Very friendly, excellent customer service from all the staff. Everyone spoke compared to the last stores we visit and we have been to a few. Showed what I wanted they did not have it. Offered to help design my ring and took the time out to make sure I was very satisfied with the design before ordering. They did not treat me as another sale but as family. It became past time for Nicole to be off, yet she stayed and assisted Mr. Mike with helping me complete the design and made sure everything was taking care of. Ms Nikki not only helped us but took her help to a higher level; that is she walked us over to the store that had our inquiry! It was clearly demonstrated that helping and assisting customers is the best way to get them to spend money when they had not planned or more than they had planned! In short, the people in that store (Ms Nikki and other helpers) have made it a point to extract money from the customers by the premise of giving them full attentive assistance. I went into this store after being devastated by Zales and my wedding ring. The ladies at Robert Irwin seen how upset I was and immediately began to ask me what I was looking for and wanted to know what happened and how they could make my experience better. Chris personally went through each bridal case to help me find something to fit my needs. She helped me pick the perfect ring. She was so patient and kind during the process knowing I was heartbroken when I walked in. The store manager also talked me through procedures of sizing and care and any repairs I’d ever need. They took all their time and focused on me and made a heartbreaking day into an amazing day. I’m extremely pleased with my whole experience today. Thank you to these ladies.

My daughter and I were out shopping for jewelry for her engagement photos. We had gone to several places in the mall. Some welcomed us from a distance, some showed us a few pieces of jewelry but when we described what we were looking for, they said they didn’t have it and sat down. Then we saw Robert Irwin Jewelers and said let’s try that. We were losing hope and we were running short on time since everything was closing soon. These people welcomed us and asked what we were looking for. We told them and right away there was the bracelet. Shortly after asking my daughter what kind of earrings she wore they had the earring that matched her engagement ring. We couldn’t find the necklace and thought our luck ran out but they had her describe it again and they pulled out this huge book flipped to a page and my daughter screamed, ‘that’s it that’s the one’. They had this at another store location out of state. They said they can have it in store by Wednesday and they did. The people in this store not only managed to pull off a miracle, they treated us like family and we could relax around them. The stress just melted away. I can’t thank them enough. Absolutely fabulous customer service. Thank you so much.

I have been to several jewelry stores to find to perfect ring. I was walking through the mall and decided just to stop in for a quick minute to see if anything caught my eye . I was greeted with a warm smile and welcome. Everyone was so eager to help. No pressure to purchase anything was given. There were several beautiful pieces. Unfortunately I didn't see anything for me . I told them exactly what I was looking for and my price range. They took my number and I left. One day later I received a follow up call letting me know that they was going reach out to some more places to find what I was looking wanting. What a hidden gem of a business! This is the place to go. Unique, quality, gorgeous jewelry and a staff that wants to help and wants to know you. They never once made us feel like we were just another number to them. A good chunk of business practices is not really selling your product but selling yourself. I have never experienced the level of customer service that I did here. Walked in many jewelry stores and was not taken seriously. Came by and Mrs. Christy. I can’t imagine a way they could have been more hospitable. She showed me and my girlfriend probably 50 rings and was super nice and personal the entire time! I went in to have my ring cleaned. The owner did not pressure me, but mentioned that it could use a rhodium dip. Their price was much less than any price I had been given in the past. I was told it would take a week - it was done the very next day! It looks fantastic! I also had a small (not noticeable) crack in one of my diamonds. They told me about it and said they could fix it if I ever want to have it done, but it looks beautiful and isn't noticeable. Very friendly and no pressure staff! 😍❤️

My significant other gave me a not so expensive Bulova watch for Christmas 2 years ago, it means the world to me because she gave it to me.. The battery died last month. Could not find a jeweler who was willing to change the battery, some said it was the watch design, others simply said NO.. i, at my partners advice, stopped by Robert Irwin Jewelers and they immediately said YES, we can and will. There immediately was an issue getting the back off, and I was again expecting another failed attempt at repair. Not so, My watch was sent off to a specialist who resolved the issues, replaced the battery, sent it back like new. The watch has a special place in my life because it was given to me, The Customer Service provided by Robert Irwin Jewelers means a lot as well because we rarely find that type of over the top Customer Service effort anywhere anymore.
