A special thanks to Angela C, Where should I start? When I walked in into TraxNYC with no appointment. Angela notice me right away and was welcoming in a comfortable shopping environment. Jewelry stores can be a little uncomfortable up front. I live in California and I’ve gone to a couple jewelry stores and needles to say customer service was disappointing and judgmental. This is my second purchase from TraxNYC. My first purchase was last year and it was the Mario Bomb pendant. I was pleased with what I received and decided I would return to do more business. I recently ordered and received my second TraxNYC piece - the Mario Star and accompanying chain. I was thoroughly impressed with these products as well. The first time around I just outright bought my piece. But after following the Facebook page and being advised to speak to a representative I did business with Sammy this time. After some negotiation, Sammy set me up with a solid deal at a player’s price. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and provided great customer service. The quality of the jewelry was exquisite, shipping was quick, and the package was securely wrapped. I appreciated the letter from the founder that was included with the paperwork which outlined the vision and mission statement of the company. It was a nice personal touch. If you see any negative remarks about this company, I would second guess the veracity of their statement. Sammy is a custom jewelry designer for TraxNYC. I got in touch with him via the website chat, it was late in the evening on a Friday and he took the time while at home to take my call and help me bring to life a beautiful custom pendant. His communication through the entire process was top notch! Even when I was probably bugging him, he stayed in touch and answered all of my questions and concerns. This was my first custom piece and it was really cool how they CAD design and 3d print. Even with my small piece barely meeting the minimum order, I received service like I was buying a Bently. Where do I even start!!! For quite some time I wanted to make a custom jewelry pendant. I have looked for a jeweler but with no luck in different states and even outside of the country. Some jewelers told me it cannot be done with my specs or some gave me high estimates on designs that I didn't like. After seeing TRAXNYC online I decided to take the trip from Boston. I know I could have ordered online but for me is better dealing in person as I wanted to be understood on what I wanted. As soon as I walked in the store I was connected with Melissa. After explaining her what I wanted I was given the estimate and I paid the deposit. Melissa texted/called me on every step of the fabrication of the pendant. She is very professional and took a lot of pride on my custom jewelry. I was very impressed with her level of knowledge and design. Melissa helped me pick a necklace also and gave me a fair price on it. I am very thankful to have worked with her and will do a lot of business in the future. The stores owner, who I’ve seen consistently on YouTube stopped by the counter to welcome me and others to the store. The purchase was for a solid gold 18 in (7mm) Miami Cuban link chain. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Liam was able to figure out exactly what I needed and provided pictures for clarification. He worked pricing like a magician (delivered a price that was unbeatable anywhere else after doing some comparisons on my own). Our jeweler Qurbe was extremely attentive & this is the first time we have purchased jewelry where I felt NO pressure. He made recommendations & never overstepped. He brought us a selection of engagement bands & not once did he try to even upsell us. He let the jewelry do the talking. We found 2 bands for myself & my fiancé in less than 30 minutes. I had custom ordered a men's diamond ring back in December and received ring in beginning of January. Was not happy with some of the quality (milky spots and feathering) on some of the stones and returned the ring. The Trax associate I was in contact and dealing with was Amy. The ring was returned to have the stones replaced. It took about a month and half to get the ring back. When I did receive the ring the stones were of a much better quality and all had individual GIA certifications. I was very happy they way ring looks and sparkles. Amy was always in contact me when requesting updates. This was the second purchase from Trax and they came thru with flying colors. Like to give Amy a special shout out for keeping me in the loop and getting the ring I envisioned.

Another great Time shopping at Trax NYC, Sammy was an amazing help by letting me figure out what cross would be best for me and he did that by letting me have 30 days to confirm if I like the item and I loved the Cuban cross it’s a piece of art but I am pretty young and the diamonds were a bit much for me haha so I talked to him and he let me change it out for the 14 k prong cross a lot calmer and smaller but perfect for my 2.5mm Cuban and even my 5 mm Cuban I could put it on that. Sammy helped me get two of my first purchases witch was the 2.5 mm Cuban but i didn’t have any customer service, I should of!! Cause you get the best deals when talking to these people working here !! So i was looking for a cuban chain. I came across Trax while browsing youtube, and the guy seemed like a genuine fella. I hit em up on their whatsapp number and i got in touch with one of the Jewelery consultants Mr. Ankur. What a guy!!!! The ultimate business professional. Did not fail to answer any of my stupid questions. Did videos on the chains for me. Stayed with me till the very end until i made up my mind, while other jewelers surely would have quit because i know me and i can be a pain. This guy… can’t say enough about him. If anyone is reading this and looking for a piece of Jewelery especially custom, he should be talking to TracNYC and definitely be talking to my man Ankur. Still waiting on the gemologist scan report but they said they would email it to me and i fully trust em. 5 stars is not nearly enough. Yo Max, Amy was great. Ordered a solid 26inch 8mm miami cuban chain and it came with the figure eight clasp slightly messed up. I shipped it back because I had warranty using the label you all provided and now it is lost. I hope you all can get this fixed. UPDATE: Received multiple text messages and a phone call directly from the store manager. He looked into the calls I made and the requests I had and we resolved them. He has offered to send my missing item overnight and to add additional item. I really appreciate the customer service turnaround. At the end of the day all that matters is the customer service and accuracy of the orders. Appreciate the follow up call and action. About a month ago I tried to purchase a chain that caught my eye on the website. I loved how the team at this company portrayed and showed the jewelry. The first order was a chain set and it was not as advertised on the website. The website stated it was suppose to be over 14grams and the one that was sent was only 7 grams. I returned that for store credit which was appreciated. Second order was placed for a chain and a cross. Waited more than two weeks to receive it and when it was finally delivered I received only the chain and NO CROSS. Every time I try to call, I get the run-around that I have to talk to someone else. Every time I have talked to that person, they never give me a straight answer. After all of this I am now out $450 because I have not received a cross with my purchase. This is unfortunate because this company seemed legit with their website and videos of the jewelry they sell. But the lack of customer service will make me never buy from this company again. I am located in the Southwest and was really hoping to find a good jeweler to get great quality jewelry from and another bad jeweler to add to the list. Be aware all future customers!

