July 26, 2021 TNS Diamonds & Watches did a service overhaul on my 1984 mfg. Rolex Submariner ref. 16800 at their brick-and-mortar store located in Philadelphia, PA. My Submariner was running very slowly losing time approximately two minutes per day, which is horrendous; it hadn't had service maintenance in 12 years. TNS proprietor, Tony, did a superb job. He said my movement was very dirty and is why it was losing a lot of time every day, which it never lost time before. Tony completely overhauled everything…100% disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication and all rubber seals replaced. I never liked the look of the Rolex OEM flat synthetic sapphire crystal with cyclops date lens on Submariner ref. 16800 (flat synthetic sapphire crystal with cyclops date lens are on all subsequent Submariner models to present day). So, I had Tony install a new acrylic dome crystal cyclops-less that I provided him, which I purchased from Lob Time, Sam, in Hong Kong. The Lob Time acrylic dome crystal is a high-quality low dome crystal (there is high dome and low dome), which makes my Submariner ref. 16800 look gorgeous and look more original; as the earlier Submariners did with their Rolex OEM acrylic dome crystals on those earlier models. Lob Time acrylic dome crystals need to be fitted and Tony did an excellent job. He waterproof tested my Submariner with the ELMA vacuum tester. The test held vacuum equivalent to 200 meters depth in water; and very likely would hold vacuum to deeper depths. Now, my Submariner runs precisely keeping perfect time to the second, and looks fabulist with its new acrylic dome crystal! I am very impressed how perfectly it keeps time now. I've been a customer of TNS for five years and Tony and his son Austin are always professional and personable, it is always a pleasure going to TNS Diamond & Watches for my watch needs. Highly recommended. A+++++ 5 years ago: TNS Diamonds & Watches sold my vintage watch for me on consignment, they listed it on their eBay store and also showcased it in their brick-and-mortar store located in Philadelphia, PA. It took a while to sell, but they assured me through the weeks to be patient and it should sell when the "right" buyer finds my watch. They were right, my watch sold at a reasonable market value. Over the weeks when I contacted TNS for status they were always professional and also personable. For their excellent service I will surely give them my business and I highly recommend them for your jewelry needs. A+++++

I had an issue with my Omega after taking it to another repair shop. The other shop had my watch for 3 months to repair a small problem and gave it back to me with a misaligned hour hand. I am fortunate to be in Philly to deal with him personally however his website is also excellent. In closing if you want a great watch at a great price, TNS diamonds is the place to go.

Went to these guys because they were the only certified Fortis dealer in center city that I could find. I was skeptical because they were located near Jewelers Row and there are some very sketchy jewelry stores in that area. Upon arriving I was pleased to find that TNS is not one of those places. The location is on the smaller side but compared to other stores in the area, it has a good selection of high end watches. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time with me and even ended up showing me some watches despite me being in there for a service. Overall the store also has a warm welcoming feel, and most importantly the prices are fair. I would definitely recommend them.

Even more stars deserved. I received Swiss Army Watch (SAW) from previous employer for 25 years of service. First one received in mail did not work; was replaced. When I reported second also not working - stop watch second hand resetting to place other than 0, i received a different watch. I loved the SAW. Took into a couple of places and told repair at least $100; similar story mailing to Victorinox. Finally found TNS Diamonds & Watches. Called around Christmas. Perhaps they were slow. The owner asked a couple of questions, then gave me instructions, which i followed. First he fixed position of second hand. But other two hands of stopwatch also in wrong positions. No problem. He told me which buttons to push and voila! all three fixed. I had to repay him for free, telephone, useful, correct, anonymous service. He said just to leave a good review. Hah! have you ever had service like this? Next time i'm in the city, this guy deserves a kiss, or something non-physical. Thanks for being beyond a mensch !

I brought my Breitling in to have a battery replaced but ended up having to have the movement replaced. When I picked my watch up a haze developed within the crystal after a rain.The watch did not get wet as I was in my car. I texted TNS my issue and was told to bring the watch back immediately so they could repair it properly. This was after business hours. Not only that, but I was met curbside. I thought the repair would take a few days but I was texted an hour later that my watch was ready with apologies for the inconvenience. I picked my watch up curbside again 2 hours after closing. I was texted a video of my watch being pressure tested. This was an inconvenience to me being I only have one day off of work per week. We are human and things do not always work perfectly but I was impressed with the politeness and customer service that I received! What a refreshing business!
