Wow, I had an amazing experience with AAA Jewelers. Honestly me and my fiancée were very stressed trying to find a ring and we stumbled into AAA jewelers on accident actually and found literally the perfect one. They were kind, knowledgeable, and very honest. If anyone is looking for an engagement ring or any other type of jewelry, I would 1000% recommend going here. I purchased my wife's engagement ring from AAA Jewelers. They helped to custom design exactly what she wanted. It was Highly recommended to see them from my dad who has done business with them for years. I have now dealt with Lisa and Michael on multiple occasions and always have a great experience. I had a terrific experience at this store. I originally set up an appointment (which was very easy and recommended) and went in with my now fiancée just looking to get her finger sized and see what type of styles the store had and to get an idea for what's out there. As a couple in our 20's this was all very new to us! Mike the store owner and his wife greeted us and you couldn't ask for a nicer couple. In short we ended up ordering a custom made ring that day. There was no pushy sales tactics or overselling, we mentioned what we were looking for and what our price range was and ended up with a fantastic ring (all at our own speed and on our own decision). Fun fact they can customize a band in almost any way you could think of. I highly recommend this family owned jeweler and would recommend them over a big store where you will get a less personal experience. Thanks again guys!

AAA Jewelers is a high quality jeweler with great customer service! Me and my fiancé came in looking for an engagement ring because we couldn't find one we loved at the 3 other places we visited. Heather (who we loved!) helped us find out that we could fully customize both the ring and the crown to be whatever we wanted. The whole process from buying to picking it up took 3 weeks. I have been using AAA Jewelers for over 26 years when I bought my wife’s promise ring, then I bought my wife’s wedding ring from AAA Jewelers. I have referred my friends and family to AAA. Now, Mike helps my sons and their friends. Mike is so great to work with and he makes sure you get the best Diamonds and Rolex’s. I have purchased very nice pieces from Mike and I could not get the quality and price anywhere else. I appreciate everyone at AAA that have taken care of me and my referrals over the years. My husband picked out the design of my ring and AAA Jewelers took the example picture and custom made the ring and it turned out beautifully! We returned to get the wedding band there and they took my engagement ring for a couple of weeks so they could match the band to it in style and shape! They are super good to work with and got the rings to us by the time we needed them (it was a bit too close to when we needed it for comfort, but when they turned out so good, we were just glad to have them!)

I couldn’t speak more highly of Triple AAA jewelers. This family is honest, kind, and has a great selection but will make you the most beautiful piece of jewelry if you are wanting something custom. My fiancé and me went to a couple of other retailers in Salt Lake and there was no doubt after walking into triple AAA and talking with the family that this is where I wanted my fiancé to have my ring made. I could not love my ring any more than I do. I will be a customer there for life! Update 7/13: GET ALL YOUR FINE JEWELRY HERE. After our great experience with the engagement ring we decided to get my wedding band here as well. I had an idea of what I wanted but they didn’t have anything like it. So what did they do? Custom made it! My band is absolutely stunning and looks **chefs kiss** with my engagement ring. This family knows what’s up and go above and beyond with their customer service.

It's a family owned business and they treat you like family when you are there. I've head rings, bands, necklaces, watches, all worked on here and every time they have not only given me a great product but provided incredible service while I am there. The prices are great, they genuinely care about helping you out and not ripping you off. My entire family also shares the same feelings as we have been taken care of every single time we go in there. You can't beat the price, and service they offer! I'll be a customer for life.

I've driven past this place for years and didn't really "get it". When I needed a wedding ring, I found them online and thought I'd just stop in. I'm so glad I did. This is an old-school, family-run, "we make them ourselves" jewelers. They don't work on commission, aren't interested in upselling you. I was worried about being in a high pressure situation. But Mike was laid back, extremely informative, wonderful to chat with about what we wanted. This is the kind of business we want to support and keep coming back to. OH! And I got the most beautiful ring! They are really proud of the jewelry they create there and are wonderful people to work with. HIGHLY recommend!!

My necklace was not fixed properly and there was a misunderstanding about the cost of getting it fixed. I was disappointed. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The owner reached out to me and was very apologetic for the misunderstandings. She offered to fix the necklace and again was very nice. They were very patient with me and educated me along the way to make sure I understood the process and the details about the ring. They were able to match exactly what I was after and were able to do it in a quick time frame. OK, so this review is way too late, but I was just admiring my Rolex Yacht-Master II again and felt compelled to share the awesome buying experience I had with not only this piece, but also my wife's diamond engagement ring. AND - my transaction was completed 100% remotely. So it was time to propose and a I had an idea of the type of engagement ring I wanted to purchase for my future bride. In addition, I had been looking at getting myself a Rolex. A friend recommended calling AAA Jewelers and I made the call. I spoke with Angelo, emailed him an image of the type of ring setting, what my budget was and how perfect/imperfect of a diamond I wanted. I also asked about Rolex's and Angelo had what I was looking for. Both items he described were within my budget and the next step was to take a look. In less than a week, a package was at my door with a 1 carat diamond solitaire ring and Rolex Yacht-Master II. Both items exceeded my expectations - the ring was absolutely perfect, the watch was impeccable. Another phone call was made, and a check was sent. BTW - She said "yes". I don't buy jewelry and watches all the time - in fact, this was my first time. But I do know that when my 10 yr anniversary comes up, and it's time for a diamond upgrade (and another Rolex) -- my first call will be AAA Jewelers.

