We’ve always had amazing service here! Got both my band and wedding ring at this location and frequent in for the free cleanings. We came in today to get my ring tightened up a bit and Kasey was so friendly and got us taken care of quickly. We’ve never had to wait very long and they do a tremendous job answering your questions and getting you what you need. Best spot for your jewelry needs, hands down.

Wow! I had such a great experience here. I got my wedding set here a few years ago, but my newest ring is worth a glowing review! My mom passed away a little over 12 years ago, but I always wear her wedding band. The wedding band was very tarnished and the bezel around the diamond was breaking down. I took it to Shane Company to see what my options were to get the diamond set into a new ring. Tawny was absolutely amazing!! Good vibes immediately from her. She brought me all kinds of options after listening to what I was wanting for the new ring. She helped me pick out a beautiful ring that the jeweler could customize to set my moms diamond into it. I cannot say enough good things about Tawny and how well she helped me with this very personal and sentimental piece of jewelry. I would highly recommend everyone to Tawny and Shane Company.

So our experience was great. No pressure service and extremely helpful staff. Shanon was amazing and helped my future wife pick out the engagement and wedding band that she wanted. Even tho we had no idea about the style and type of rings to begin with she helped walk us through the process and found the perfect set for us. Such an amazing experience - Kasey is awesome! We stopped in just to take a look at bands for my fiancé, and ended up leaving with wedding bands for each of us! We got paired with Kasey and am so grateful. She took her time, gave him multiple options to look at and different sizes to try - he doesn't wear jewelry, so she made sure to cover it all for him! She then let me just look around and try on, just so I could find styles I liked for when I decided to move forward. I came in to purchase a 10 year anniversary ring for my wife, and had no idea where to begin. Both Kandice and David were extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. The most amazing jewelery buying experience I've had, hands down. I have been to several Jewelers and Shane Co. Really take the time to construct a perfect stunning piece for any budget and doesn't try and move you into a higher bracket. They carry some of the finest ingredients to a perfect ring and multiple other pieces. I was so impressed and welcomed which is awesome because I'm a younger man who really doesn't look like he would be jewelery shopping, and they treated me as well as anyone else. The only complaint I would have is they don't offer aggressive extended financing like some other places, but you'll pay much less for unbeatable quality here absolutely 💯💪

I went in for a ring cleaning and while I was waiting I found a BEAUTIFUL, vintage rose gold setting. After I received my ring back, Dylan took the new setting out of the case so I could try it on. My wife and I went back to Shane Co. to select a beautiful chain for our 14th wedding anniversary. We worked with Brittany Bowling who was wonderful! She took great care to understand our needs and was very helpful in having us find the right choice. She even noticed that both of our wedding rings (which we purchased there) needed to be cleaned. While inspecting my wife's diamond ring, Brittany noticed that we had a loose stone! We were able to have it sent in for repairs at no cost to us. One of the great benefits of purchasing at Shane Co. is their wonderful maintenance program! This was our 8th purchase of jewelry items from Shane Co.! Rings, bracelets, pearls, and chains. Each time the staff was professional, friendly, courteous and never pushy. We had plenty of time to review and discuss what interested us and never felt that we were taking up too much of their time - they served us with pleasure and patience. Now my wife has hinted that she'd like some diamond earrings and jackets for Christmas! We know that for great quality and top-notch service that it may cost a bit more but for our jewelry needs we want the best for our buck and that is Shane Company!

You all know those catchy Shane Co. commercials about great service coming from "family like" sales people, yeah that's 100% true! I had the pleasure of working with David and another lady who I can't recall, however they were amazing. David and I talked for around a half an hour before he even attempted to show me anything to buy. That process helped me secure a ring that I was confident in and that my fiance 1000% wanted and loves to this day. Her look on proposal day is something I'll remember for a lifetime, she literally looked at the ring for weeks after and randomly teared up because of how happy she was. Side note, life happens and there were a few things that needed to be adjusted and fixed on the ring, and Shane Co. gave me no hassle what so ever in the process and were overly accommodating until everything was completed. Shane Co. has my business for life.

