Some background first: I have searched for the perfect “step up” 25th anniversary ring for 5 years. Happened into Diamonds Direct to visit my niece. I thought I would look around to see if anything caught my eye, was introduced to Danna. Danna proved to be a perfect match for me and my indecisiveness! I cannot adequately describe the amount of patience and overall calm she exuded throughout my entire experience. I started with the exact center diamond I wanted and then moved to decision on the two side diamonds. Both were found and I approved the band content and design. I picked up the finished, breathtaking totally custom ring today!! I’m thrilled not only for my long awaited anniversary ring, but the ease and personal attention I received from Danna and everyone else with whom I interacted ! Thank you, Diamonds Direct!

I have purchased jewelry three separate times from Diamonds Direct and they have exceeded my expectations each time! Everyone I have worked with is extremely friendly and seem to be trying to help me out rather than just make a sale. Today I was in with my wife to add onto her wedding ring set and Michelle helped us out. She was extremely patient, friendly, and as I told her, not at all like a used car salesman. She wasn’t pushy or trying to “sell” us anything, just wanted to make sure we were fully informed and had explored all of our options. I bet we tried on 12 different rings until we found the perfect one, but looked at 100. I won’t shop anywhere else but Diamonds Direct!

Hands down , the best jewelry store ever! My husband bought my rings from there a few years ago, and they have since then always had the best customer service. Due to an accident, I had to have all 3 of my rings cut off, which broke my heart, but diamonds direct did an amazing job fixing them, and did not charge me anything at all. In July, I lost my wedding ring and of course, it wasn’t turned in at the hotel I was staying at. It took me 2 weeks to tell my husband. So my venture started looking for my replacement ring. We went to 2 other jewelers as well. We came into Diamonds Direct several times meeting several staff members including Dana, Ibrahim and Yehuda. I spent at least 2 hours at each visit and not once did they make me feel like I was wasting their time. Yehuda is the one who pulled my dreams together by getting me the setting I wanted and getting at least 20 diamonds for me to choose from. I picked up my ring yesterday and I am in love! What a great experience finally! I have been looking all over online and in store for a ring that I not only fell in love with, but had great benefits and coverage after the purchase. The whole process was explained clearly, all the way to how the diamonds are graded. I learned a few new things that helped me decide the perfect ring. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I couldn’t pass this one up. I went in expecting my experience to be like all of the other jewelers I had been too, but not this time around. I have a certain style of engagement ring that I wanted and nobody had the exact ring that I wanted. When I went in, I talked with James and he helped me actually combine two styles of rings for the one that I wanted. He also took the time to educate me on how diamonds are graded and what I should be looking for in the diamond itself. I went in to diamonds direct a little while back to purchase a diamond for an engagement ring! I was welcomed in and Jared quickly began to help me. Jared was very knowledgeable, he listened to what a was looking for and showed me several options. Once I picked the stone, Jared explained how the process would go in great detail. Then Jared informed me that they were having a sale…that i didn’t know about when I went in! He asked what I was thinking about for a wedding band. I explained to him what I was thinking, he then showed me exactly what I had described…so I got that as well. My husband told me he was thinking about a ring upgrade for our 20 year anniversary this year. Of course I was immediately excited! He said he wanted to try diamonds direct. I was somewhat skeptical at first. My husband had been looking at settings on the website and had found one he liked that was somewhat similar to my original ring. We had an appointment with Nikki. She was busy wrapping up with another customer when we arrived, so another lady helped us until Nikki was available. Everyone was very personable and professional! We started looking at center stones. I have a hard time visualizing things so I was kind of struggling. But no one appeared to be frustrated with me and I was very grateful for that. We didn’t know we could have a ring custom designed to replicate my original ring only with a bigger center stone and a more robust ring setting with bigger accent stones. We decided to get pricing on this option. First, we had to decide on a center stone. Nikki and the manager went to work looking for my dream diamond! Once we had that piece figured out, they went to work crunching numbers. They showed us the pricing and what they would give us for my current diamond. We were very devastated over the lack of value of my original diamond and I was ready to walk away since we weren’t going to get much for our stone and I didn’t want to compromise what I wanted in my upgrade. The manager said, “Keep your original diamond. I will make a pendant necklace for you with that diamond. And then let us design a replica of your original ring only bigger and better!” I burst into tears having no warning whatsoever. I had no idea until that moment how sentimental my original ring was to me. They walked away to give me and my husband time to talk. There was NO PRESSURE AT ALL! Only a promise that they wanted to earn our business. We decided to go for it!!! It took a couple months to complete the process of designing the ring. When we finally went to pick it up, we were absolutely BLOWN AWAY!!! My ring is so gorgeous!!! The diamond is GIA certified and came with an appraisal so I can easily get it insured. The pendant necklace turned out beautiful as well and I’m so HAPPY I GOT TO KEEP MY ORIGINAL DIAMOND from my engagement ring!!! From start to finish they made this a wonderful experience that we will never forget!! So run, don’t walk, to Diamonds Direct because I am sure they will exceed your expectations just like they did ours!!

