Best quality and customer service, hands down! I had decided against taking my rings to be serviced where they were originally purchased with warranty due to poor service. Instead, I took them to Karina’s Jeweler’s to be cleaned and dipped in rhodium. The owner was very personable and knowledgeable. I was a little on the fence in the beginning about paying out of pocket for a service that I had purchased a warranty with another business. However, when I picked up my rings today, I was so glad that I had made the choice to do it. My rings look like they did the day I got them! The quality of the rhodium coating is so much better than had ever been done before. I will definitely be returning here for future jewelry needs. Highly recommend Karina’s!

The owner is very nice!! She sodered my necklace (I didn't purchase it there, although I'm sure if I had, it wouldn't have broken in the first place) back together for me and when it broke a second time, she did it for free! They also have gorgeous, one of a kind jewelry that is fairly priced. In addition to selling jewelry, they repair jewelry, and replace watch batteries as well. I love this elegant little jewelry store. Highly recommend visiting the next time you want a timeless piece for yourself, a wedding band, an engagement ring, a pair of earrings, a bracelet, a necklace...they pretty much have it all! I will definitely be back!! I attached a photo of a necklace of theirs that I have my eye on 😉

My fiancé and I came in to get her ring resized, the owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us several options of what to do and pros and cons of each while still giving her opinion. It was very affordable and we will definitely go back for any jewelry needs!

She is very respectful, honest and helpful. She suggested that we have the ring sized using balls instead of changing the integrity of the ring and having it sized down without any additional costs. We had a great experience and will only deal with her in the future. We highly recommend her for your jewelry needs.

Great neighborhood jewelry store. Alicia, the owner is very personable, friendly and professional. They have great selection of jewelry and carry some watches. Alicia does repairs as well as replace watch batteries. She decorates her store whenever there is a major holiday, such as Halloween, Christmas etc. The prices are reasonable compared to other jewelers out there and I highly recommend checking this store before going to those big name stores.

The staff here is very warm and welcoming. I put on a tight ring because of which my finger was swollen. it was causing a lot of pain and discomfort. I called Kareena jewelers and they asked me to come in. The lady that I met tried to remove the ring but since my finger was swollen, she couldn't pull it out after putting soap. She then cut the ring and provided me relief from the tight ring. Thank you for helping me out and making it a quick process

Karina's Jewelry is the best in Louisville by far. They are always super friendly and helpful. Today I came in to get my sunglasses' hinge screw tightened, she did not even charge me a dollar! I had my watches battery replaced at her store over the years. I always had a pleasant experience. We need more businesses like hers in town. A++ for Karina's!

Karina's Jewelers is terrific. The Owner is a wonderful person and makes doing business with Karina's a delight. The Owner always goes that extra mile to make sure that her customer's are satisfied. The prices are more than reasonable for repairs that she makes and for the high quality jewelry that she carries. This is the best jewelry store in Louisville and the Owner is the real deal - a skillful and knowledgeable craftsman. She is honest, fair and what every business owner should strive to be. She genuinely cares about each and every one of her customers. I wish they would allow more stars than 5.

Went in the store not sure what I needed for a gift. The lady at the store was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me several ideals and did not rush me. I went to two other stores to compare prices. Both we're way more, and one was less knowledgeable about what they were selling. I went back to Karina's and make the purchase. I don't understand why the majority of these reviews are negative. I've been doing business with Karina's for over 15 years and they have been nothing but helpful and kind to me every time. The owner has helped me on several occasions with time sensitive repairs and has always been prompt to call me when they're done. I couldn't understand why this establishment has gotten so many negative reviews so I took the time to look at the profiles of all the negative reviewers and it turns out that ALL of their reviews were negative! These people are just malicious. They've been in business for at least 15 years so they have to be doing something right.

I just moved here and didn't know where to go to get my wedding ring fixed.I am so glad I found Karina's. The girls there were awesome!!! Super friendly,but most of all the workmanship was exellent. When I was cleaning out my jewelry box earlier today, I found a beautiful tennis bracelet that my husband had given me years ago...I tried it on but when I went to take it off, I couldn't figure out just how to open the tricky clasp...neither my husband nor my sister could figure it out either ...I called this jewelry store just before they closed for the day and a friendly lady said yes she'd be happy to help me and it was not too late to come in... She cheerfully showed me how to take it off and didn't charge me anything .....I told her that I'd be back to shop on a future occasion for sure ...great customer service even without a sale!
