Sam Koncki was incredible - she listened to what we were looking for and provided multiple options so we could find the perfect ring/diamond combination. Customization, financing, warranty - all were easily set up and taken care of. To top it off, they gifted us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our engagement. Highly recommend!

I stopped by Kessler’s downtown location to ask a few questions about my ring sizing and options since my ring feels a little big. Bev helped me the minute I walked in the door - she told me what she suggested and put a rubber stopper on the bottom of my ring to try out at home and see if I would want to re-size it. She didn’t pressure me to make a decision on the spot, offered to clean my ring, and gave me cleaning solution without charge. I’m sure everyone who works there is equally as helpful but I’ve worked with Bev and Kellen and they were both so kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend Kesslers!

It was a pleasure to meet the people working at the Kessler’s Diamonds in downtown Milwaukee. So kind, courteous and accommodating. They made me feel welcome and listened carefully to every question and concern I had about a repair I had done there. My business was pretty small potatoes but I was made to feel as though I was making a big purchase. Their goldsmith turned around my ring repair in half the time it was promised and my ring came back looking as good as new. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Ariel at Kessler’s designing our custom engagement ring. We came in with an idea of wanting a yellow gold setting with leaves adorning it, and Ariel almost immediately was able to find a similar ring design and brought to life her ideas that ultimately formed the ring of my dreams! Ariel worked with us on designing a setting at Kessler’s that would work with a gemstone that we purchased separately (I wanted a yellow sapphire versus a diamond) and was there for us every step of the way. Many other local jewelers told us that the gemstone should be chosen before the ring setting, and that the way that we were going about our design was silly-focusing on the setting more than the gemstone. However, Ariel and the wonderful team at Kessler’s totally understood why the setting design with the leaves was more important to us than the gemstone itself, and never made us feel like that was the “wrong” way to do things-she was determined to create us the perfect ring and focus on what was important to us, rather than what was the traditional thing to do. One other local jeweler we spoke to while looking for a loose gemstone to purchase accused Kessler’s of “romancing the sale” and told me there was no way our ring design would ever work and that it would be impossible to find a gemstone to fit it-and boy, was he ever wrong. If “romancing the sale” consists of kind, courteous customer service, listening to what the customer is looking for, sticking to their budget (actually, coming in slightly under!), helping them locate the perfect gemstone to fit their beautiful custom setting, and ultimately, creating a one of a kind, perfect engagement ring that I will treasure forever-then I hope every sale is romanced for me! For anyone looking to design the perfect custom engagement ring on any budget-make Kessler’s and Ariel your only appointment. You won’t need to look any further!

The service and attention to detail at Kesslers does not compare. I worked with Brennan over several months to create my wedding band. He went through many iterations, even sending me a wax mold during quarantine lockdown, until we landed on exactly what I wanted. I felt comfortable and listened to. Every time I come in for a service / cleaning of my rings, they go above and beyond. Upon learning that I was leaving town for several months, Bev set me up with an at home wash and storage bags for my rings. You will not regret investing in the quality of Kesslers.

Can't recommend Kesslers and this location enough! Brennan did an amazing job on our wedding bands. One was bought from the case and one was custom designed. He was honest about the material and gave his opinions on what would work best, no sales pitches, just honest opinions which we loved. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right rings for us. For the custom ring, we got a 3D sketch and a wax mold before the ring was cast. I suggested a change, and it turns out he already was making that change, he listened to exactly what I described and delivered a beautiful product. The service was amazing!! We are very happy with our rings and can't wait to wear them forever.

The setting of the center stone on my wedding ring needed to be replaced (after 25 years of marriage), so I walked in to Kesslers and asked what they could do. The salesperson I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable. Within a reasonable time and at a reasonable price, they repaired the setting and cleaned and buffed the entire ring so it looked like new. I was very pleased with everyone I interacted with at Kesslers, and highly recommend them!

Ariel is a rockstar! Hands down the best customer experience I've ever had. Been a customer for over 5 years, and will never stop being one. I have to travel a great deal to see her ( 100+ miles one way), but every time it's worth it. The suggestions are always spot on, the product quality is phenomenal (it has to pass Kessler's immaculate qa AND her own). I can keep gushing about how wonderful she is, and how great Kessler's is. But Google won't allow me to use that much space. Just go to them, and see the real quality. Kay and all the other jewelers are nothing, compared to this team of super heroes.

While I was in, I asked about resizing my engagement ring (diamond with white sapphire center stone). I also asked about someday switching out the white sapphire center stone for a diamond, but they informed me that they would not replace a diamond in my engagement ring. Unfortunately the store refuses to handle rings with anything but diamonds, so they would not work with my ring at all.

They offered refreshments and toured us through the entire section of man wedding bands which really helped my fiancé find what he loved. My (now) husband and I came into their store at what turned out to be 20 minutes before they closed while they were all cleaning up. There was no attitude or dirty looks, everyone smiled and welcomed us in, said it was no problem, and offered us both a craft beer... what a great first impression. Karen M helped us and did a fabulous job guiding us through the men's diamond wedding band purchase. I'm a pretty indecisive shopper, and she patiently waited for us to hem and haw over the different options, giving us useful advice and recommendations along the way. She even pulled out manufacturers catalogs to show us additional options. I felt so at ease with Karen that I did something I normally don't do... purchased a large ticket item on the first trip! Even through a back-office screw up which produced a wrong-ring on the first delivery, all of the people I dealt with at this store with were genuinely apologetic, professional, and in the end got the right ring on-time and with no hassle on my end. They have lots of options and a wide price range. Once the ring is purchased, Kesslers will cover any damage to the ring including lost diamonds. Even though I had a really good idea of what I wanted, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. What I really appreciated was that when I stated my budget, she accounted for the cost of the loose Diamond, the band, the setting cost, and the tax and kept me under budget. This was a great start. Additionally, each time I wanted to look at different options, whether it be incremental size differences, or different cuts such as the Kessler 81 vs typical round cut, or looking at an assortment of settings with different number of prongs and colors, Ann never hesitated to show me all the options. Finally, I was really happy that this place had conflict-free Diamond options (and nothing against purchasing online, but I really felt more comfortable seeing the diamond in person before purchasing it). I would highly recommend considering Kesslers for an engagement ring purchase. TIP: You cannot go wrong with a Kessler 81 set on a 4 prong thin yellow band.

We went to get my ring sized a few weeks later and his "raves" were confirmed. She is a fantastic person to work with at Kesslers.
