i love the selection of watches. my wife bought me a Favre Leuba for a really great deal. Cole was very knowledgeable about everything i was looking at. they have a case full of watches for 40% off right now and i’m looking at a few others to add to my collection. great atmosphere, respectful employees. definitely will be back

I recently visited this shop again and I love the new crew. The new Manager Cole was very knowledgeable and helpful. If you get the chance you should stop by. I saw were a few folks were not happy with the new team but they were very pleasant. I understand change can be difficult but if they are just doing their jobs you can’t fault them for that. Might be why they gage a whole new crew at the store.

Went to iPawn last week to look at camera lenses and other Canon accessories and I was very pleased with my experience. The first thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the store and the organization of all of the products. Everything that I was looking for was in one set area and the gadgets were even coordinated by brand which I appreciated. Immediately when I walked into the store I was greeted and assisted by an associate named Krissy who directed me exactly where I needed to go and asked me questions that showed she had interest in my needs… boy was she was a pleasure to work with! She had a bright personality and was very knowledgeable about their products and even showed me more items that fit into my interest. I would visit iPawn again for the great product selection and great customer service shown by their associate, Krissy! The sales/retail world would be much greater if we had more Krissy’s in the world. Good job iPawn!
