The other day, my watch batteries died and so I thought about stopping at Ephraim Doumato jewelers. I had seen their scrolling electronic sign many times, but never stopped.... Once inside I discovered a large and varied assortment of all things jewelry! The place is really well presented and always kept clean. It's a great showroom! Even though I was there for a simple watch battery, the staff treated me wonderfully and we ended up making additional purchases. Thank you Miriam! So, the next time I have a jewelry need, a quality watch need, or just a friend who needs a referral, I'll be going to Doumato's!

This was my first opportunity to use this local jeweler to repair a very special piece of jewelry belonging to my wife. I was greater as soon as I entered the store in a very cheerful and professional manner. My requested repair was handled perfectly and in short order. I simply dropped off watches for battery replacements. Everyone was helpful friendly and welcoming. Minor questions. I was told I would receive a call when ready for pickup and did not. When picked up, I was told one watch didn't work at all. It is an older work watch. When it was handed to me, I pulled stem on/out and second hand started moving again. The date didn't set though but watch did work. Grateful it worked. Thank you.

I’ve gone to this jeweler a few times since moving to the area and they never disappoint. Most recently, I didn’t check their closing time, and I got there right as they were shutting the doors to drop my ring off for service. They could’ve told me to come back the next day, but instead brought me inside and helped me. I got my wedding ring and band polished to their original gold finish, and had them soldered together. You can’t even tell where their soldered, it looks so seamless! I’m incredibly happy with the whole experience. The staff is friendly and professional, and they treat your jewelry with care. Highly recommend!