I had a great experience looking for an engagement ring at DD OKC with the help of Gina Tortelli. My girlfriend and I came to browse with a budget and designs in mind and Gina confirmed and accelerated our process quickly. This was a good thing because we didn't want to dwell between designs and overthink what we (she 😆) wanted for weeks or months. We were shown several diamonds in the first round and Gina was accommodating when she didn't find "the one". I asked her to look through their inventory and bring out a few more at or above our criteria. We were able to find IT in the second round of diamonds she brought out. All this was done within about 3 hours from browsing to putting down the first payment. Every situation and couple is going to be unique, but I was very happy that we were able to be decisive and nail it within a day. All this was thanks to the service of Gina and DD vast inventory of designs and diamonds. I would not hesitate to make another jewelry purchase or upgrade a diamond in the future.

After shopping on-line, at the “national” retailers and a couple “mom and pop” stores I did what I should have done from the start. I’m impressed at Cindy’s knowledge, not only because she’s GIA certified, but more so her knowledge of how to help me verbalize the specifics of the diamond I was looking for. She went through the specifics of each one, how the overall shape matched my needs, the quality specs, and, how brilliant each would be based on the information available on each stone. She recommended one that not only met my hopes, but was larger than I thought I could get, and still within my budget. A few days later she had it in hand and sent me pictures and a HD quality video. I don’t have the words to express the Joy in working with Cindy and Diamonds Direct. The entire experience from first contact to buying the diamond was actually fun! Very mixed review. In person, people are very nice. Made a purchase that required a small hardware change that would take a week. Seemed long but it was a week before the Christmas holidays and it would be done before so it could be used as a gift, which was the intent. I went in 2 days after the agreed pickup time, but the order was still wrong. So it wouldn't be ready until the next day which was Christmas Eve. They fixed and gift wrapped the purchase, but I would expect better service especially after the amount I paid. So as I said, very nice in person but order was not right and took a long time to fulfill. Had to make several trips to the store which was a significant drive from my house. Update. Was reached out to by a general manager who responded to my write up. He remedied the situation which will ensure further patronage by myself and family. To be clear, I would expect great service at any price point and I believe Diamonds Direct would do this.

Overall, it was a great experience at Diamond's Direct. Me and my then girlfriend (now fiance) decided to go look at rings and just walked in to Diamond's Direct. We were immediately helped by Motoko Baldwin. She started by asking us about what we were looking for and what our budget was. She then showed us many different options for settings and let us take a closer look at anything we were interested in. After this, she took us to an office where she went over the details of how the quality of diamonds are determined and even showed us a few different diamonds so we could see for ourselves what made the diamonds different. Before we left, she told us about events which were coming up to let us see even more options of different settings. Later when I went back to buy the ring, she presented multiple diamonds to choose from to put in the setting. She also provided different payment options to help accommodate my financial needs. In summary, it was a great experience and Motoko was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process! I highly recommend at least checking them out!

I did not know exactly what I was looking for but wanted the piece of jewelry to have fancy yellow diamonds. He offered to switch the two diamonds later for no charge if that is what my wife wanted to do. Needless to say my wife was blown away by the necklace and yellow diamond pendant!! She loved it!! I recently went to Diamonds Direct to get my girlfriend an engagement ring. We’ve been together five years so it was definitely time to make the commitment! I emailed with Mo at first to try and figure out if a different stone would be good for the ring as my girlfriend was interested in pearl and opal instead of diamonds. Mo kindly told me that pearl and opal are softer stones and may not last as long with wear and tear as a diamond would. I told the new information to my girlfriend who was more than happy to switch to a diamond so that the ring would stay in good shape longer. When I actually got to the store, I was very nervous. I didn’t feel like I belonged at first because I’m not the wealthiest guy and had just gotten off of work, but Mo treated me with just as much respect as if I were a millionaire. She got me a water and showed me the cases of rings that were in my budget and told me I could keep looking if I wanted to but warned the rings further up would go out of my budget. She was very attentive to keep my purchase within my original set budget. She didn’t try to haggle me to buy something “bigger and better” to get more money out of me. Heck, she even knocked off a bit of the diamond cost to stay within my budget! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mo helped me pick out the ring that was exactly what my girlfriend has been wanting and stay precisely in budget. She showed me different financing options and did not get annoyed with me when I wanted to know all sorts of different ways to finance to find the perfect one for me. Everything about my experience was catered to me and my girlfriend and now I have the most perfect ring for her. I’m beyond thrilled with Diamonds Direct and will be going back in the future. I met with GM Ibrahim Arch with questions on how much my ring was worth to sell (they told me beforehand that they do not buy rings as a whole but they would buy loose diamonds) but I could talk to the GM and he would tell me how much I could sell for. I already knew he wasn’t going to buy my ring but I’ve never done this before so I had tons of questions and yada yada. Meeting him I knew 100% he wasn’t going to buy my ring and I wasn’t sure I wanted to sell just the diamond because I wanted to make max amount of what was paid for it. But we met and talked and it was the most amazing experience!! He met me with genuine advice and his professional opinion on what I should do with the ring and it’s worth. No BS. He wasn’t arrogant or made me feel like I was wasting his time (which I was, I do not recommend doing what I did). But he was so kind and present and had amazing energy and had incredible knowledge for his craft. He kept saying he appreciated me even after knowing I wasn’t selling the diamond and that made me feel so connected and gave me a sense of loyalty. He even asked me what I did for a living to which I answered “an optician” and he talked to me about his glasses. He was very charismatic and personable. I could go on and on about my interaction with this person but in short, he gave his time and energy to me and was so kind not expecting a sale in return but just giving genuine advice and input and I’m so grateful for that. In the future I will definitely think of this establishment and their generosity of precious time, especially to this person in particular. If they go this above and beyond for little me I can’t imagine what they do for others. Not to mention the rings I saw while patiently waiting were so shiny and crystal clear it took my breath away how beautiful they were. If somebody told me to pick one I would be there for weeks. The whole atmosphere was calming and elegant. I will be back!!!