I just stopped in yesterday for a cleaning. I stood around waiting for a few minutes before I was helped. Otherwise, the gentleman that assisted me was great. My ring looked night and day better! I went in kind of sad about it because my center diamond looked dull and had a black spot on it. Very dirty! Once it was cleaned, it shined and sparkled like the day I picked it out. No more black spot. I left very happy, feeling as though I had a brand new ring. Overall experience: We bought my ring in 2009. Shane company has been great to deal with! I had issues with losing stones from my wedding band. They repaired it multiple times and eventually determined it needed to be replaced. I haven't had a problem since. They clean and inspect it any time you ask. They'll recondition it annually which keeps it looking like new. This is all included. You don't pay extra for these maintenances. I would certainly recommend anyone to consider buying from them seeing how the long term experience has gone.

When I first wrote a review on the Shane Co it wasn't a good one. I gave them one star, because my late husband had bought my engagement ring there, and I didn't know what he did with the receipt, so they would not honor the lifetime warranty. He bought the ring in 1993, and I couldn't ask him where the receipt was, and they didn't have records back that far. After the review posted I got a message from Tom Shane. He wasn't happy with treatment I received, and wanted to make things right. Since then, the Shane Co has not only fixed my ring, but soldered the three rings my husband bought for me from them together into one. They cleaned my Mamaws ring that Ive head since her passing.. They also resized it from a 5.5 to a 6.5 so that I can wear it everyday now. It looks like they just stretched the band out a bit but it's still seems thick enough for everyday wear. Both original stamps of 14k and the original maker (unsure it's nearly 100yr old ring) are in there which I'm happy with. A cleaning and resizing a whole size was $175. The service was really nice and personable even though I wasn't purchasing anything of theirs during this visit. Couldn't ask for more with something that is irreplaceable and one of a kind. 💕

Unfortunately, within 24 hours of picking up the ring, the ring was stolen from me. When I was told when the ring was available, I asked if it could be done sooner considering the circumstances, and they moved the date up by several days so my fiancee can have her ring faster. Went here to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend (first time jewelry buyer) and they were very helpful. I already had a good idea what I wanted and the salesperson was able to pick out several rings fitting what I wanted in the budget I told them. They didn't offer anything outside the budget unless I asked about a ring either. All the warranty features included free of charge are also a big relief and just made the process all the easier. Picked out the ring I wanted with stone, it was mounted and sized in 2 days and ready for me to pick up with no hassles.

I had done alot of research on the center stone I wanted so when I went it I told them the exact stone I wanted. I had heard of Shane and seen billboards but put it off cause I didn't really understand it while I went to jewelry store after jewelry store. Mom and pop shops, Jared's, you name it. Finally went in though and immediately it felt different. They don't have watches and lower quality stones and it really feels like they're focused exclusively on diamond/ruby/sapphire/pearls, which is good cause it's even written on the building. On top of that, they are non commission and no haggle. This is huge for me. Maybe some people like to barter but having just bought a car, I HATE the negotiation process and commission makes it much harder to trust a rep. I started with one woman and she had no problem handing me off to another woman who specialized in gems. And both were just awesome people. I stressed I wanted rose gold and to not have to wait around months for it to arrive and she made sure we went over EVERY ring in the store plus we looked at all the rose gold rings on the website. I decided on one that they had in store that needed to have a gem mounted and taken down half a size. Much to my surprise, they were able to do that within a couple hours and I walked out with it same-day. Best part is they have a 60 day return policy so I can still shop around. And for the rest of forever if you want to upgrade the gemstone, you only pay the difference. No restocking fee or anything with returns even though it was resized and since it isn't commission there's no guilt in it. I walked out with a ring and virtually zero risk of taking a financial hit if I want to change something. Shane Co also makes their own designs in somewhat limited quantity so they're fairly unique and it cuts out the designer middle man. Plus like a car dealership, if another store has the ring you want you can have it sent to your local store in a day or two. Cleaning and a whole bunch of other things are free forever. They'll even replace a lost gemstone for free if it comes loose. One last little detail is I called the store and it's an actual recording of Tom Shane giving info about that particular store. I think there's about 20 stores so it wouldn't be too much work for him but still, it's the little details. Means a lot that people know who he is. All the workers there knew about him and there seems to be a strong company culture. And as far as I know you can bring in a gem to have it mounted or bring in a ring and get a gemstone. So if you like a particular ring you can pick from their huge gemstone collection or if you want moissenite or a lab grown diamond in one of their rings I think they can do that too. Overall, could not be happier with the experience at Shane Co so far. Thanks especially to Amanda and Jessi.

