The only place you should be visiting in the city to have your jewelry repaired PERIOD. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced hands down. prices are great! Very knowledgeable and they make you feel like a member of the family. They will be getting all of my jewelry business from this point on.

Firstly, I’m very happy with the work they did and the price I paid for it. The quality of their work is fantastic but I was not thrilled with the service. They verbally told us to come back the next day after 5pm. They also wrote those instructions on our receipt. We show up Friday after 5 and they are closed. The next day, they reopened but the work still was not done less than an hour to closing time. They were also super annoyed with us for calling and coming to pick it up. Look you say see you tomorrow at 5 I assume I’m going to see you tomorrow at 5.

I needed a ring resized. I tried a couple of places that refused to do it in one day. These other places would only do it if I dropped it off, then returned in a couple of weeks. The ring is of highly sentimental value, and I was willing to wait to schedule a day that it could be dropped off/picked up; but nobody would do that. When I stopped at the Jewelry Doctor, Rose said that they do everything same day if it's dropped off early (it's first; come first serve). The price was the same as others. I dropped it off at noon; picked it up at 5:30. Fit perfectly. Looked phenomenal (couldn't tell anything was done). They cleaned it, which really made it shine (I didn't realize it was so dirty). Rose was the person I worked with and greatly appreciated the service. I highly recommend them.

Best jewelry repair shop in the city. Excellent work done on my completely broken silver ring. The place doesn't have all the glitz and glam of a big-name jewelry store, but they are unmatched when it comes to pricing and speed of service. These guys know what they are doing, and they do it right. Lifetime warranty on all of their work, and I can't recommend them enough on all your jewelry repair needs!

The staff here is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable at what they do. They are very professional and also very efficient with getting your jewelry back to you in a timely manner. I was left SPEECHLESS with how amazing my ring turned out, it was passed down to me and you can’t even tell how old it is since it looks brand new out of the box! I would give them a million stars if I could, definitely my go-to jeweler from here on out. I left with tears in my eyes over how happy I was!

Fixed 2 sets of earrings and welded 2 silver bracelets. 2 days. Everything polished and looked like new, out the box. Guy looked like a Mad Scientist, but he is nice, professional, & honest. He knows his stuff and his jewelry repair - flawless. 5 stars and I will be back.

Great shop! I got my engament ring and wedding band resized there. I was very nervous about putting my new rings in the care of someone else, but they were very reassuring. Outstanding prices, great customer service and such good quality work. Got my rings back same day, they also went above and beyond to make sure that all of the stones were secure, and they looked even better than before and mine were brand new!

I took some pieces of jewelry in for repair. The repairs were done and my pieces look flawless. The turn around time was great and the prices were even better. I have had The Jewelry Doctor repair things for me since they were located in the old Eastgate Mall. If you're on the east side of Indy and need jewelry repair or need a custom piece I would definitely recommend them. If you're located on another side of town and you're not happy with your current jeweler I would definitely check them out.

He did a beautiful job, everything was clean and sparkly, I took a diamond bracelet and my wedding ring to be cleaned, a ring that needed a stone replaced and invent and my daughters name plate necklace that needed a new link added, all the jewelry was sparkling, it was perfect except he put the stone back in sideways but it still looked great, he charged bucks for each piece wich totaled 60 then gave a 5 dollar off for bringing multiple pieces, that was nice but he taxed me for not having cash so in the end I didn't get much of a discount
