This was one of the best jewelry store experiences I've had. They made me feel welcome, and they were VERY quick, professional, and pleasant to work with. I came in at the last minute to get my rings inspected and cleaned before my wedding. I wasn't a regular customer, but they took care of me. They shined my rings up so nicely that I couldn't even see the small scratches that I had put on them previously. They look brand new. I'll definitely be a returning customer, and I'll be recommending them to all my friends.

Went in to have a chain polished after they were referred by a friend! After speaking with the team there and noticing that they have a nice selection of watches I came back and purchased a timepiece. I am So shocked that I did not know about this place years ago. I went to Brentwood Jewelry not to shop but to have a clasp on my chain fixed. The gentleman that wrote up the ticket complimented my watch (not a cheap watch but also not a big name fancy watch) and told me how reliable they are and didn’t try to sell me on a new watch. When my necklace was ready the young lady that rang me up was very sweet and asked the back story of the medallions on the necklace (one is my late brothers, one is for my young daughter). We had a nice conversation about it. I really enjoyed my experience at Brentwood Jewelry and will be visiting them for my next purchase.

We found Brentwood jewelry when I searched for a family owned jeweler. I had one in Florida and was not comfortable at a big box store. From the moment we walked in I knew we found our forever jeweler. Salem was warm and welcoming and so nice to our son! Included him in every question, allowing him to touch and hold pieces. I love these people! I brought in a ring to be resized after having issues with two other jewelers. They did such a great job, so I decided to have them take a look at my mom’s ring that is over 90 years old. She wore it all the time, and as a result, the emerald was very cloudy and needed to be polished. They had to send it to a company in Miami. Additionally, the prongs were loose around the diamonds, and the setting needed to be redone to fit the smaller emerald after the polishing. OH MY GOD!! The ring is even more stunning and I cannot say enough about the customer service and quality of their work. They have a loyal customer for life!

I had them size a bracelet for me. They did a pretty. HOWEVER They charged me and kept the extra 18k gold they took off my bracelet. Very poor form. I didn't realize they didn't even offer the gold back to me until it was too late. Would probably never use this place again. They took my money and then some in gold. Find another place who wont skimp you.

My fiance and I visited today with an urgent problem that needed to be fixed before we get married tomorrow. The staff took great care of us and had our problem solved and out the door less than 20 minutes later. I honestly can't speak highly enough of how they looked after us.

Found Brentwood Jewelry after searching for a family owned business… it is Veteran owned/operated as well! Came in to buy an “non-occasion” surprise gift for my wife. I left with a beautiful set of earrings I’m sure she’ll love that are just her style. I also left with a new found friendship with Salem. He was patient not only with my purchase questions, but we also swapped a few personal stories that made the experience like catching up with an old friend. Needed a battery and band for a Cartier watch and it was taken care of in no time. Picking it up today, Santa just happened to have stopped by to check on things. I went in today to get some adjustments done on a pair of new watches I purchased from another dealer. Blake was the person I had the opportunity to work with. I say opportunity because Blake took exceptional care of me. I have been in other high end Jewler shops around town, particularly one that you hear advertised on the radio quite a bit. In those shops I always feel as if I am not taken serious and talked down to. Never ever felt that way here. Everyone in the store was very welcoming and shared knowledge with me. There is no question my next watch will come from here. In addition to thwt, so will any future jewelry. I’d you’re looking for a locally owned place that treats their clients with a level of service that is untouchable by other jewelers, look no further. This is the place you need to be.

I was looking for a pretty straight-forward watch repair service and Brentwood Jewelers went absolutely above and beyond. I walked in the store not looking like much, despite that, they treated me quickly and were eager to help. After doing multiple repairs, they quickly returned the timepiece in full working order. Overall not a bad experience, but I'm probably going to try another store next time. The man who assisted me was quite helpful (didn't catch his name) but Lisa was rather snarky towards me while trying to charge me sales tax twice. After correcting her she didn't apologize at all and acted all rude and standoffish. Get it together Lisa! Also this is a minor complaint, but from the parking lot I watched the UPS guy walk into the store and deliver the bracelet I was waiting for, yet when I go inside it still took three different people 15 minutes collectively to find it even though I was telling them it was just delivered.

This is a family owned business that has honest and friendly staff. We have had small issues with jewelry purchased from other companies prior to us moving to the area. They have taken care of us every time. Other places nickle and dime you and try to sell you warranties. This jeweler is more concerned about the long term relationship and goes the extra mile to satisfy thier customers. No high pressure sales here. I started coming here from a friend's recommendation. I have and will continue to recommend them to others as well.

They did a fantastic job on two rings for my wife. We took my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band, along with some inherited diamonds. They melted down the existing rings and created two gorgeous replacements. There was not much guidance from us, yet they managed to craft two rings that were exactly what my wife wanted. We first tried a jewelery store that runs frequent radio ads promoting their custom/quality jewelry, but they weren't comfortable resizing over 1.5 sizes if it wasn't their original item. They actually referred us to Brentwood Jewelry for custom work. Brentwood Jewelry weas great. The work was done in house, they spotted a bent prong and fixed at no charge, had great advice on best sizing.. polished it up beautifully and it looked and fit perfectly when done. I am from Indy but was in Nashville for my daughters wedding. I needed to find a jeweler and not knowing the area I asked "Siri". She sent me to Brentwood Jewelers and I am so glad she did! I needed a family heirloom pendant put on a cheap set of pearls. As I was talking with the gentlemen I asked if the case of pearls behind me were real or costume as I had thought about wearing a set of pearls with my dress but my real pearls had little gold balls in between the pearls and the earrings I was wearing were vintage silver and pearls. When he said they were real I said, "I really can't buy a set with all of the wedding costs and besides I already have a set but they don't match my earrings." I was completely stunned when he went to the cabinet and asked me to pick a pair to borrow saying "It's your daughters wedding. You need a set of pearls, just bring them back." I argued with him for a while saying, "You don't even know me" to which he replied "you don't even know me, and yet you left your grandmother's pendant with me." Finally I gave up and left the store with a double set strand of pearls to wear at the wedding. I couldn't believe it. I grew up in a small town (years ago) where people did this kind of thing but no one does this anymore. I couldn't believe it and will shop there while visiting my daughter if we are ever in the market for nice jewelry!! Thank you Brentwood Jewelry and Gifts!