EDIT: The manager reached out to me directly and made it right. Upgrading from 2 stars to 4. I really appreciated them seeking me out to make things right without me having to complain to them directly. Not a bad place, but disappointed with their time management. Brought a ring to have soldered and was given a week to complete. On the day, Saturday, I was supposed to pick it up, I called and was told it would be ready on Monday afternoon. Called Monday afternoon because I hadn’t received a notification letting me know it was ready. They told me it might be done on Tuesday by 6. Once I said that it was promised 2 days prior, they said it would be done Monday by 6 and that I could get it after that. Due to work, wasn’t able to come get it Monday evening, so here at 1030 Tuesday morning and they asked if they could have 30 minutes to complete it. Just a little frustrating that I’ve taken time out of my day to drive here to have to wait longer because it wasn’t completed by the time they promised.

I ordered an engagement ring from diamonds direct back in February. I waited the standard 4-6 weeks and received the ring in March. After the shock wore off of how brilliant the diamond is, I realized it is the wrong ring. My sales person, Lori did a great job at reassuring me they would order the correct ring and get it in as quickly as possible. Unfortunately due to covid-19 this put a screeching halt on everything. This resulted in me not receiving the ring until yesterday, May 26th. Naturally I was pretty upset about having to wait so long and about how if the correct ring was ordered in the first place, that I would have never had to wait this long. The store manager, Ibrahim went above an beyond to acknowledge my frustration, make sure everything was made right, and and that I was happy! In the last year I have gone to them to purchase an engagement ring, a wedding band, and to have my family heirloom wedding band resized and their customer service is exceptional! We went to Diamonds Direct Oklahoma City to have our jewelry inspected. One of the rings we purchased at another local jewelry store had to be repaired and was sent off due to the repair could not be completed locally. Several months after the ring returned, we took the daily wear jewelry to DD OKC to have it inspected. The ring that was repaired was found to have a damaged diamond. At that time, Lisa Miller and Damian Ramirez assisted us and ensured we understood that their jewelers could repair the ring locally and make it as good as new. After our discussion, we left the ring and picked it up a week in a half later. The ring was completely repaired and beautiful! Lisa and Damian were extremely professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. I'm so glad I found Diamonds Direct Oklahoma City. I had been shopping for a 25th anniversary ring for my wife, and at the big-box/mall jewelry stores everything I looked at was overpriced and low-quality, with sales people who were obviously not experts. We were in Oklahoma City for a weekend outlet mall shopping trip and decided to stop at Diamonds Direct since they don't have a store in my state. I'm SO glad I did!! Their prices and quality were FAR better than the chain jewelry stores. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted in the store so, they had the ring custom-built for me. The process went smoothly and Nelson was great to work with. He communicated with me via text and email on a regular basis to keep me updated. He helped me pick the perfect diamond by explaining diamond GIA grading, quality, and pricing in a transparent way. I was a little nervous to buy a ring that I hadn't actually seen (because it was being custom-built), but when it arrived I couldn't have been happier about how it turned out. It's stunning, and exactly what I had in mind. My wife absolutely loves it. I can't say enough about Nelson and his team - it's not often that I experience incredible customer service like that. And I was really impressed with Diamonds Direct's warranty/guarantee. At some of the other stores I shopped at, you had to purchase a lifetime warranty to receive the coverage that DD offers at no cost. So my advice to anyone reading this is to avoid Za***, Ka*, Helz**** and all the other big-box stores and go to Diamonds Direct instead. You'll get a much higher quality diamond for the price, better customer service, and a better warranty. I realize this review sounds like a sales pitch, but I'm truly that happy with my experience. Highly recommended.
