Being from Chicago, first impressions are everything. My mom loves pawn shops. We went in to see the jewelry. The owner Aaron and employee Rich were great! Aaron gave my mom a great price and a few laughs before leaving. We will definitely come to visit again when we are In town.

Leo, Sean, Frank I called the store to check closing time. Mr Leo and Sean were nice enough to hold the doors for a few more minutes until I arrived and assisted me with my transaction. On today when I came to retrieve my pawn ALL the employees greeted me and mr frank guided me through the paperwork process and made sure that I understood everything I was signing. Excellent customer service and clean establishment.

She just saved my behind, I just got off of work at 630pm and was running super late to get there to pick up my bow that was due today, so I called to tell them id be there in a few minutes, long story short she extended the date to pick it up to Monday morning. I can say that after my experience today with Jase I will be coming back. After seeing a few new faces and finding out that there is new management I understood why the atmosphere felt completley different from my previous visits to the store. They were really busy today but to my suprise I was tended to in a timely manner and acknowledged multiple times during my time there.
