Roger ensures each timepiece meets my expectations, allows me the time needed to have my own experience per timepiece he has delivered on for me. What I admire about Roger is that he can really read people, he is someone I trust deeply and is unquestionably honest and transparent in our communication. I value our friendship, our business together (past, present, and 100% future). Today I landed my Explorer Model 124270, 36mm and also got my DJ 41mm steam treated during my in store experience. I highly recommend Bhindi Jewelers and I highly recommend that you ask for Annie. Annie helped me over the course of 3 separate visits. I was looking to add an everyday watch to my collection. I started off looking at Tudor, Omega, Zenith and ultimately purchased a Grand Seiko after learning more about the brand history and seeing their hand finished watches in person. During each visit Annie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the watches that I tried on. I must have tried on at least 2 dozen watches before deciding on the one for me. Annie was never pushy or tried to do a hard sell throughout the process. She took her time while working with me and listened to what I liked and the watch I ended up purchasing was something special that she pulled out of the safe that was exactly what I was looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Annie and Bhindi Jewelers in the future. I highly recommend them and I also recommend that you check out Grand Seiko. Their watches are finished to a much higher degree than my Rolex and Breitling and the accuracy of their spring drive movement is in a whole other league.

Where do I begin? Hands down the best luxury watch buying experience. I was just passing by for some holiday shopping and decided to stop by Bhindi to take a look. Roger was very professional and his mannerisms are very well suited for high end clientele. If I didn't know better I would have thought he was a representative from Rolex as he was extremely knowledgeable of the product line. After the purchase he even helped me carry all my shopping bags to my car and followed up the next day to make sure everything was working okay or if we had any questions about how the watch operated. During my time there, Ron and Ashwin also came out and chatted for a bit, super cool to meet them and share a conversation with fellow watch enthusiasts. It really is the extra touch of personalized customer service that sets Bhindi apart from their competitors.

A family friend put me together with Ryan, as I was looking to surprise my wife for mother’s day. She gave birth recently to 2 kids and i wanted to express my gratitude. Initially, I was looking for the oyster band because a couple of years back i saved a picture of the one she liked when visiting another Rolex AR. Unfortunately, it was not available as it was a last minute request. But, within a couple days I was presented with the option for a jubilee which I jumped on. I heard Rolex’s these days are very hard to come by. My wife was extremely happy with her gift. A week later, I was told the Oyster band was available and in the size I was looking for. Her birthday was right around the corner, so I surprised her for her birthday. As a business owner myself, I can assure you, it is not easy to find people who genuinely cares for their clients and loves what they do. Ryan, went above and beyond and continued to search even after he already closed the deal on the first watch. He is diligent and professional. I highly recommend Ryan. Btw, I later found out my wife got me a Rolex through Ryan, which i was extremely pleased with. She found his business card sitting on our kitchen counter.

Picked up my new Rolex explorer today….. been waiting months and months but Ryan came through and I was finally able to get in there and pick it up. Love the watch , so happy I could buy I through bhindi…. I’ve been “just looking” for a long time, great to become a customer……. I was also happy to see the demo watches in the Rolex display cases, great to be able to handle the new explorer II as well as the numerous Grand Seiko models in store. Edit- update March 2022 I judge a stores customer service by how I’m treated when I have a problem or when I’m going in but not having purchasing discussions. Had some outstanding customer service from Ryan when I went by yesterday to ask some timing questions about my explorer. He took the time to get me the information I needed even though the in house technician wasn’t working. Thanks

What can be said about Bhindi Jewelers Glendale that hasn’t been said. A great shopping experience with Lina Holub. She was friendly and attentive to both mine and my wife’s needs, showing us various options and explaining how high demands and low supply has griped the watch industry. Roger is an absolute heaven sent angel! I was on my way to buy my wife a Rolex from another store and they sold the watch while I was on the way. Her birthday is in 6 days! I was devastated and called other stores I gave bhindi a call and explained what had happened and told them if anything ladies model comes by please let me know. I’ve known about Bhindi Jewelers for a number of years, and since I live near their Glendale location, I’ve stopped by several times before to admire some of their watches. With that in mind, I only just recently purchased my first watch from them after I achieved a few personal and professional goals that I had set for myself at the beginning of the year. To celebrate the occasion, I wanted to buy myself a very specific watch that I had been interested in for quite some time. However, my main issue was that the specific model I was looking for isn’t all that common, especially not in the exact configuration that I wanted. I know the brand makes the watch, but you never see them in the display cases anywhere, and finding one available for sale isn’t as simple as just walking into a store and buying one. I know several other people who have all had very positive experiences with Bhindi Jewelers, so I knew that I could trust them and that I would be in good hands, even if they ultimately couldn’t find me the watch I wanted. I worked with Marina, who was incredibly nice and professional. She took down the specific model I wanted and told me that she would do her best to see if she could get me one. Given that I had only ever seen two examples of the watch in person before, my expectations were realistic and I told her that I appreciated whatever she could do for me. Well, in far less time than I ever imagined possible, I got a call from Marina telling me that she was able to find me my dream watch. I just picked my watch up today, and in addition to still being shocked that they were even able to find me one in the first place, they also engraved the back with the message that I had wanted, and even added in the engraving as a complimentary service with my purchase! Bhindi Jewelers and the wonderful staff there make every customer feel like a member of the family, and after the incredible experience that I just had buying my first watch from them, I can honestly say that my next one will come from them too, and I will most certainly be a customer for life.

