I had a great experience with Jessica at the Greenfield location. I did not get my engagement ring here, but wanted to make a modification on moving the diamond up and off center but still keep it the low setting It was, so I could wear a straight wedding band instead of a curved one. I went to two different jewelers and they told me it wasn’t possible. I explained my vision to Jessica and she said she thinks it could be possible and it could be custom made. Jessica and the Kessler’s team made my dream ring come to life and it was exactly what I had pictured for years. She was so easy going to work with and every time I walked into Kessler’s every worker was so friendly! You will have a great experience here.

My husband and I were walking into Kesslers just before 6pm on a Saturday and didn’t realize they were about to close. We were greeted and welcomed in so nicely. I explained I wanted to have my ring looked at for sizing and we were assisted right away by the nicest female employee. She explained the various options and she even cleaned and polished my ring well after closing time. I had such a great experience, I gave her a hug when we left. The staff customer service at Kesslers is certainly top notch and made our experience! Thank you!!

We had such an amazing experience at Kessler’s for our engagement ring! Trista is the absolute best; insist on her when you make your appointment!! My fiancé totally surprised me, so she was incredibly supportive in educating him on cuts, ring settings, clarity, etc. and guiding him throughout the process. It so paid off, I LOVE MY RING! After the engagement, Trista supported us in picking out our wedding rings and a few re-sizes, always making the experience great with her warm, friendly nature. PS You get an adult beverage on the house at every visit, which, in Wisconsin, is always a plus! It’s a household name for a reason - totally recommend!

My husband and I would choose Kesslers time and time again. Their family friendly approach is truly what makes Kesslers one of a kind. My engagement ring and wedding ring were purchased at Kesslers in 2020. I brought my ring in for a free cleaning and the ring technician noticed loose stones, which she fixed for no charge! She even reassured me by stating if the diamond were to fall out it would be replaced at no charge. The woman, Amanda who greeted us at our most recent visit was very welcoming and kind. My husband’s wedding band is also from Kesslers. My mother and father also have been buying jewelry at Kesslers for the past 30 years, and never have been anything but impressed by their customer service and positive attitude. Do not go anywhere else other than Kesslers. Even now living in Florida, we make it a point to stop at Kesslers and whenever we are in town. 5 stars all the way!

There are many stresses that come with planning a wedding. For us, buying our rings were not one of these stresses. Upon driving 45min to get to Kesslers for the very first time, we were greeted by many smiling faces, and one employee that really stood out was Jessica. She greeted us at the door and almost immediately wiped away any uncertainty that we may have had. The patience and understanding that she showed as we explored a whole new world of jewelry was incredible. Neither of is knew what we wanted, and Jessica spent a long while with us creating our perfect rings. On our fault, we were last minute with just over a month before our wedding and she assured us that we would have them in time. A couple days ago, I called for an update right at closing time and Jessica went out of her way to call me almost a half an hour after close to assure me it will be here in the next couple days. Yesterday we picked up our rings, and were assisted by fantastic people. The only downfall was Jessica was not there to thank her in person. It is because of Jessica for making sure that my soon to be wife will be wearing her dream ring in 4 days. Thank you Jessica and all of the OUTSTANDING employees and Kesslers. Not only will we be back for all of our jewelry needs, but we plan to go back after our wedding to express our thanks to Jessica. Incredible experience, could not have wished for anything better.

We went in a week ago to have Kesslers clean some rings. They not only cleaned the rings, they also discovered and fixed a loose setting…above and beyond service. We returned this week for an appointment to replace (duplicate) a stolen wedding band from a few years back. Again, above and beyond service. Our representative, Kris, made suggestions but wasn’t pushy and had no “agenda” or store sales pitch. She was truly interested in finding out what we wanted and how she could best meet our needs. While we were there, they also refinished the surface of my wife’s original wedding band and it looks new again after 48 years…and cleaned another two rings…they look new again as well. Absolutely first rate service and we’d recommend them to anyone.

