Very nice shop. I went in to pick out a wedding ring. I was surprised how much wedding ring inventory there was because it wasn't shown on their web sight. I found a beautiful unique ring and they sized it and and had it appraised while I went to lunch.That's unheard of these days. Every where else they have to send it off somewhere and you don't take it home with you. Friendy knowledgeable staff. Quality jewelry.

Best jewelry buying experience of our lives! Never will I shop elsewhere! My partner and I decided to embark on making a custom design ring together. We were nervous and had low expectations. We were guided through the process of building and creating a truly original and special piece that we can treasure forever. We were able to use family diamonds, test out design pieces and even see a wax mold prior to the finished product. Gentle suggestions were made, never did we feel pushed or out of control of designing our special piece. The most amazing part was the absolutely reasonable price. It didn't cost us a fortune! We are not from the area of which the store is located, if you get my drift. My partner didn't have sticker shock at the end and we were kept informed of our price selections along the way. The quality is superior, the experience was unforgettable and it was overall truly a special experience that most people aren't lucky enough to get. I HIGHLY recommend Van Guilders and trust them with all your needs. I'll be back!

I visited this store to get my ring resized .25 bigger. It was very affordable (cheaper than some of the other jewelers I got quotes from) and it was finished in less than a day! My sapphire stone was SO sparkly after they cleaned it. I will be returning to this store if I need anymore work done in the future!

This really is the best jewelry store in town. It's small, cute and family run. They actually make jewelry so you can get unique items as gifts. The crazy thing is you can go to a mall store and pay more and get treated like you're some sort of jerk for not being able to spend $15,000 on a wedding ring. Van Guilders helped me design my wife's wedding band from pictures my wife found. Then they helped me pick the perfect diamond. My wife LOVES the ring and I spent what I could afford (don't want to give you the impression that platinum and diamonds are ever cheap, you just don't need to get hosed either). It's just a great place to buy jewelry!

I went in today to get a necklace fixed that ment alot to me and my daughter and lisa was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. I definitely appreciate how quickly they got it done, I left straight from here and took the necklace to my daughter and to see the look on her face was definitely worth it, glad my friend reccomend them.
