While shopping to replace my husband's wedding band, Client Advisor Kiki Xiao showed my husband and I several engagement and wedding band options should my husband decide to upgrade my current set. She listened to my requests and sat down with us to find the perfect piece. At no time did she pressure us, assured us that any deposit was fully refundable should we decide not to go through with the purchase, and she assured us that she would call us immediately once the piece came in. We returned to the store several days later and were completely blown away by the exceptional shopping experience from the private room to the delicious desserts and champagne. Store Manager, Jeron introduced himself, answered all of our questions and offered us complimentary hand-engraving to include the characters on all of the pieces we purchased. They made the shopping experience fun, exciting, at ease, and made us feel like we were the most important people in the store. Upon returning to the store to pick up our jewelry, we were met with the same exceptional customer service from both Jeron and Kiki, including pictures taken at the store's Christmas tree. I can't say enough about our experience at this Tiffany & Co. location and would definitely recommend a visit to this location for anyone in the market for luxury jewelry, especially an engagement ring.

This Tiffany & Co. in Ala Moana Shopping is an excellent shop! The all the staff were very warm and friendly even though we were very dressed very casually with kids. They especially made my wife feel comfortable during the whole process. The Tiffany cookie present were a cute surprise too!

Just wanted to say my appreciation to Gerald Chun and Jeron their store manager. They are both wonderful people. If you ever go to HI, please look them up. They will make you feel like a princess. I even got to try a beautiful pear soleste ring. It was the Best and Wonderful experience my husband and I could ever have. This was for our 15 Anniversary and my Birthday. Gerald made it really special❤️ It was also Tea event party which was Awesome!!

Highly recommend Walter Wang. We didn’t have reservations but he welcomed us warmly and let us in immediately. He is very professional and always patient. He provided us drinks and let us know how to care our rings in details.

Unlike my experiences in other fine jewelry stores in Honolulu, Tiffany's is always friendly, never pushy and NEVER rude! Amy is a great associate, very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. For lovely, and yes affordable and tasteful gifts, Tiffany is a favorite. Give them a try. No hard sell, no shame. Love this store.

I wanted to get a special anniversary gift for my spouse and knew that Tiffany & Co would have some great choices that would mark this day in indelible memory. I spent time on the website to choose a handful of beautiful pieces and then read reviews of the Tiffany store in the Ala Moana Shopping Center. I was impressed with what I read and the name of a particular ambassador/associate had rave reviews. I arrived at Tiffany’s and was pleasantly greeted then directed to wait for an assigned salesperson due to current pandemic guidelines. After a couple of minutes of waiting in the clean and comfy lobby, I was introduced to Gerry (Gerald) who would be assisting me - Gerry was the Ambassador of Tiffany/Aloha that I had read about in the reviews! Other reviewers were spot on about the spectacular service received from him but I’d like to add that he actually made my time with him truly enjoyable as we connected on many levels of culture, family, and life as we moved around the store to view the pieces of jewelry that interested me. In short as this is getting long, I purchased two pieces knowing that I was receiving respected name, quality, service, and ongoing support from this iconic company and Gerry. Gerry went beyond my expectations and offered to help with arranging dinner reservations for my anniversary plans which propelled him to “Ambassador of Aloha” status! I highly recommend him to anyone but especially to locals as he embodies the spirit of the islands and the people who are generous with loving aloha.

Every customer is treated with amazing service and as an equal no matter who your are or what you are spending. The contemporary yet professional atmosphere makes for a relaxed and enjoyable shopping service. It doesn't end there. Need cleaning, it's free. You read stories about people shopping and being judged, but this place doesn't. You might ask yourself about those negative stories, if the person writing about it had their own attitude or unrealistic expectations when they walked in? Shop at Tiffany and enjoy a luxury experience like no other.

I recently had a very negative experience at the other Tiffany & Co location. This was quickly made better by my wonderful experience at that ala Moana Center location. I was able to view their iPad and handle all the times I was interested in. I chose a heart shaped locket with a chain. The sales staff was knowledgeable and gracious. He was able to pull up my file and made my experience seemless.

This is only based on service. Prices are stupid expensive. They were Extreamly friendly, and we were able to walk around and look at everything. I about died when I saw a broach for over $60,000.00. Yes sixty thousand us dollars. Be ready to hide your wallet guys.

The little blue box. Its a symbol that everyone knows and wants. The name is well renowned and the jewelry they carry is timeless. Yes, I do admit they are a bit overpriced; you are paying for the quality of the item and the name brand, but also you know that you can trust that your piece is legitimate (the real deal). I have come into this store many times, and have always received excellent customer service. You don't need to be wearing Prada shows or carry a Louis Vuitton. This store has exemplary customer service, no matter who you are. And even when I just browse and walk out with nothing, they are still very polite. They just remodeled their store; the renovation seems to have more the store smaller but sparkle more. They have a huge selection of jewelry- all the bling is in the front and the silver is towards the back for us folks who don't make 6 figures... They now even carry handbags and some decorative home items such as vases. They have keychains and money clips too. Some of their items have been around for awhile, like some of the Elsa Peretti designs but others have a short life (like the star collection). As I was browsing, the lady saw my Tiffany's diamond/pink sapphire platinum ring and told me about their cleaning service. Being the skeptic of nothing is free, I asked her the uncouth question of "how much is it?" She was kind and didn't look down at me for asking such a question. She said it was free. :) Customer Service is in the back... you can get your jewelry cleaned for free ($5 per piece for silver pieces) as often as you like. This store has high quality items and high quality service. Who doesn't enjoy getting the little blue box or walking around the mall with that little blue bag? I know I do; I just walked in today, and out with a smile and a little blue bag with a little blue box. ******** the little blue box filled with sparkles and shiny stuff timeless jewelry

She organised to have our old Tiffanys jewellry cleaned for us and then helped us through three different purchases on the day. Her patience and expert advice were really appreciated. Thanks to the wonderful service of the Japanese staff, I had the most fun and just laughed while shopping. I was very happy to be able to purchase items that will become memories of Hawaii from a wonderful salesclerk. I want to shop here again when I go to Hawaii. The Perrier carbonated water I received at the service was also delicious. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.

Excellent ❗After all Tiffany in the world❗I was able to shop very comfortably with very polite customer service in Japanese😄 Serving customers while sitting on the sofa. There was also bottle service of mineral water. It was nice to hear carefully about the after-sales service in Japan. I was tired from shopping for a long time, so I was grateful. I think that you can shop at a better price than in Japan because it is an American brand.