It was such a great experience working with AAA Jewelers. I went in to buy an engagement ring, knowing exactly what I wanted it to look like, and they helped me get it. They listen! They respect you! My fiance had a ring design in mind. She had some pictures but wanted somethings changed. With photos and a few emails back and forth for details, they created a beautiful ring that was extremely affordable considering the amount of detail and carat weight on the band. Michael was extremely personable. He genuinely likes what he does. I never felt like I was being up sold for the sake of his wage. I came from out of state and they were very accommodating with shipping and insuring the ring. The price was very reasonable. Their custom work is well worth the money. AAA is the best jeweler in the state! After searching online and going to several different jewelers we decided to go with AAA. Mike was able to custom make a beautiful engagement ring that my fiancé absolutely loves! They were able to keep us in our budget but give a much better deal than the other jewelers I had looked at. My favorite part is that the ring is totally unique and custom. No high pressure sales here, just a top-of-the-line company who wants to help you find the best fit! I will be shopping here again.

Excellent experience. I was referred to these folks from a colleague. I brought in my wedding ring and a diamond earring from my wife. Both of these items are from the 1940's and were our grandparents. My ring needed the band fixed where it gets sized, and I had intended to make a simple necklace and setting for the diamond. I was nervous just handing them a small envelope with the items in them and nothing in return but a handshake and hopes that they would be able to get the necklace done in time for Valentines as I had shown up the week before. It was ready in less than a week, just in time for Valentines Day and both the ring and the necklace looked amazing!! I was very impressed on the pricing as well. Worth every dollar I spent in my opinion. The ring likely looked like the day my grandpa first had it made. Its hard to trust people these days, especially with thousands of dollars in jewelry. This is a legit company and I highly recommend them with your valuables. We will definitely be in again!! Well done!

The ring has a large, Gemological Institute certified center chocolate diamond with many other smaller chocolate and white diamonds in a rose gold setting. It’s beautiful. I know I got a better price than I would have elsewhere, my insurance appraisal of the ring confirmed that. Mike and the team there are everything you could hope for in a jeweler, they were helpful, fair, patient, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. So good was my experience, I went back today to have them build my wedding band from the gold of my Mother's wedding band. I walked in with no knowledge of even the basics of ring buying. I wanted to get an engagement ring on a limited budget and didn't know where to start. Lisa was kind and patient with me. She showed me the different styles and how we could add bands over time. She asked me about my fiancé and helped me pick some options that would best suit her. The catch was, they wanted thousands for just the band. I didn't want to spend that much so I kept looking. I found the perfect gold chain on Instagram and fell in love with it so I took pictures of it to several jewelry stores in a search to have one of my own, but no one could find the design in their books and they weren't very interested in helping me figure out what would be necessary to make this chain become a reality. And to be fair, these weren't the clearest pictures lol, but it was the best I could find stalking this person's Instagram profile... Then I found AAA Jewelers and they were great. We first figured out how long the chain would have to be to fit me like the guy wearing it in the pictures I showed them, then we talked about how thick and wide the chain would need to be and looked at fair prices for that. After I got an estimate I came back another time to meet with a girl who drafted out a few designs that best matched the gold chain in the picture. We went into more detail and figured out how much it would need to weigh and interlink so it could lay flat on my neck and chest like the man wearing it in the pics. Her drawings were so helpful that the CAD jeweler specialist was able to go back into the books and find the actual chain link hidden in a chain with multiple types of links. The specialist was able to revise the weight and width and scale this existing link to make a true replica of the chain I wanted in the pictures. It took time because I wanted to do it right and they were very helpful and patient. For all their trouble the chain was competitively priced with non custom chains of the same weight in 14k gold. I couldn't be happier with the outcome; the chain looks amazing. The man wearing the chain in the pictures is smaller than me and the size and the way the chain sits on my neck is just like his. So they did exactly what I needed them to do at a great price! I would recommend them to anyone!

Kind of funny because when you walk in the door the gentleman that's a security officer I believe for the store is a little intimidating looking but TRUST me it is only because they are a quality jewelery store / pawn shop and I realized that if we're my business and everything I had put my time and money into was at stake I definitely would have a Security guard or 10 to make my items safe plus the employees need peace of mind as they go to work and any job is a risk now days so you never know there are crazy people that do dumb things all the time and all I am saying is GO TO THEM BEFORE ANYONE ELSE if you want to get the best of everything.
