I brought my engagement ring here when the stone fell out. They examined the stone and the ring and informed me that the prongs weren’t well built and the stone had chipped in two places (which is why Jared’s wouldn’t work on it), and said they would reset the stone and rebuild the prongs so it doesn’t fall out again. They did a BEAUTIFUL job, replaced the stone without cracking, and even shined the ring! The prongs are much nicer and sturdier. I’m so happy with their work and will definitely be coming back here if I need something else done.

Wonderful experience at Thomas Markle in the Woodlands. We came in before Christmas to see about having a bracelet sized to fit my daughter and a ring sized. We met Angie and the jeweler. They both were so helpful and kind. Angie’s advice for resizing my ring, re-tipping the prongs on my wedding ring, and to resize the bracelet was it would be best to bring them in after the holidays. The jeweler came out to size the bracelet on my daughter, he talked with us and measured the number of links to remove. He then told us to wait just a minute. When he came back out he had the bracelet resized, my daughter was ecstatic! She has not taken it off since that day. I took my rings in after the holidays and Angie walked my through all the steps to resize one ring and fix my wedding ring. The rings were done before the due date and they are beautiful! They are very attentive to your needs and as soon as you walk in you can tell this has the bargain brand stuff. They ask you right away if you would like something to drink and then try to match your needs with what they have. No high pressure sales or trying to upsell. My salesman Essee knows his stuff and he is just an amazing person who gets to know you and your family, and treats you like a friend not just a number. I am editing my initial review of this store. To summarize, I had a pretty bad experience, but my opinion of the store has changed to a much more positive one after the owner, Sarah, reached out. I tried to purchase a chain from this store to replace one that had broken. The new chain broke within two weeks of buying it, and then I was made to pay for the repairs, which ended up costing $80 in total ($50 for the original chain, $30 for repairs). My mother informed me that this was unusual practice for a jeweler to make the client pay for repairs within two weeks of purchase, so she picked up the necklace after the repairs were completed. While the rest of the staff was lovely, two members of the staff were incredibly rude to my mother and I, even going as far as to verbally insult my mother while standing less than 10 feet away from her. They also treated us as 'less than' their usual clientele, likely because we were dressed quite casually. Naturally, my mother and I were quite upset and felt disrespected by these two staff members. I wrote a review about my experience here, saying that it was some of the worst customer service I had ever received (again, just from the those two staff members). However, shortly after, the owner of the store, Sarah, reached out and spoke with my mother about our experience. She apologized profusely, and explained that it was absolutely not their policy to treat customers the way we had been treated, and that we should not have been made to pay for the repairs. And, within two weeks of posting my initial review, I had been refunded for my entire purchase. I greatly appreciate Sarah, as well as the manager, Elaine, for helping my mother and I after this experience. They did not have to refund the necklace at all, but it's incredibly kind that they did. I hope that measures have been taken so that others don't have experiences like my mother and I did. While I can't give a 5-star review, simply because I can't forget how it felt to be treated by those two staff members, I have to give credit where credit is due, and overall, Sarah and Elaine made up for this experience in the most dignified and professional way possible. I respect these two very much, and I respect their business practices. And, at the end of the day, the now repaired chain is beautiful.

A long wait, but worth it all the way. I have always wanted a Sub Date, but only until recently was I able to make such a purchase. After mustering up the courage to pull the trigger I was informed that there would be a "few months" wait. Well, it was a little longer than that. I waited two years for my dream watch! But I have to tell you, it was worth the wait. I received a phone call from Dean at Thomas Markle in The Woodlands and was told that Rolex was going to give me a gift for waiting so long. Honestly, I was a little disappointed it wasn't a phone call to let me know my watch came in. But I rolled with it anyway. After missing the first appointment to pick up my "gift" Dean called me and implored me to come get it immediately before it went to the next client. The story was that these gifts aren't for everyone and that I was lucky to get one. So I arrived early the next morning still wondering what the heck I was driving almost an hour away to pick up. Dean greeted me at the door and brought me back to the Rolex room. After giving me the spiel of why I was there he finally brought out what looked to be a pen box. I actually thought that would have been cool... a Rolex pen. He opened it and it was empty. He rustled around a bit looking embarrassed to have grabbed the wrong box and finally pulled a much larger box. He paused, I waited in anticipation, and he slowly opened it. There it was... my Rolex Submariner Date! I couldn't believe it. I honestly wish there was a photographer in there because my jaw literally dropped. It was such a good experience and Dean played it well! The customer service of Thomas Markle and Dean to put on a show like that to make my experience special will be a life memory of mine. Can't believe I forgot to leave a review! Me and my husband went here in Dec. 2018 after I had issues with my original engagement ring setting. Diamonds were constantly falling out even with me taking it off to wash, sleep, or shower. I talked to Tan on the phone and went in that weekend. He took a look at my ring and explained that it was not made right and the prongs holding some of the diamonds on the band were not covering the diamonds all the way. I was upset because it was custom made but decided to look around. Tan was incredible! We spent 2 hours in the store with him explaining everything about diamonds, settings and showing us different settings. He was never pushy or impatient and answered all our questions. We ended up picking a new setting and they transferred my center diamond from my old setting and it was ready within 7 days. It has now been 9 months and I have had ZERO issues. So incredibly happy with my experience and would 100% recommend. It is a hour out from where we live and I will definitely make the drive again when we need a new piece of jewelry because service and quality like this is hard to come by.