Kesslers has this experience down! Every detail is thought of in the consumer experience and between the people, sales, warranty, quality, etc., I highly recommend. My now-fiancé worked with Amanda at the Greenfield location to choose my ring and had nothing but wonderful things to say about her. I met her after he proposed and we went in to chat about some additional details. My experience with Amanda was phenomenal. Even in the short time we were in the store, she was incredibly kind, personable, and genuinely a joy to be around. I felt like I was with a friend. I couldn’t resist looking at wedding bands and she was very knowledgeable about all the details, excited to help out and look with me, and just seems to be a true gem of a person and asset to the team. We came to the store twice this month the first to drop off our wedding. And engagement rings to update our teen year old appraisal. Also to have my wife’s wedding band resized and to have the brushed finish on my wedding ring restored. First off, we did not have appointment. We also had looked online before going in (so we had an idea of what we were looking for). With that being said, we both were really impressed with the store. Then more importantly, Trisha D., our sales associate, did an amazing job answering our questions. For not having an appointment, we spent 1.5 hours, and Trisha allowed us to make the decision with absolutely no pressure. The ring size was quickly figured out in the beginning. Trisha was with us the entire time, which moved the process along, without it becoming overwhelming. There was drinks available. Everything was explained durning the shopping part, then when again when closing. I felt like no details were missed. We both would highly recommend making Kesslers a stop when shopping for rings.

You're not just another person walking thru the door, you become Kesslers family. I mostly deal with Kelly but from the employees at door asking how they can help you to the front desk if your making payments your treated great. Even if the person not getting the sale they take time to show you a ring to make sure your buying the right one. I always try to get the highest management person I can because I worked in retail all my life and know they only get to hear the negative. Great place. Went in to purchase a silicone ring for my wedding and the wonderful women at the counter greeted me and actually gave me the ring at no charge. I was so confused lol. I went out to the car and thought about it. Stumped i went back in and purchased a set of diamon earrings for my fiance sense i didnt spend anythibg on the ring. Turns out she had mistaken me for someone she helpd a few hours before. And only after ringing me up for the earings did she realize i was someone new 😀. She also gave me 3 toy rings for the kiddos! This location has always offered 5 star service when my husband or I go in there but yesterday was extra amazing to me! I went in because I couldn't tell if I was missing a diamond or it needed to be cleaned and the gentleman at the door reviewed it and said no diamond was missing but he noticed my prongs were looking worn. He made the suggestion to send it in and have those repaired before I lose my main diamond on my ring. It was less than 5 minutes but the experience was quick and easy. I came here to get my ring sized up a size. It had gotten really tight on my finger and was causing some pain. I called the store and brought it in right away. I was originally told that it was going to be about a week turn around but after the jeweler (Jessie I believed her name was) found out that I had driven nearly and hour to the store and that my birthday was next week she decided to take care of my ring right away and was able to have it ready for me today. Our experience at Kesslers was amazing! We went in looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend who was struggling to find something she loved. Kris was an absolute delight to work with. She was patient and caring, and took so much time with us. It felt like Kris pulled almost every ring out of the case, trying to figure out what my girlfriend liked and didn’t like (which was very tough to determine). This took a while, but Kris never got frustrated or made us feel like we were taking up too much time. Ultimately, my girlfriend found one she loved and Kris worked very quickly to get it ordered and explain next steps. She was able to crack the algorithm to find the perfect ring that my girlfriend loves! I would highly recommend going to see Kris, you won’t be disappointed!

Last night, I went shopping at Kessler's for engagement rings. This was my 3rd stop on my engagement ring search and I was MORE than pleased. From the moment I stepped foot into Kesslers, I felt welcomed and had an overall good feeling about how things would progress throughout my appointment. Also, although Kesslers has a no hassle sales philosophy, I prefer a hint of direction when being shown options. After all, the sales staff are professionals, so I would appreciate if they could be more forward with sharing their wisdom and insight. That's my thoughts anyway. I am unsure if I will be able to convey how wonderful of an experience I had at Kessler's Greenfield, but will certainly try. I scheduled an appointment with Kris Orlovsky to put together a custom necklace with some of the diamond rings I no longer wear. She made the entire process so incredibly easy! I brought in my rings and explained my idea. We then looked for pieces in the store we could use for inspiration for the jewelry design staff. I received computer sketches of 2 design ideas to choose from and once I decided on the design, they sent a casting I could view to visualize the size, shape, and pick out a chain that would go. When it came in, I couldn't believe my eyes! The necklace turned out better than I could ever dream it would be! Now I have a stunning and timeless piece I can pass down to my daughter one day! Kris held my hand through the entire process and kept me up to date. I never had to call to check in on the status. The design department was ahead of the quoted schedule at every step. I can't even count how many compliments I have gotten. I truly believe the custom design service Kessler's offers is spectacular and I could not be happier! Kessler's and Kris.... you have a customer for life!

