Over the past couple of months, my family has been working with LaRog Brothers, especially Colette and Jeremy, for several rings, and they have been amazing! They helped my son custom-make the perfect engagement ring, taking a diamond from my grandmother's ring; they helped me use the remaining original ring to make something beautiful for my daughter; they fixed my worn-down wedding ring to be more beautiful than I remembered it was (and for less money than other quotes I had gotten); and when my daughter purchased a wedding ring elsewhere that arrived off-center and unlike the sample, and the original store wouldn't fix it (but thankfully allowed returns), LaRog was able to get her exactly what she was looking for and even for a little bit less money! We are so happy with the service we have received, the prices they charge, and the gorgeous quality of the products they produce! They will now be our first stop for any future ring fixes or purchases!

I was looking to replace a stone in a ring for my wife, which had great sentimental value. I had tried a couple of other jewelers, and they were unable to help. I took the ring to La Rog, and Colette was extremely helpful, professional, was able to locate a beautiful stone for me (not an easy task-special setting )and arrange to have their craftsman, replace it and restore the ring. I took my 1978 Baume et Mercier wristwatch to them for repairs. They gave me a detailed receipt and telephoned me several times to inform of status, as parts had to be ordered from Switzerland. I collected it today, perfectly running, with a new crystal and shiny gold band. LaRog have been very responsible and pleasant to deal with.

Wonderful experience all the way around. We bought my wife’s wedding set there in 2016 and even though we live 3+ hours away, we were able to quickly and effectively get the diamond set & sized. Then 6 years later, my wife broke her ring (100% her fault) and the ring had to be cut off her finger. We sent the pieces of the ring in, and Heidi helped us get the ring fixed, resized and the diamond reset. They overnighted the ring to us and it is stunning. Not only was everything quickly and professionally done, it was extremely reasonably priced. We cannot recommend this jeweler enough!!

When we purchased our wedding rings from Costco and needed one of them sized, we went to LaRog’s. They made a band for me that we couldn’t find and did an amazing job on it. 7 years later, we just had all three rings cleaned and polished. One of the bands has been through a lot, and they did repairs and improvements, now it’s a brand-new ring! You might pay less somewhere else, maybe not. But I guarantee you won’t get the personal attention and quality of work anywhere else.

Fabulous work from La Rog! Went in for a custom piece. Wanted my three wedding rings put into one band. La Rog helped me back in 1998 when I lost my wedding ring. I was 8 mos pregnant back then with my second baby and I didn’t want to give birth without a wedding ring replacement. The gentleman who helped me happened to be the owner and he was kind and attentive. He had the ring I ordered just the way I wanted it. Twenty two years later I came back to get my 3 diamond ring adjusted in size, and LaRog still honored the warranty. Surprisingly the gentleman who helped me back in 1998, is still there! I came into La Rog devastated over my engagement ring from another company that had broken twice within 6 months. I was hesitant to get a ring with ANY stones so I did not have a repeat. Leslie was understanding. She explained the different kinds of metals, quality of stones and settings. She was patient with me as I tried on multiple rings. I asked questions on repairs, their warranty and where the rings came from. Leslie's customer service was outstanding! I never felt any pressure to buy. Her professional, knowledgeable and fun personality made me feel at ease. I left after my first visit with so much knowledge on rings. In the end, my heart wanted a sapphire ring...forever my dream ring. I now have on my finger a gorgeous sapphire and diamond ring. Leslie had several sapphires brought in for me to choose from. Denny at LaRog Jewelers is the best!!!!! She is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful for all my jewelry needs. I have bought most of my jewelry through her and she knows what I like. She has also helped with updating my old items and fixing my wedding ring, that I bent and twisted. I was nervous about having my ring worked on hearing horror stories about other places sending out the repairs, losing items or changing out the stones. LaRog does their own repairs in the store and they did a fabulous job on my ring, which was a mess. Excellent experience at LaRog. We had been engagement ring shopping for quite some time, and I think we found the right mix of selection and service. Randall was extremely helpful with selecting my fiancee's engagement ring. We had some additional customizations with the ring, and we got some mock ups of the final product right away. The process was very seemless, and although we had some delays due to the COVID pandemic, the first possible minute they got the green light to open up again, we got everything in a quick and efficient manner, including sending the ring from Gabriel & Co. in NY to Oregon and then sending it to me in LA.

I chose La Rog Brothers because of all the good reviews, but I was disappointed. I brought my husband's wedding band in for a crack that needed repaired. The employee told me it will be so good I "won't even be able to tell there was a repair done." But when I picked up the ring, I could still see the crack! Then the jeweler polished it again while I waited, but when I got back to my car in the sunlight, sure enough I could see all the messy solder on the inside of the band. Disappointed in the sloppy work. I will not be using this jeweler again. UPDATED REVIEW: The manager was very responsive and went above and beyond with excellent customer service. The ring is now repaired properly and looks beautiful. Rest assured that if you do have any problems, La Rog Jewelers will treat you well and make it right!

Ruth ordered several sample rings for me because I could not find the one that I wanted in the store. A male worker here though makes this location not appealing to us anymore, not sure the guys name but won't return to this location because of him. He repeatedly told my fiance that her ring was the correct size, even though it visibly slid off her finger and the diamond on top would be facing the floor because it was too big! But he insisted it was the correct size and wouldn't adjust it (we went in on 2 separate occasions) and it was causing her diamond to get bumped/rub on things which isn't cool since I spend so much $$$ on it!! When we told one of the ladies (unsure of her name unfortunately) she agreed it was too big and resized it for us without hesitation so thankful for her but alarming that one of the workers wouldn't meet out needs. Well a few months ago I went in and got a loan for my ring. I was told that I would get 1 letter saying its close to being due, but I'd have another month, then I would get another a week before it was really due. I get a call about a week ago saying it was due, no notice, no letters, AND I've accrued interest. Very lame. So I go in to pay it off and get my ring back and ask if they could waive the interest because I was told I'd get warning letters, and I was told, no I couldn't. Everyone was super nice, but its kinda 'bad press' to have one employee tell you something and accrue interest because that isn't fulfilled. I know its policy, but not a great way to keep customers.