Was not told the entire story or truth about my recent purchase. I purchased a 1 C diamond ring and asked for the certificate to ensure it was what I was purchasing. They gave me a copy and told me they would get the original and send it to me. Never did. I called back and the story changed. I now would have to send my ring to LA for appraisal to get an original certificate Nothing but heart ache Update- the company owner called me personally and spoke to me at length. He was incredibly kind and professional. His only motive was to ensure I and my wife were entirely satisfied. He offered many different options. I was entirely and unconditionally happy and grateful with this companies response to my concerns. And the time he took to speak with me. The company paid for my wife to secure a new appraisal which came back Exactly as the copy of their certificate they provided us. They even allowed us to pick and use an appraiser of our choosing. I will certainly be a repeat client.

I received a phone call from Tan telling me that the Rolex GMT Master ii (Batman) I was on the wait list for just arrived, and is ready for me to pick up if I still wanted it. This was an mazing surprise as I only had my name on the wait list for a couple of weeks, and I was not expecting a call before six months to a year, since the batman had a long wait list and Rolex don't make too many of them anyway. But Thomas Markle made it happen. Tan sent me pictures to the watch via text message and made the transaction very easy over the phone. When I went to the store to pick the watch up, Tan was very pleasant and professional. He explained to me how the watch works and gave me some tips to ensure that the crown seals properly to avoid any damage to the seals or water leaks. he also sized the watch for me and explained how the 5 year Thomas Markle warranty works. They provide great warranty coverage for the watch (over an above the usual Rolex 5 year international warranty) and I am really satsified with the service and the professionalism. I will definitely do more business with this store in the future.

After a very bad experience at another Jewelry store here in The Woodlands, who told me they would accept my diamond ring (Appraised Value $8,900 ) on consignment. Several weeks ago it was left. I was a new client to Thomas Markle Jeweler (TMJ). I was referred to TMJ and to the highest white glove service that TMJ and Sarah at TMJ offer by a trusted Friend who is a recurring client of Rolex, TMJ and Sarah. I wish I could leave Thomas Markle Jeweler and Sarah 7 stars rather than 5 since my experience was overwhelming rather than great. More specifically, I expressed interest in a particular and rare Rolex piece on a Saturday during my visit. I was informed that the wait time on this piece averages one year but Sarah pledged to call me should this piece come in the store. Serendipitously, this Rolex piece came in to the store two days later with the next shipment. In spite of the large interest from a number of patrons visiting the store Sarah contacted me, giving me first the ability to own this piece as she pledged she would. Thanks to Sarah and Thomas Markle Jewelers by the following Tuesday I had the privilege to own a similar model to Connery’s Rolex piece. My most sincere gratitude To Sarah and TMJ - I look forward to working with her on a next Rolex piece.

Came in to look at rings with my girlfriend and we got excellent one on one service, they answered all our questions about every aspect of the ring, diamond and setting. Got way better customer servie than when I walked into Jared’s at the mall. Came in a few weeks later and Christine helped me pick out the perfect diamond and helped me pick a high quality diamond. They custom ordered the ring the color gold I wanted and set the diamond in store I picked out. Christine gave me her personal cell number and stayed in contact with me through out the whole process and let me know the status of the ring ordered and when the jeweler was setting my diamond. Would suggest 10 out of 10.