I had To The Moon and Back pendant that I bought for my daughter. Today the chain for the pendant broke, so I contacted Kesslers and explained what happened, and they told me that they can fix it, and that it was covered under the insurance that I had on the pendant and the repair would cost me nothing. I then brought the pendant in to the store, and in about five minutes they replaced the chain, and they also cleaned and polished the pendant. Now my daughter can wear her pendant again. I purchased the pendant for her, because this was saying that my wife would say to our grandson. My wife passed away 2 years ago, and the pendant will always remind her that her mother will be always be with her. Thank you all at Kesslers for fixing my daughter’s pendant, and for having returned a piece of her mother to her.

Staff was helpful when my fiance and I stopped in but were really just interested in the sale. We stopped in because at a bridal show we received a coupon for a free silicone wedding band. This turned out to apparently just be a drawing, not indicated anywhere on the form, and we were then just shown a bunch of fairly ordinary mens wedding bands. They do work with a company that will do custom work and some of that has potential but the cost is much higher than other companies I have looked into. It is really too bad because I was hoping to find a band there.

They were able to accommodate us and schedule an appointment for later that day. We were able to find the perfect ring for my fiancé Eddie and I was able to design the wedding band of my dreams. The first step in the design was the wax version to make sure that was what I was thinking and wanted, and it was. The next step was to cast the ring in metal and add the diamonds. Love their service and guarantee Jan 8, 2020 Update: I have been a customer for almost 20 years when I bought my now wife's engagement ring. We no longer live in the area and were in town over the Christmas holiday season. We stopped in to the Greenfield location to get the ring cleaned and inspected. The lady who was helping us immediately noted that there was a problem with the prongs and suggested that it be fixed immediately. However since we now live nearly 1000 miles away and were leaving town in a few days we were not sure how the logistics would work. Not to worry. She said that they would fix the ring and ship it back to us upon completion. All at no charge to us. Today it showed up via UPS signature required as promised. Prongs have been fixed and the ring cleaned. All under the Kessler's warranty. This type of customer service is what sets Kessler's apart from every other jeweler and the reason that they are the only jeweler that I will do business with.

Let me tell you a story about a guy that didn't know anything about buying rings and he decided to go to Kessler's. The year was 2019 oh, and I have decided that I wanted to marry my girlfriend. So naturally never having bought a ring before I didn't know where to go and one of my friends said Kesslers was the best. I cannot remember the lady who helped me but she was extremely helpful. My husband and I chose Kesslers for it's quality, outstanding warranty, and customer service. We had an excellent experience buying our ring, and the ring turned out amazing. I feel the experience after the ring selection was just ok. I was contacted by Kesslers to let me know my ring was ready for pick up. When I went to pick up my ring, the wedding band and the ring were not attached as discussed during purchase. The service person was polite and arranged to fix the issue but was not apologetic, nor acknowledged that I would have to make another trip to their store which is 45 minutes away. The initial sales person should have been more responsible for ensuring the ring order was correct. After this experience, I sent Kesslers an email to provide feedback that an error occurred, and as of today I have not been contacted back. During my second visit to pick up the ring, the initial sales person indicated she was surprised that I had not picked up my ring as she had called me some time ago. I explained to her that I was there once before however the ring was not correct. Again, I basically got an "oh ok" response. She was the one who made the mistake and again did even bother to apologize. She then asked me if I was going to wear the ring, and I told her no. She asked if she should just put in the baggie that she had on the tray. I asked her for a box. I am not sure who wants their brand new ring in a bag even is I was going to wear it I would expect a box for any future needs. She handed me the ring in a bag and that was the end of our interaction. I was surprised there was no discussion on the warranty or ring care. For a store that prides themselves on customer service, my experience was very average. I was very disappointed that my initial email was never responded to.