First off i want to say that i am very pleased with my purchase! Considering the pandemic going on i still ordered me a set of cluster earrings just because TraxNYC said they were taking orders. I didn't think it would take almost 2 months for them to arrive though. I can say it is well worth the wait! All I can say is Awesome! I made up my mind that I was going to buy a cuban link chain and bracelet set and started doing my research on YouTube. I found two locations on YouTube that had great reputations one in Miami and TraxNYC. Now my initial thoughts were I would go with the Miami dealer since I live in Florida and thought I would get quicker service. I was 100% wrong! So I had a budget I wanted to spend. I called both dealers and the Miami dealer had a slightly better pricing on the chain I initially was getting a quote on but advised they couldn’t have it ready for weeks! Lucky for me! I wanted the chain in my hands for a trip I had scheduled in 2 weeks so this was not going to work! I spoke to Pia at Trax on the phone and and I explained that she could have the chain in hand before my trip! She quoted me a price on a 30 inch 6.5mm miami cuban and I advised her that I had a certain amount of money to spend and could we also work out a deal on a bracelet for the remaining money I had in my budget. She made it happen and I was able to also order a 9 inch 6mm miami cuban bracelet. My order was processed and Pia advised that I could call her every day if I wanted to get a status on the manufacturing of the chain and bracelet since I had a time frame needed in hand. She also provided me with a way to text her! Great customer service! I communicated with Pia a few times in the next few days to get status with great communication. I finally received a communication that my purchase was being shipped 3 days before I was leaving for my trip. I also received a call from Steve I believe a manager in the manufacturing department that my items had shipped but were a little under weight from my original quote, but were the correct width and length. He advised since it was a rush order that they couldn’t be precise on the quoted weights. He advised me to inspect the items when they arrived and wear them to my event. If I wanted the quoted weights they would be happy to make them for me and would exchange the items. If I liked the items he advised that he would issue a credit for an agreed upon amount. I received the items and they looked beautiful but I chose to wear them on my trip before I called Trax to let them know I was happy and to issue a credit. I received compliments the first day wearing the jewelry! When I returned I weighed the 2 pieces to verify the weight difference that was quoted and it was in line with what Steve advised me! I did some figuring and the credit offered was 100% fair. I then called Trax to finalize the purchase and they issued me a credit. This dealer is 110% legit and provides outstanding customer service. I will be looking to give them business in the future! Thank you Pia and Steve! Maksud you should be proud of your employees! Look forward to seeing you on YouTube!

I went to TraxNYC looking for a yellow gold cuban link bracelet and they had exactly what I needed! They had plenty of options for length, width, solid and hollow bracelets and pricing seemed to be on par with nearby shops. What really made the difference was the excellent customer service provided by Qurbe and his assistant Ayana. I wasn't particularly sure about exactly what I wanted but they were very patient with me and weren't pushy at all when I was being indecisive. When I finally chose my bracelet, they were accommodating with adjusting the length for me and had a very chill lounge for me to wait in. They told me that if I needed a further adjustment they would do so free of charge and they kept to their word when I returned the following week to have it further shortened. I sent an email to Trax per their website’s direction and was connected to Giorgi. I followed direction and provided the information needed to begin the process. Giorgi worked with me until we got the design down to something I wanted. The process started in early February and I received my jewelry late April. Like me, you need to understand this is a process and doesn’t happen over night. Once I received the jewelry the pendant would not fit on the chain. Giorgi made it right for me, no questions asked. The next day labels to ship back to Trax were presented to me and I acted quickly to ship. Giorgi I’m return attentively shipped back via next day air for a very quick turn around time. I wanted to wait some time to write this review just to experience having it for more time. I will say that this thing looks great and is well made. I am very happy with everything. I have purchased several items from them and never been disappointed. Located in the heart of the diamond district . However if you're going to visit there , the street peddlers get annoying. Everyone else wants you to come in their store. Like used car salesman. Not the case at Trax tho.