I've lost a secondary stone from one of my rings and they replaced it with no questions asked. I've damaged my other ring. I know that I'm the one that did it, I just don't know how... they fixed it, no questions asked!! This place is TOP NOTCH! I would never go anywhere else for jewelry.

My wife and i scheduled an store appointment after debating between shane company and james allen website. The only reason why we decided to go with shane co was because of the life time warranty on the center stone which is not offered by any other store including genesis diamond. Although james allen has significantly cheaper prices on diamonds (30% and 40% cheaper) compared to shane co, i noticed that james allen ring settings are more expensive when compared to shane co. The only advantage i saw at genesis diamond was the 60 month payment plan (based on credit aproval with wells fargo) interest free, but in my opinion you shouldnt be spending money that you cant afford and then looking to pay it in 5 years! The life time warranty on the center stone at shane co is a no brainer, however is conditional; meaning, you must bring the ring at least a couple times at year for cleaning and prung adjustment. Our ring consisted on a 14k white gold setting (we didnt mind going with 14k instead of 18k to save a little money to get a bigger stone) with a 1.04 carat heart shape center stone. We decided to get a shane co certified diamond instead of a gia, again to be able to save some money and get a bigger center stone. I was surprice of the very little inclusions on the dimond for the price paid. It was an excellent cut and I clarity. We had an 1pm appointment and we arrived 10min earlier. We were greeted by Kandice right at 1pm on the dot. Kandice was very friendly and went above and beyond bringing different settings and center stones. The hole process took us about 2 hours and the wife left happy. We also got a wedding band that matched the ring setting. Make sure you do your homework and learn about the 4c's! I spent weeks learning about stone ratio, different types of certifications and the differences between a good cut and an excellent cut. Will be coming back during the hollidays to get some diamond earings for my wife and daughter.

My girlfriend (now fiance) and I went to Shane Co. one day to begin to look for various styles of engagement rings. The sales people were very nice and helpful, even though it was rather crowded. I later went back and bought the engagement ring and once again, they were extremely helpful. They taught me about the different qualities of a diamond and allowed me to inspect each diamond and choose the one I liked best. Buying from them was a great and reassuring experience. They also have an amazing warranty on purchases from them. They will replace any side diamonds that fall out, will resize for free, will clean the ring and inspect it for free; all for the life of the ring. My fiance went back today to get her ring resized and once again, they were very helpful and nice. They let her try on different wedding bands with her ring so she could make sure she liked the one I got her, and they let her inspect her diamond so she could see how nice it was ;) I couldn't imagine buying from anywhere else. I hate pushy salespeople and ones that don't really care about you. At Shane Co. I was treated amazingly well and was very happy with my experience. The next piece of jewelry I buy will definitely be from Shane Co.

This trip I was interested in looking through some mens gold chains. While the staff was very friendly, the selection of mens chains left a lot to be desired. I didn't lower the star ranking because mens chains is not really what this company is known for and they did show me everything they had in stock with no pressure to buy. Buying a engagement ring is overrated. Adding a diamond to it because it has always been done is a lie. You can thank De Beers for that campaign in the 40's. Google it. If however, you still feel the need to but that special someone a nice ring, etc, you'll be happy with the team of associates available to you. I wouldn't recommend walking in completely blind though, as you need to know what you're about to drop some money on. We do it for games, movies, cars, do it for this as well. Once you're there, be sure to look around. And be sure to see examples of the worst cut/coloring as well as the best. That will help you understand what the differences are, don't just go on their word. Good luck and congrats
