I needed a ring sized, and chose Journey Jewelers based on their reviews. I must say I am extremely pleased! I was able to book a same day appointment online, and when I arrived, Roberto looked at the ring and quoted the resize as well as some prong repairs on the diamonds. The cost was extremely reasonable, especially taking into account that my ring was ready in 4 hours! I got it back sparkling like new and a perfect fit. I couldn’t recommend this jeweler more!!

I am extremely impressed with the quality of work and great service I received from Journey Jewelers. I took my ring in to be sized down. It took them only an hour. I appreciated the extremely fast service and not having to leave my ring overnight. After wearing the ring overnight, I realized I should have gone a little bigger as the ring was indenting into my finger and extremely hard to get off. I went back to Journey Jewelers the next day and told them my dilemma. They enlarged my ring for me the very same day and did not even charge me! Excellent customer service! I will use Journey Jewelers exclusively from this point on for all my jewelry needs and will recommend to all my family and friends!

I would give this 10 stars if I had the option, because 5 stars just aren’t enough. The Journey Jewelers team went above and beyond to meet my expectations for a custom ring made from my family’s jewelry that had been passed down to me. They were so easy to throw an idea to and quick to show me what it would look like in real life. They asked the perfect amount of questions to make sure I received everything I wanted. I also requested some of my diamonds be put into screw back earrings as studs, they turned out great! The whole team is so trustworthy and it’s always a great atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. I will absolutely be coming back as they are the most caring and affordable jeweler I’ve seen around.

Brought in a watch today to have it fitted to my wrist. Robert very kindly pointed out that the manufacturer had made it easily adjustable and the links could easily “snap” off, no adjustment needed. I felt silly but Robert was courteous and professional, and removed them from the watch and matching bracelet that came with it, free of charge. He even bagged the links up for me upon leaving. Robert could have easily sold me a watch adjustment and I would be none the wiser, but he chose to be honest and helpful instead. I will certainly be pointing people in his direction in the future, this is an important quality in the industry and Robert deserves to be acknowledged for this patience and trustworthiness.

I was looking for a place to resize my husband's wedding ring, that wasn't going to cost me $400. When I called, the gentleman was very polite and helpful. My husbands ring is 3 rings soldered together, therefore making the resizing costs more expensive than a normal ring. Although I was pleased with the price, the workmanship of the resizing was spectacular, and was done in 24 hours, in time for our 20th wedding anniversary. I live about 30 miles from this jeweler, but I will definitely make the drive again for my jewelry repairs in the future. I highly recommend them.

My husband bought me a ring and I needed it sized quickly. Not only did they have it done before 24 hours was up, they sized it perfectly! I have had rings sized with Walmart before and it took 3 weeks and was the incorrect size. My ring size is 5 3/4 so it isn’t easy to get right. What a terrific place. I had several items that needed to be fixed and needed to understand if it was even worth it to repair some of them. I had taken several pieces into a well-known shop in town several years ago and had been "sniffed at" for even asking. Not here. They gave me quick appraisals. I got to decide what needed to be repaired. They did a wonderful job (pointing out in advance that the cufflinks I brought in that had been my dads would show a little of the solder on the back). Plus their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them. (Just wish they were on my side of town, but they are well worth the drive).

Robert was an absolute blessing to work with. I emailed late on Sunday evening not expecting a response, and received one almost instantaneously (and it wasn't automated like I expected). They performed a quick repair (replacement of one diamond, a refurbishing, cleaning, etc.) on my engagement ring and it was ready within three or so hours. I've been to area competitors and paid over twice the same price for less quality; however, those same competitors also took days to complete what was done here in a mere number of hours. Friendly service, quality work, and great pricing. Absolutely delighted to have found this place, and I will most certainly be returning.

Roberto always greets me with a smile as soon as I walk into the shop. His brother Jonathan, is just as friendly and super helpful. Their father Roberto is very skilled and experienced with all his repairs. The whole family always exceeds my expectations on all repairs as well sales. Most services have a same day turn around, at most it's been a week to get the magnetic clasps my wife loves for her necklaces. Quality goes above and beyond they ensure I feel more than just another client but truly a remembered individual.

PROFESSIONAL, EXCELLENT SERVICE, HIGH INTEGRITY!!! I went to Journey Jewelers to get help with designing a single ring using my husband and my wedding rings. My husband, the love of my life, passed away a couple weeks ago and I want to wear our rings for the rest of my life. Robert and the entire staff were so very helpful, patient and compassionate. In about two hours, they had resized my husbands ring for me and worked with me to see how best to wear the rings. I left the rings with them so they could finish the sizing and polishing. Before I left, they said they would add an inscription on the rings for me. I was so shocked that they would do such a kind act for a stranger. I sent them my proposed inscription and they amazingly were able to get it to fit. I picked them up this morning and LOVE them, they are so beautiful all sparkly and shiny and the inscriptions were perfect! Thank you! Had a custom ring made out of state but when it arrived, it was the wrong size. I took it to Journey due to good reviews on a Google search and couldn't be happier. Took them about 3 hours and when I picked it up, it was perfect. They even recreated the texture on the bottom side of the ring. Can't even tell it's been sized. But the best part was the initial greeting! He made immediate eye contact with a big smile and asked how he could help me. Sorry but I don't remember his name.

The ring was very old and had a few kinks in the band, but a few hours later when I came to pick it up the kinks were gone and most importantly, the ring fit. When they realized the symbol wasn't going to go on the back very clear and offered a solution through messenger after I dropped it off. They didn't have to do that. They did a great job!

Called Journey Jewler’s about the beginning of April (5 weeks from date) with a unique request for a custom ring. When I brought in the pieces and got to talking with Robert I told him a back story of me and my fiancé and what the stones and other ring were from and he pitched the idea of making a wrench ring. He got the ring perfect and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results, customer service and affordability. He beat other places standard starting price for a custom piece and went above and beyond making the ring completely custom. Wouldn’t use any other Jewler in the country for any future jewelry needs.

Absolutely 5-STARS!!!!! I took a knock-off Rolex to them to have some links taken out and a clasp adjustment and was blown away with the care and consideration he took of the watch. The details that were given to this fake, were the same care and attention details, I would expect from a high-valued piece of jewelry.
