My Sister and I went to Elisa Ilana Jewelry for permanent bracelets. I had remembered seeing jewelry from Elisa Ilana when they were at the mall years ago. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile, and felt welcome right away. Adam explained the process for permanent bracelets and showed us their selection. We immediately knew right away which one we wanted. Their selection was very nice and extensive. He explained pricing and worked with us to find the perfect size to fit our wrists. When he finished with both our bracelets, we were thrilled. We love them! Next time we came back to Omaha, we will definitely make another trip to see him. Having just one bracelet is not enough.

Came in the store a few months ago to find gifts for my mom and sister. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. All of the jewelry was absolutely beautiful. They found the pieces I was looking for and gift packaged everything individually to make my gift giving as easy as possible. I stumbled upon Elisa Ilana Jewelry last year, while searching for a Pandora Bracelet for my wife. So far, I have not been disappointed. Today, I stopped by to purchase an Anniversary Charm, and inquired about a Breast Cancer Charm. They did not have one available, but that didn't stop Adam from putting one together. My wife loved both charms and they will make an excellent additionto her bracelet. This is type of customer service that I look for in a business... And they have earned my business for a long time. I encourage you to stop by and experience for yourselves.

First time stopping here, after 10yrs of marriage wanted to get a real wedding band that wouldn't irritate my finger. So many beautiful classic, unique, or personalized options here, I don't doubt for a second that someone won't find something that is perfect for them. The staff was very professional, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process. I was so excited to get my ring after ordering it, I was amazed out how quickly it did come in and was over the moon when I saw it in person. My engagement ring clearly looked unsightly once I put this beautifully blinging ring next to it and was offered a cleaning of the engagement ring. Sooo kind of them and boy is it just beautiful. Everytime I look at this ring it makes me smile. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and glad that I shopped at a local shop! You will not be disappointed here with so much to look at.

I went in on Saturday morning to purchase 2 Pandora bracelets for some very dear friends of mine. I got a them the charm that says Friends are the family you choose. I parked my car and there was a gentleman coming in the store as well. He held the door open for me and walked a couple steps into the store turned to me and said "how can I help you today?" I was like wow this person just walked in the door hadn't even had a chance to see what was happening and he already was focused on the people in the store to help. I told him what I was looking for from Pandora and he showed me the bracelets and I chose the silver with the heart clasp for both friends. Then I asked about the puzzle piece friends charm and he showed me what it looked like but it just didn't seem to hit me so I asked about one he showed me on the iPad. It said friends are the family you choose. You could read the writing perfectly and the detail around the circle was beautiful. I chose that one. He tried to explain to me that I needed something for myself and while I have my eye on a charm it just wasn't the right time for me. He boxed everything up in nice boxes and put them in bags with tissue paper and even added a bow to each package. He asked for all my information for receipt and after I paid he handed me the boxes and said that it was a pleasure to have me in the store. I've been to stores before and purchased things but there is something special about that store. They really listen to what you want and help you find everything you need. I will be back for my charm soon!! Thank you for everything!!!

I purchased a ring online and sent it back to get a smaller size over a month ago (early June) and I haven't heard back! I have reached out over 5 times with no response back. I had to pay additional money to send it back and was going to get charged to get the new size as well. Thank you for your response and for letting me know. A dear friend of ours had lost the love of her life very unexpectedly and quite swiftly. She has a Pandora Charm Bracelet with a few charms, but we wanted to give her something to remember him by, and make her happy at the same time. We saw a charm on Pandora's website. They didn't have it in stock at their establishment, but the manager called Elisa Ilana , and they had one waiting for us in a matter of moments. The staff was very accomadating and sympathetic to our loss. I have shopped this particular store in the past and will continue to do so in the future. A lovely staff that made us all feel grateful.