What a present April fool day! This is my first luxury watch buying experience. GO SEE ANNIE! She is the best sales rep I have dealt with by far! I went to Hing Wa Lee and the Rolex AD in south coast they basically brushed me off and told me five different ways to go away. When I stopped by Bhindi’s in Glendale I didn’t have much expectation but I was lucky enough to meet Annie. My friend and I looked at the new Speedmaster and she ran through all the specs with us and let us try on a dozen watches. She spent her time with us even when we didn’t buy anything on the first visit. I bought my friend the Speedmaster and Annie tried her best to get me a Date Sub. Vidhi was exceptional throughout the process, extremely nice and thoughtful when I came into Bhindi to ask about a Rolex even though my first visit came immediately after playing tennis… Vidhi was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had, leaving me hopeful that I would get a call sooner than later. I’m still in shock that I got the call shortly after my original visit, on a Friday no less, letting me know that my first choice was available if I was still interested. There was absolutely no pressure from Vidhi or a demand for my credit card info to secure the watch, just if I was still interested and was available to come in so we made the next available appointment to come in. My wife was out of town for the weekend so I had to come in with my six and two year old in tow, Vidhi and the entire staff were beyond accommodating, providing juice for my girls and entertaining the six year old when my youngest needed to go out for a potty break. My best friend was also there to help with the girls and ask about getting his own watch from Bhindi, Vidhi answered all of his questions as well. Even Vidhi’s post purchase donut snack recommendation for the girls was a hit. The watch is stunning and I love how it looks/feels on my wrist. I can’t wait for better weather so I can take it into the sea for a dive. Vidhi has been incredible with following up and I will recommend her and Bhindi Jewelers for any watch/jewelry needs. I had decided I wanted a Nomos Tetra 27 and first visited another one of the Nomos AD's in the Los Angeles area. They basically laughed at me when I told them what I wanted and said my price range was off and the watch wouldn't be available for months and suggested I get something else they had in stock. Indeed from the Nomos website there was a wait time of 6 months. I called Bhindi hoping maybe they had one. They didn't, but Areg immediately offered to get one for me. I figured he was just making false promises since I was so completely dismissed at the other store but he kept in great contact with me, answered all my questions and within 4 weeks my watch had arrived! I'd had my eye on a Rolex Explorer II Ref 216570, but they have been very hard to come by in the past few years. My first visit to Bhindi was a delight, Annie greeted me and spent a long time going over almost every brand in the store. I probably tried on 30 watches and she was as excited to show me watch #20 as she was to show me watch #1. We kept in touch after that visit and I returned two weeks later to make my first purchase. GO SEE ANNIE !!! Just a week ago my husband and I just first met Annie after our sunday walking exercises around the mall. We decided to stop by and see her as we were so interested about her popular reviews at YELP. We were greeted by her, warmly and made comfortable for more than an hour with friendly conversation about our same interest into ROLEX watches. We were surprised, she didn't even know us and she already was very open and friendly about her personal stories into higher end watches and she gave us a lot of advice about them. She did not discriminate us whatsoever and we never felt like we were being judged or treated differently, and also someone without a purchase history. I have bought watches at many different stores over the years and Bhindi Jewelers in Glendale is my favorite by far. Everyone there is very professional and nice, even if you don’t buy something. I’ve been there many times to just look around and have a chat with the salespeople. But my go-to-guy is Ryan. He’s amazing. He knows his watches. Whether it’s Grand Seiko, Rolex, or Omega, he’s helped me out. I should probably mention that the 2 Grand Seiko pieces he helped me get were hard to obtain. For my 1st Grand Seiko, I literally went to every Grand Seiko AD from San Diego to Santa Clara and couldn’t get it. Ryan got it for me in 2 weeks. For my 2nd Grand Seiko, the Grand Seiko store in Beverly Hills said it was a limited edition and completely sold out. Ryan got it for me in a week. Truth be told, the Rolex Explorer I got today was probably easier to get than those 2 Grand Seikos. The store has other brands too. In fact, my next purchase will probably be a Zenith or a Cartier.

I won't go into too much details, because I can sit here and write a book how this place has won my heart. My pursuit of the “Candy Pink” ROLEX Oyster Perpetual 36mm came to a close today upon receiving a call from Annie. She let me know she had something truly special in store for me. Admittedly, I was skeptical at first. One who is deeply entrenched in this hobby is surely aware of the incredible amount of cynicism that encompasses buying a new Rolex from an authorized dealer. On my way to the store I thought to myself, “it couldn’t be the watch I want. There must be some mistake.” When I arrived at the store and saw Annie holding the exact watch I had once believed impossible to get, I thought I was dreaming; perhaps, quite simply, I still haven't woken up.
