Utah. My husband bought me a beautiful diamond ring, with 4 prong platinum in Nov 21. Karen was wonderful to work with. In April 22, the stone simply fell out, I could never find it. I wept, then returned to the store. They very professionally stated that they would replace it. I asked them to put a 6 prong on, and they offered to pay for the cost of the extra prongs as well. The replacement did take three months to get back, but when it was returned it was beautiful. They actually replaced it, with an even higher quality diamond, that we initially had. Jared's personnel went out of their way, to ensure that we were satisfied. We will return to Jared's - for their lovely selection, for standing behind their word and their high quality establishment.

I worked with Monaliza since day one and it has been a phenomenal experience. She was kind, knowledgeable, and especially patient as I searched for the perfect diamond. She was always thinking about me and even after having multiple diamonds sent to this location, she would always have a list of other diamonds she thought would suit me and my future fiancée. After finally choosing the right diamond, Mona and her team worked with me to carefully and creatively create a custom band for the diamond to give us a truly unique ring. Mona was supportive of me, from the moment I walked through the door and even 6 months after I bought the ring. This review is for Mona. Ive had issues with my ring for the past 5 months. The pearl fell out.. the jewelers put the wrong size in twice! I was then brushed off and ignored for two months as I tried to fix my ring. Mona swooped in and saved the day! She went out of her way to reach out to the vendor and get a replacement ring. Jared, Lisa, Mona were all very helpful in the buying experience. I inquired by phone prior to coming into the store to ensure they had the watch I was looking for in stock. Mona said she would set it aside for me until I made it into the store a couple days later. A day later Jared contacted me via text to let me know he had the watch set aside and that he would be happy to answer any questions. I made it up to the store a couple days later and was greeted by Jared who had the watch held in the back as promised. He took time to talk watches, answered all my questions, and helped me finalize my decision to buy. Lisa was very helpful and patient sizing my watch a couple times to make sure the fit was perfect. The buying process was quick and easy, no hard sell tactics, completely happy with my purchase and will absolutely buy from Jared again.

I’m saddened to see that that’s not the case for every customer 😡 I went in last night to pick up my special order pendant (which looks BEAUTIFUL) but left feeling like an awful person! I was so wrapped up in my conversation with Mona (who treats me like family ❤️) that I didn’t catch a glimpse of the woman waiting behind me! Of course, Mona is not the only employee and there WERE other ladies that could have easily helped the woman behind me but they didn’t. Even after being asked to help her! I just called this location to inquire about custom design setting for my new ring. Karen’s so helpful and we exchanged text messages about the design I like. She is so helpful. The conversation ended up her finding the diamond I like, and to my surprise she found me the best one, high quality diamond, super sparkly, and worth every penny. Jared and Karen are the best, top notched in this location. They are helpful and gives me a better deal than other jewelry store. I love my new wedding ring. Highly recommended!

I’ve been doing a lot of research trying to find the perfect ring for my wife and I 10 year anniversary. I decided to checkout Jared’s Jewelry on State Street in SLC, UT. I met Mona and Jared and explained what we were searching for. A very unique flawless 1 karat oval diamond 18k ring. Thinking I couldn’t find it or would have to purchase online, as well as pricing we’re all factors I was worried about. However Jared and Mona made the process so seamless. I felt so comfortable during the entire interaction. They really paid close attention in what I was trying to accomplish. They are very knowledgeable and know there diamonds extremely well. I really liked the fact I was treated as a person and not just a number. Any question I had was answered, I got an amazing price, warranty, and a Gia appraisal that was almost double the value of what I paid. I can’t brag enough on these two individuals. I am so upset with the problems this store has cause. I took a diamond into them, and a diamond band. I bought a band from them, and paid them to put the diamond in the setting bought from them, along with soldering them together. They told us we could pick it up at noon. At noon we got there, it wasn't done. So we waited another 15 minutes, as they asked us to. It ended up taking about 25. They came to bring it out to me, and it wasn't soldered. So, they took even more time. After about an hour to hour I asked how much longer the lady with the tattooed head was going to be, because we had people waiting on us. She said only a few minutes. She just had to polish it. Well, there is a window. So I could see she polished it. And started to work on it. The lady the. Informed me that while polishing it, one of the diamonds on my wedding band well out. & that she was "trying to reinforce" the diamond back in there. Since then, September 21st, two diamonds have fallen out with normal wear. I am beyond livid. The metal on the bad isn't as smooth as the other side. & upon taking it to another jeweler to have it looked at, they informed me that the lady had also damaged the setting I had bought from them. So seriously. Don't go here. They hire people who don't care about your jewelry. Although this took place. I have talked with Karen & we are going to fix the problem! So thankful for her!

Just had my wedding ring fixed at Jared's and couldn't be happier with the results. I had my wedding ring custom made with a local jeweler several years ago who has since retired. After the topaz in my ring broke, I took my ring into several jeweler's to have it fixed but they insisted it couldn't be fixed. I had just about given up hope but decided to come into Jared and see what they could do. The employees were so helpful. They helped me pick out a new and stronger replacement stone and gave me some ideas on how it could be fixed. After a little bit of waiting (which I was happy to do) the ring looks better than ever and I am so thrilled to have it back. This ring means so much to me and I am so grateful for the team of jewelers who helped put it back together.

I went to this location in January of 2020 to buy an engagement ring for my now fiancee. I was greeted by Jarod (hilariously enough), and he assisted me in helping find the perfect ring. I told him the size, cut, and color I was looking for, and within minutes we had found a gorgeous stone and matched it with an equally gorgeous band. I was beyond amazed with how easy and fast it was to find exactly what I was looking for, and I left happy and excited. A few months later, after the question had been popped, we found that the ring was a little bit on the loose side. I took the ring back to the same location, and they took it in for resizing immediately. I was able to pick up the ring the very next day, and things were (almost) perfect. Another few months go by and my fiancee brought to my attention that the ring was still just a little bit loose, and needed something different to fit properly (since her knuckles are about a half-size larger than her actual finger). The jewelers at this location recommended a Butterfly-style fitting apparatus, which was covered under warranty along with resizing. We agreed, and got the ring back with the butterfly, but found that the butterfly had added a little too much to the inside of the ring, and now it was too small! But, we brought it back in one last time and now my fiancee (and myself) can officially say the ring fits PERFECTLY! I very very highly recommend this location, and Jarod if you can catch him while he's there. They took care of me from day 1, and didn't try to tack on any extra charges or anything of the sort throughout the whole sizing process. Excellent jeweler, and we even went back to buy our wedding bands! Thank you so much Jarod, and everyone else that assisted us in getting the perfect fit! Five stars!

This is the first and probably only review I will ever write, I feel that reviews can be very miss leading, and penalize a business for expectations and or things that are out of their control. However I have been going to this location for a few years now and have found a saleswoman who I absolutely love working with. She is kind, personable, knowledgeable, and patient. Now the patient part is what wins me over she never makes me fill like I am wasting her time when I am in looking around, I can seriously go back multiple times before making a purchase. My wife likes very unique jewelry and Sabrillya can always point me in the right direction, whether it is finding that one right piece or customizing an already unique piece, she always finds me something I know my wife will love. Also when you buy from Sabrillya she is always happy to help even when the sale is over, which is much appreciated, and something you don't find everyday in today's world. I have had mostly good experiences with Jared's. Sometimes their customer service can suck, it prettymuch depends on who you get to help you. I took my ring in for a cleaning and my bad came back a different color, I was pretty upset, but when I went back in it only took them 5 minutes to fix. Which was odd, but I am glad it wasn't something big. They customized our ring and did a wonderful job. Once again, it's just some of their customer service that could improve. Especially when we are there spending THOUSANDS!!

I got my engagement ring here. My fiance proposed and then took me in to pick out the perfect ring. We really liked the quality of the rings and diamonds and thought that there were beautiful rings in several price ranges. The staff was friendly and not too pushy They helped reccomend style similar to a photo I showed them. The sales guy showed me at least 30 different rings and was happy to spend the time with us and offered to have something custom made of we wanted. We ended up with a Vera Wang 3 stone ring with a halo look that I absolutely love! They were even able to size the ring the same day so I could take it home a few hours later.

I've been going here for years. They have always been amazing. I walk in there and it's like I'm family. Deborah, Stephanie, Thomas, and Lindsey keep me coming back. Even from the moment of picking out my promise ring, years ago, all the way to picking out my two daughter's very first ring for Christmas, last year, I have always been treated with care. I won't ever go to another jewler. I've even been to the Jared in Vegas and they are nothing compared to this one. My only suggestion to you is to always get the warranty. I know they make some money on it and that's part of their job to sell it to you but seriously it's amazing. I go in and get my ring cleaned and rhodium plated regularly because who doesn't like a shiny ring? And they usually have it done same day! No waiting for weeks and it's free with the warranty. And when I got pregnant they were so good about sizing it for me so I could wear my ring the whole time I've been ballooning up. Go here and you'll be taken care of. The manager Sebrilla is a Godsend. She is the reason we will come back. My husband wedding ring broke due to a design flaw and Customer Care was not willing to help us out even though we had the ring under warranty and we took our rings in regularly every 4 to 6 months for cleaning and inspections between the Sacramento store and the store here in Salt Lake. She really went to battle for us and then when they denied us Sebrilla was able to get a deal on custom made ring for my husband. Then...my wedding set began to have issues. I lost a diamond and took it in the have it replaced, they found more damage in the channels and were going to fix it under the warranty. Sebrilla again went above and beyond to ask for a whole new set for me which I did not ask for. Once again they wanted to charge us but Sebrilla along her regional manager stepped up and I received a brand new wedding set with my original solitaire placed in it as it was a custom diamond, at no charge to us. Sebrilla is the best and has amazing customer service! She deserves a big raise! Also shout out to Debbie and the regional manager (sorry I forgot his name) for helping us!

I bought my engagement/wedding ring there about a year ago. We had some issues with the ring as a dimond around the opal fell off 3 times. We had to take it back 3 times to be repaired. After a year I took it back for the forth time since the Opal stone was losing its color and became cloudy. I explained the situation asked if they could help me with it and they covered the cost and exchanged it for the same ring brand new!! They did not have to do that since the Opal was not covered by the warranty. Excellent customer service!! I highly recommend this company and location!!
